OUTRIGGER Waikiki Paradise Hotel

Ótimo custo benefício. O hotel é maravilhoso. Desde o atendimento na recepção. O quarto foi arrumado diariamente, as instalações são ótimas e a localização é muito boa.

The hotel itself was ok. Bathrooms are extremely small as is the shower. The pool was closed for a couple of days while we were there. That was disappointing for my daughter as she loves to spend time at the pool and isn’t a big fan of the ocean. The walls are also quite thin. All of the staff was great except for one of the front desk managers. I was told her name was Cassandra. She was rude, argumentative and just seemed bothered by my questions. I don’t think I would stay at this hotel again after our encounter with the manager.

Check in was a breese and staff was friendly.

Eat at the Italian restaurant on the street level. Excellent service and food. We stayed at this hotel when it was called the Outrigger East. It has been upgraded and is much improved. No beach view.
