The rooms are dated. The pillows were hard and stiff. Gave me neck pain. The elevators were hot and muggy. Would be much more pleasant with air conditioning. However, the rooms are nice and large. This would be a perfect stay if the rooms were update.

Two different elevators to get to parking garage and room. Confusing for a day but you get use to it. Need to memorize your room code or you will have to take out your phone to check the code because they text it to you after check in. Hotel is conveniently located to a 7-11 and places to eat. Not too far of a drive to other places such as Waikiki, Ala Moana Mall and Ala Moana beach. It’s centrally located. Our room did not have extra blankets so we were cold at night and just adjusted temp of AC. For extra towels or anything extra you need to call front desk to request. The room itself did have a full kitchen, stove top, microwave, fridge and eating utensils, cups, glasses, plates. No paper towels. There was a small dish soap and sponge. The bathroom had shampoo conditioner but body wash bottle was empty. I guess it’s ok for what is necessary. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We probably will not stay there again when we go back. We didn’t like the inconvenience of taking two different elevators and no extra towels blankets readily accessible.

the pool was cold. the premesis at the pool were not very clean and it was not very pleasing to see all of the maintenance work around there. the jacuzzi foamy, the room was great but needed air freshners it smelled very musty.

Room Was spacious, clean, and kitchenette was nice. Shower had good temp and pressure. Parking garage was rough to navigate, had to have multiple key cards for parking, elevator operations, and door key. Location wasnt close enough to walk to international market place- uber cost $12 each way.

Unfortunately both the restaurant and pool were closed—no offer of discount. Business district-not much shopping nor restaurants. Staff wonderful, room in desperate need of refresh but good sized.

We stayed here for one night for a surgery. The staff was very friendly, informative, and efficient— we checked in around 8pm and were in our room within the next 10 minutes. Leading up to the hotel room, the paint is a little outdated and cracked. Upon entering the room for the first time, there was a strong cigarette smoke smell, even though smoking is prohibited. Hotel room itself was very nice and spacious. There was a living space with a couch, dining table, microwave and full-sized refrigerator. The bedroom was spacious and had outlets everywhere to charge our phones. The bathroom was stocked with soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. Before leaving the room the next morning, I noticed a few cockroaches near the vents that were alive and crawling.

Overall not a bad place to stay. The kitchenette and bathroom tile and countertops could use an upgrade but are tolerable. The dried out, stuck to nightstand contact lenses from a previous occupancy were not so tolerable!

The area is flooded with unhoused people screaming out loud and threatening others. The hotel room floor was EXTREMELY dirty, the bottom of my feet turned black after a couple steps. There was a black stain on the bath towel and a hole in the bed sheet. There was spilled popcorn in the hallway that stayed overnight and was there when I checked out (earlier than originally reserved). The receptionist was unapologetic and inconsiderate when addressed with my concerns.

I liked the property, we had a really nice view but when we got to our room there’s was a smell, the couch looked really dirty, the floors were dusty, the bed was horrible made all kinds of noises, the elevators get blocked in the morning for housekeeping and only one in service for all 20 floors, the escalators and other elevators were out of service, staff was great everyone was nice.

This hotel is highly rated amd shows beautiful pictures of beautiful rooms and spaces. In reality, the rooms are old and dirty with many gross stains on the carpets. The walls are thin so uou hear everything in the halls. Tje elevators are small, old and rickety and dif not feel safe. Went for a walk around the neighbourhood to find breakfast, but instead found ourselves in the middle of homelessness, garbage and a very unsafe feeling neighbourhood. This hotel is very overpriced and pictures do not reflect its current condition. It was a quick walk down to the cruise port though, which was good. Front desk staff were very friendly.

This room was like a little apartment, equipped with everything you would need, washer dryer, microwave that cooks food like a convection oven etc. the rooms were huge, bathroom nice and the bedroom big and spacious. The bed was also comfortable, nothing like clean sheets and hotel room. And OMG the view of the city from the 36th floor was spectacular , almost a 360 in the bedroom. The staff was friendly and the hotel was extremely safe, you couldn’t get upstairs without an elevator passkey. I enjoyed my stay to the fullest.

Perfect for a downtown Honolulu stay. Older building and definitely some wear and tear in the hallways needs addressed. Felt safe with the elevator being key card access only. Room was comfortable and more than what we expected with a small kitchen. Front desk staff is helpful and very lovely to deal with.

