Motel 6 - Fayetteville, NC - Fort Liberty Area

When we got there the gentleman said he only had rooms without tv’s i said that it s ok but when we got to room it was locked and had to use force to get ndide ,door looked as if it was kicked on at one time and they rigged so it could be locked from inside I am a man 6 foot and 180 lbs and had to use force to shut and lock the door inside the shower floor was peeling up cabinet doors rotting and to top it off no heat or air conditioning gentle man at nice very pleasant but in morning attendant was not as helpful i have stayed in plenty of motel 6 and ever had any issues was always pleased but this time is going to make me think twice about staying in another one

Overall the staff was very helpful everything with check in and check out went smoothly the first room we were put in didn't have a TV microwave or blankets or pillows the next room they put us in it was kind of like the movie Joe's apartment if you seen the movie you'll understand other than that didn't have many issues except for every time I left my room I had to go get a new key card because it didn't work.

Roaches that withstand Raid. No ice room out dated. Broken stand holes in wall. I will never stay there again.

My tv didn’t work and I couldn’t use the shower

The room was filthy the people that work there are horrible rude prejudiced there was two towels for three people the air conditioner didn't work I had to go out and buy a fan the fire detector was not connected the refrigerator leaked water the key did not open my room three times and have to wait outside in the heat for 15 to 30 minutes to the last time being over an hour to be let back in my room there was no Wi-Fi to use was told I could have coffee between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. went down for coffee said was told by the office help that the coffee was already out and they would not make anymore I will never visit your facility again

Front desk staff has been awesome but there are plenty of things they gotta get right with the rooms like having a working tv

The room was hella dirty. There was roaches everywhere. The A/C vent was busted, and even the outsude was dirty. The covered has cigarette burns and it seemed like the room wasnt cleaned at all. Im sure the fridge was leaking.

The staff tried to be helpful. The hotel was infested with roaches, bugs termites & flies. No tv in room 237. Shower stall was dirty, microwave was disgusting it was so nasty, deadbolt on door is loose, dirt and trash left behind the furniture. Missing and dim lights. Cigarett holes in my sheets. Overall, my worst hotel experience

Absolutely terrible!! Had roaches and everything! Fridge didn’t work, no microwave! Place was just dirty!! NEVER AGAIN! Couldn’t leave fast enough! SMH! DO MOT EVER STAY AT THIS PLACE!!

Lots of bugs and no television.

Incredibly disgusting, with hair in the sink of the people, who stayed in that room before me. I tried not to touch anything, but if it accidentally happened, all was sticky and just dirty. The price was nice, but this was it.

I feel very unsafe at this hotel. The room was very dirty there was stains on the bed comforter the chair in the room felt like it had something wet on it there were live bugs and bed bugs the kitchenette area was greasy and nasty the light fixtures had not been cleaned the light switches had grease on them or something the baseboards were dirty the walls were dirty

Filthy accommodations. The lights were just bare bulbs above the beds sticking out of the wall. The fridge was disgusting. There were bags of garbage in the breezeway. The air conditioner had covers missing and was filthy. I was there for less than an hour and booked a different hotel and got out of there as fast as I could. I did not feel that my vehicle was safe parked there, even though it was right in front of the office.

Property should not be represented by any national chain. Roaches, sparking microwave, smell, trash in common areas (piles in corners and steps), dogs. Many issues may be related to clients. If on a budget, sleep in your car. (There are better, budget hotels in the area .

It had roaches mold everything nasty

Just straight up garbage. It's not even a place to take a hooker, cause it's one mattress on a folding bed frame. The roaches would scare your partner off. They got so restless waiting for the light to go off, that they came out like zombies all at once, in different sections of the room. Some may have been, cause it was quite a few I found dead as I quickly said SCREW THIS PLACE I'M GOING HOME!! Roach droppings, that I thought was rust, is everywhere. That's probably why there was no microwave or mini fridge in the room. Even if the ice machine was working, I wasn't going to get any. People were leaning on the dark walls near it. With the smell of all the drugs, I'm sure I'd fail a drug test now. There was no hot water or sink stopper. The linens looked like there was no bleach put in at all. Lastly, the noise from Bragg Blvd is so noisy from people racing and speeding.

