None of the stated kitchen supplies were in the kitchen. One needs to ask for each item. Coffee maker not available. Toaster wasn't cleaned of crumbs. I brought some of my own kitchen supplies so not sure if any other items wouldn't have been available and if they were in what condition. Stairway not swept of bottles and wrappers entire week. I could see that the floor was not mopped by the underside of my slipper socks after first evening. A large area of melted wax was dribbled onto front of bureau. Top of fridge needed to be cleaned of dust before placing items there. Inside bottom of kitchen trash can, hidden under the plastic bag, was sticky with pieces of food and smelled slightly of cigarettes, the odor I was greeted with upon each days arrival, thinking the smell entered through the vent system.

The room was not worth $400 for the night. The pictures online portrayed a very different room. The fridge had rust on the front of the doors, top to bottom. The toilet made a loud ongoing noise that kept us awake throughout the night. The tv was small. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the room. There wasn’t an alarm clock. There wasn’t any ports to plug mobile devices into. The shower drizzled water, no water pressures. It was a stripped down plain room. Very disappointed for the cost.

This hotel was dirty, the lights in the kitchen and the bathroom were both broken as well as the microwave. The bathroom counter sink was stained with what looked like hair dye, and the bathtub was cracked and rusting. When I told the front desk agent he laughed and proceeded to tell me I owe$2.99 for wifi. It’s 2025 who still charges for wifi, especially after I tell you all the problems we had. Disgusting for a $400 night stay. Pure robbery. Stay away from this hotel

Definitely not a 5 star by any means. Rates are cheap and it was only a one night stay. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. However, they don’t have pool or breakfast . The lobby, elevator and hallways are dirty and dingy. The rooms have kitchens in them maybe that’s why they don’t offer breakfast but you have to get all the stuff like pots and pans, utensils, plates, coffee pot and etc from the front desk. Which i didnt do and probably wouldn’t. The Chairs are ripped and one of the lamps was completely broken. I made sure I stripped the bedding and disinfected every inch to the point where it was damp and had to dry. The room and bathroom were clean but not spotless. Before i used touched anything I clean everything from the kitchen area to the bathroom including the tub.

It was by far the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Queen bed with only 3 pillows, asked for another one, they said they didn't have any. No ice machine. The floors were slippery and dirty dust bunnies on the floor. Had to wash my feet in the morning just to put my shoes on. Electrical outlet in bathroom did work.

This property was one of the worst hotels my husband and I have ever stayed in. The smell of smoke and uncleanliness hung in the air for the entirety of our stay. The smoke detector in our room had a plastic bag wrapped around it...thankfully we noticed this and removed it. Bedding was stained and dirt was found in the bed itself. Hair left in the shower and just a general lack of cleanliness within the room. Save your money (and anxiety over bringing home bedbugs!) and stay elsewhere!

Room was dirty. Was not vacuumed and there was enough weed on the carpets to roll a joint. The kitchen floor was sticky so along with the carpet, you didn't want to walk on floor in bare feet. All this to go along with a gross bathroom with hair all over the tub. Even my wife was grossed out and it usually takes a lot for that to happen. This wasn't a cheap room either at nearly $200 a night. Will not be staying here again.

This was an overnight stay. We arrived shortly after midnight due to how late the event ended. Staff was friendly no disappointment there. Room however had hair and stains on tbe pillowcases. Requested clean pillowcase with no issues. The bathroom needed repairs. Next morning you truly can see how dirty the room was. The price for this stay i could have stayed at a motel for less. Disappointed , please do not write a response of how sorry you are and how we can return again. Do something about it.

The entire inside needs a refresh! Furniture worn, curtains old, carpet dirty, floors in room felt dirty. For a nonsmoking room, there was a cigarette butt on the floor next to window. Nothing in the fully equipped kitchen, not even ice cube trays. Would not recommend staying there.

Our stay was nice. FYI THERE SHOULD BE USB PORTS in room. Some travelers don’t have 12 vac to usb adapters. I don’t have on because I haven’t needed one because everywhere I have stayed has usb port somewhere in room.

Front desk was unoccupied and I waited for about 10 minutes for desk clerk to show up. Another guest knew to find the employee in the break room. Finally went hunting for someone. Floor of my room was coated with a sticky substance.

Went to check in… entered the lobby…. Walked out…. Totally outdated Smelled Booked another room at another hotel and lost our money for the night. My boyfriend and I are 20 years old so 9/10 times we travel we stay with Extended Stay America because they allow check in at 18. The one in Foxboro has been my favorite. The woman who checked us in was so nice and friendly, and asked us if we had a preference on what floor we would like which was never done before. Our room had a very pleasant smell that was comforting and clean, but not overwhelming. The room was very clean, came with plenty of towels, and had comfortable bedding/pillows. Everything also was a fair price. While not luxurious, Extended Stay is a great option for those who want nice rooms, for a fair price that aren't a sketchy motel on the side of the highway. I would definitely recommend to others, especially if they're staying close for an event at Gillette like us.