We had issues with the AC leaking in our closet and the TV not working on the first night. Staff was able to do some quick fixes for our stay. The room is nice and spacious though no couch or chair in space and bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Ocean views were awesome on the 37th floor! Room is spacious with a jet tub. Kitchen is sparsely stocked but adequate. No sofa but there is a big comfy chair with ottoman. Desk and lamp available. Dining room table with two chairs. Attached wall blow dryer caught on fire due to a bug stuck in it when it was turned on, they brought another blow dryer to use. Ironing board and safe available. No maid service unless requested. Overall, quite enjoyable! This is a very comfortable place with hotel and permanent residents in the mix. I will stay here again, the downtown area is accessible to many shops, sights, restaurants and transportation. I recommend this hotel as it was safe and the views are breathtaking!

We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom Harbour view suite and were pleasantly surprised by 5 rooms with full windows in living room and bedroom. The king bed was great ! Very friendly staff We even walked from the hotel to our Celebrity ship at Pier 2 to board and it took us 25 minutes

The property in its self is amazing. It’s clean and smells wonderful. The units are nice and spacious. The staff are the best part. They are kind, friendly, and helpful. Check in and check out was fast. They give you a packet with information on hotel, dining, activities, and more. The communication is amazing.

The hotel was very clean and felt very safe. The staff were beyond accommodating and friendly. Every time we had questions, they had answers, in regards to their hotel facilities, directions to locations, information about events, etc. The pool was large and cool, they also have a jacuzzi next to it that was nice for the cooler nights. Will definitely consider staying here again if we go back to Oahu.

The hotel was very clean and felt very safe. The staff were beyond accommodating and friendly. The Hotel was fine as was our room but the location was too far from Waikīkī. It was about a 3k walk to the Ala Moana Centre or $3 a local bus ride to Waikīkī. Great pastry and coffee shop near by the Hotel.

Im in town working so the stay at Aston Executive Center on Bishop Street was so convienient. It's super quiet at night & i value my sleep so that was a plus. 👍👍

It was in a great location if you need to be downtown. The building was in good condition. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Everything worked in the room as it should and we had a really nice view! It was so nice watching the activity at the harbor.

There were a lot of homeless people outside the hotel, especially on Bishop and Hotel Streets. On two occasions two homeless men were argumentative and rude to me. One asked me for money and when I refused he became very rude,

No restaurant at this hotel. Have to walk across the street to the Marriott if you want to eat. This place is located in Chinatown, and it is not possible to get Western food close by, other than going to other hotels nearby.

The good: We arrived at Aston from an international arrival in the morning. The hotel staff were very accomodating, they not only allowed us to check in early, they also upgraded us to a suite. Our 1 bedroom suite was huge, and even had washer and dryer, which we took advantage of. Location was excellent, there is a 7eleven and Paris Baguette downstairs, Chinatown is a quick 10minute walk which had so many good choices for lunch and dinner. The not so good: Aston is dated, which was not a problem for us. There is dust on the surfaces of furnitures and dust bunnies by baseboards. The cleaning crew really needs to do a better job. Location is away from the touristy beach area, which worked for us, but if you are in for the sunset and beach this is not the hotel for you. The walk to and from Chinatown was quick however there are homeless people camped out which makes me feel uneasy at night. Overall, it's good value for us since we were only transiting and staying a short one night. Its closer to the airport than hotels in popular Waikiki. We would consider staying again for transiting trips. For vacationing, I'd definitely stay elsewhere.

Nice place and spacious, somewhat of nice view. But it is an outdated place, there’s no room service and the restaurant down stairs is completely gone so if your looking for food at night you’ll have to go a long ways or get Uber eats.

There is no hotel restaurant or bar on site, and the area restaurants are cultural fast-food or are disappointing. There is quite the homeless population in the immediate area, making us feel unsafe walking around to find a restaurant for dinner.

We had a room that was like an apartment. It was very comfortable and we were able to cook simple meals in our kitchen. There was also a washer dryer which we did not use. We didn’t use the pool or spa but they looked to be very nice. There was no restaurant or coffee shop at the hotel but there were several places around at which to eat or buy groceries. A Seven-Eleven was almost right next door and a CVS within walking distance. It is also close to the cruise pier.

The staff was terrific but the hotel was run down. The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling and the floors and furniture were scratched. Ventilation was poor when someone on the floor cooked the whole floor smelled. Wouldn't stay here again

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very helpful. We were here during the hurricane and needed to extend our stay and they were able to give us the same room. There are many restaurants within walking distance as is the aloha tower and palace. Would definitely stay here again.

My complaint was about Expedia, which I used for my room. I pay for the upgrade to the king-size room. I tried to explain to the lady, but she told me, " Oh, with Expedia, it depends on the availability of the rooms. It was not explained like that by Expedia. I think it is not right to pay more for a king, but not to find out that it depends on availability. next day, they gave me what I paid for, but it was my last day at the hotel. Even the parking was too close to the gate. So far, everything was great.

Arrived late and didn’t stay for long but I can say the staff were delightful, helpful and friendly, the room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. Property needs a little upgrade but for the price - all ok!!