Overall impression is that it is not clean. Trash bags and left fast food could be seen in some places such as packing lot. Downstair room were having parties and music was too loud even after 11.00 pm, and no body from hotel came to interrupt. No cup in our rooms.

On a scale from 1 to 10, I give a 8.5. The only problem was the water from the shower head was slow. It also took a few minutes for the water to be slightly warm for showering.

The power went out in our room around the second night. We went to the office multiple times to have the issue resolved I had sparks flying from electrical outlets. I could not get management knowing maintenance to even come look at the problem let alone fix it finally on about the 5th day maintenance came and looked at it he looked at it from halfway across the room and turned around and started to walk out I informed him that I am and have been a contractor commercial as well as residential for over 20 years I told him what the problem was how to fix it even offered to fix it myself and was told no on day 9 a local construction company working on the road in front of the hotel hit a gas line we were forced to evacuate the property yet I didn't know this because I was at work. The hotel informed everybody on site they were to be taken to a second location to spend the night however was not informed I was out in the cold with my 3-year-old son and my fiance trying to find a another hotel we could go to I finally did around 11:00 and was able to get back into our hotel the following day my overall experience with studio 6 is that it should be shut down condemned because it is unsafe I'm healthy the employees are not helpful management got smart with me many times over in person as well as on the phone I recommend you would be better off to stay on the streets then at that establishment

Key card didn’t work to get into the room, once in the room comforter was stained, no trash can in the room

My room had roaches, i brought my own coffee pot and ended up having to leave it due to roaches getting into the pot. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, very thin old blanket, snd the floor was dirty as if it hadnt been mopped.

Made a reservation. Paid and when I got to hotel, they advised no rooms left and refunded my money. Inconvenienced me and should have called me or not allowing a booking in the first place. Couldn’t get another room because my money was tied up on the card and wouldn’t go back to card until 24hrs

Love the staff

I had a reservation, when i arrived the younng lady gave me a room already occupied by someone. When i told her she apologize and offered me a refund or a room without a tv.

The gentleman at the front desk, Rodney was the only positive experience. He was sincere in his apology. I had 2 wait 2 & a half hrs to get a rm. Only positive thing i experienced was the good conversation while i waited 4 rm.

Staff was friendly. Room had too many roaches.

Upon arriving the staff was very rude

We arrived early for our reservation (11:30AM) and were told they'd try to give us the first room that became available - check in time came at 3PM, room was not ready, were told it would be ready by 5PM. We waited until 5 and the room was still not ready. Staff were not communicative, very unprofessional in the way they were interacting with one another in front of customers, and didn't seem to care that we were inconvenienced. We canceled our reservation on the spot and booked another hotel nearby (thankfully there was something available).

It was ok the outside reeked of marijuana lots of empty beer cans. Some homeless people always hanging around. Staff were friendly though.

The employees were kind but there was some questionable traffic outside the rooms and when we got in the room it was ran down and honestly we were a bit scared to stay so we turned around and left and went to another hotel and just sucked up the money loss!

Very friendly front desk staff and is located within walking distance to serval stores and restaurants. Furniture and linens are outdated and I had to buy a can of Raid to keep the roaches in check.

Place is literally a crackden. Sketchy people all around everywhere and all sorts of people getting up to no good. Pretty sure i watched a drug deal in the parking lot as i walked to my room after parking.

The hotel is close by everything you need,dollar stores,grocery stores, laundry mat,restaurants....the staff was very nice and helpful i even got my packages delivered here...i would definitely recommend

The staff was friendly and respectful, but there is no control of the people who are living there. There were fireworks in the car area, people arguing until 3am and a lot of noise in the other rooms.

The staff is really nice..like really nice. The room was clean and also was very roomy I stayed for 3 weeks and If i need a long term stay i would stay here. The kitchen was the perfect size it was just 2 of us and it was roomy. The motel is close by a grocery store,restaurants,movies,the dollar store anything you need.

I won't even lie I did not make it into the property pulling into the parking lot and greeted with the activity that was going on out there was no concern was enough for me to turn around and find somewhere else

Absolutely horrible dirty and a group of 15 hanging outside my door smoking drinking and talking crazy. I was in fear for my life. Never again will I stay there