It wasn’t bad for the price. The room was cute and clean. The bathroom ceiling looked like it had a leak and wasn’t finished being repaired. What I didn’t like was the people loitering around outside of the building. Made it seem unsafe.

The lady in the morning shift, you are the face of the hotel act professional, you never know whos waiting behind you waiting to check out! 2nd shift agent polite and friendly. Hotel and room need updating. This place could be great with fore kicks down the road for families and lots of restaurants near by like barrels and boards. Update, retrain. One pro was that there was no rug flooring, hotel rug flooring is nasty, beds weren't too bad. Potential here, quiet area

Upon check-in, the friendly receptionist discovered our room occupied and several rooms not cleaned or ready for occupancy. The property was run down, people smoking in rooms and at the main entrance, both cigarettes and marijuana. The location had no amenities nearby. The floor in our room was dirty and in need of a deep clean

Asked 2 times for room service, room was not serviced in over 9 days… refrigerator had to be replaced, water all over the floor, ppl smoking, staff smoking, kind of a weird dynamic, continental breakfast coffee had different sized cups that were very small as opposed to the previous day, condiments ran out quickly, no sugar packets, front desk had to order from Amazon, wouldn’t stay here again, fire alarm went off although we were pre-warned… not the best not the worst, it just wasn’t a professional experience to be enjoyed… checked out 1 day early

I ask for a printed receipt at checkout and the clerk stated he wasn’t able to give me one because I booked through Expedia. On check in the first room they assigned was filthy. Second room they assigned was clean, but clerk gave me a coffee maker covered in a thick layer of grease, dust a dog hair. Aside from these issues, once having gotten past them, the room I actually stayed in was fine. I was given an excuse concerning coffee maker, but clerk went to look for free coffee and a couple paper coffee cups for me which took roughly fifteen minutes after having to return with my gear. I washed the coffee maker with hot water and a small bar of soap and a face cloth and set it to dry for the morning and it looked like new again, so it was alright. Thais was my experience.

THE BREAKFAST AREA IS TOO CONFINED IN A SMALL SPACE. THERE IS NO ROOM FOR SOCIALIZATION. YOU HAVE TO STAY ALL THE TIME IN YOUR ROOM OR HANG OUT ON FRONT PORCH. FORTUNATELY THE WEATHER WAS GREAT DURING MY VISIT SO ONE COULD HANG OUT.

Definitely not a 5 star by any means. Rates are cheap and it was only a one night stay. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. However, they don’t have pool or breakfast . The lobby, elevator and hallways are dirty and dingy. The rooms have kitchens in them maybe that’s why they don’t offer breakfast but you have to get all the stuff like pots and pans, utensils, plates, coffee pot and etc from the front desk. Which i didnt do and probably wouldn’t. The Chairs are ripped and one of the lamps was completely broken. I made sure I stripped the bedding and disinfected every inch to the point where it was damp and had to dry. The room and bathroom were clean but not spotless. Before i used touched anything I clean everything from the kitchen area to the bathroom including the tub.

The bathroom was in poor condition the shower curtain was improperly mounted so water all over the floor. No coffee in the room or glasses. Bed was very uncomfortable. Coffee in lobby was crap and no milk.

⭐️ Honest Hotel Review Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience. The room was extremely outdated and, more importantly, it was filthy. There were what appeared to be crack remnants and black, ball-like residue scattered on the floor, which was extremely disturbing and made us very uncomfortable. The furniture was also in rough shape, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We also didn’t notice any security cameras outside the property, which was another concern for us. The most unsettling part of our stay happened around 3:00 AM. It sounded like someone was trying to get into our room. When we opened the door, we could hear the other doors making the same sounds you normally hear when an electronic key card is being used. We immediately reported what happened to the front desk, but the response we received was basically that there was no possible way it could have happened and that we must have been mistaken. We know what we heard, and it was a very unsettling experience. That being said, I do want to give credit where credit is due. The morning staff handled the situation much better and offered us a complimentary one-night stay that can be used at any of their properties within a year. There were also signs posted stating that the property would be undergoing renovations soon, so hopefully the issues we experienced will be addressed.

Walking in the lobby door, first impression was a bad smell. Rundown from top to bottom. However, front desk employee was very helpful and informative. “Breakfast bar” had water…maybe in the morning there was coffee but due to the rundown dirty shape of the room/bathroom of our suite, we didn’t shower and left first thing in the morning. I can’t believe I made a reservation at this property. Must have forgotten to read the reviews or gotten it mixed up with another property I was considering. Literally felt like a transient hotel. Oh, I can’t forget the barking dog all night long. Made a note not to ever stay here again

The place was run down and dirty. The shower head was falling apart. An outlet was literally falling out of the wall. No coffee in the room. The sheets were stained. The comfort of the bed wasn’t too bad. Housekeeping was extremely loud at 7 am. I will never stay there again.

Booked our hotel room 8 months in advance. When I get there, they somehow have over booked double rooms and give us 2 single rooms. Both rooms floors were sticky and kinda smelled funny. Breakfast was basically non existent. Just coffee and oatmeal packets. Staff were all friendly overall not bad for a one night stay.
