The hotel is comfortable, very clean, and strategically well located. The service, especially from Miguel and Sean Paul, was excellent, as was that of all the hotel staff—very respectful and friendly. It was our favorite spot, but the people who work at the pool bar are terribly rude and have racist undertones. They are Mason and Kendall. Furthermore, they tried to charge my room twice for the same drinks. This time, celebrating my birthday was a disappointment.

Bring your own instant coffee or tea. We stayed 5 nights and no coffee in the room. $5 at the desk. Room updates were being made during our stay so maybe be better for future guests. Rooms are small. Sheet barely fit the bed so didn't tuck in. Our balcony view was the alley....
