Did a staycation with my family for the weekend. Needed parking, but hotel was sold out. Their overflow lot was sold out & street parking restrictions all weekend due to the FIJI tribute concert. They left us $h!t out of luck & on our own to find parking. One of the 2 toilets wasn't secure, the base would wobble left & right. Even our child, who doesn't weigh that much, commented on the loose toilet. There is a cart near the hotel driveway that sells CBD stuff, and the workers stood on the side of the cart & smoked weed. Our children wondered what the smell was that lingered up to our balconies. This hotel has no pool/jacuzzi, no free breakfast, limited parking. Not at all worth the money we spent.

They should state that a moderate room is with no closets whatsoever. They are mostly conjoined rooms with no sound barrier when we upgraded to the other room with the kitchenette, but not so comfortable but the location, location, location and not really staying in your hotel room it was worth the price except for, trying to get overnight parking there when they rent it out to anybody waiting to see if it was a little bit of a hassle. I think Parking should be included.

Really great location! Had family rooms, which is exactly what we were looking for. Friendly staff, cleaning every 4 days, but still brought up towels as requested. Parking onsite which is a HUGE perk. There’s no parking easy to find down in that area, and we were not stressed out in the slightest bc we had a reserved area. Only $35 a day. The building is old, but with it being a 2 minute walk to the beach, the climate is always hard on buildings. The place isn’t lavish, but I recommend.

The night worker needs to be retaught how to do his job. When I told him about a problem, it was as if he had no idea of what I was talking about. He even said I don't know I just work here to me and another customer. There needs to be more parking available other than just on the street

I am so grateful for a wonderful room on New Year’s Eve to see the fireworks . Beach towels are soft . Bed is comfortable and choice of pillows . Large bathtub to soak in after a long flight . Big refrigerator, delicious coffee , great shampoo and soap . A short walk to the beach and Starbucks . Air conditioner is quiet . Plenty of hangers for my clothes . Staff at the front desk were so kind and informed me about the fireworks . Large rooftop area where I ate my lunch and read a book . I also took some sunset photos and there was a nice breeze too . I am so grateful to be here in this nice room .

This location is within walking distance of the beach and abc store. Parking is first come first served with check in and is minimum. Expect to park on the street from $30-$50 per day if you can find close parking to hotel. Room and bed descent. Had to ask for towels and hand soap, so make sure you have towels prior to taking a shower. Staff helpful and check in quick.

Was put on level two where the staff had offices and laundry facilities etc. they were loud chatting past midnight, and vacuum cleaning the hallways at 7am didn’t get a good nights sleep because of how inconsiderate the staff were. A dead cockroach was flattened against the wall in the bathroom highlighting it hadn’t actually been cleaned.

I'm not sure how this hotel still in business. It's the worst place I stayed at. When we walk in the room smell like pee and mold. This place is super gross and old. The bathroom was super dirty. You can see mold all over it. As if you were in a 3rd world country in the remote area. We were better off sleeping in the beach. Than to go back to our stinky room. We end up checking out early. The only good thing about this place is you can walk to the beach from this location and close by restaurant. Like the Tiki bar.

The location and friendliness of the staff are the best things about the Ewa Waikiki. It’s in walking distance to everything. But the only disappointment is that the rooms are outdated. I’ve been staying here everytime I visit Waikiki since 2015 and the rooms then were already outdated and trapped in the 1980s vibe. There is a musky smell to the room and carpet and throughout the hallways. My bed sank in and made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. I had to switch rooms because the AC didn’t work properly. This hotel needs an update asap and I think when it does it be one of the best places to stay.

Everything was decently clean and the staff was nice. The rooms were very dated though and the kitchenette seemed like an afterthought but it worked. I do not consider this property to offer parking. There is a VERY small parking garage on the first floor with only a few spots. If you can get a spot that's great, but don't count on it. Maybe call ahead to see if it's open. The tight one-way street in front has a few paid parallel spots in front. Most likely they'll have you park at the Aston parking ramp about a block away for $25/day. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, the zoo, and a park once you're there though.

The hotel was dated and run down. It looked better in the pictures than it does in real life. Our room had 2 double beds and 1 kid sized bed. The kid bed did not have any linens and looked to be stained so my 8 year old son refused to sleep on it even with linens on. Parking was also a problem. We rented a car and needed parking but it was full. We were given other parking locations as an option so it ended ok but would have been nice to be able to park at the hotel we stayed at. What made up for it was the wonderful staff and the excellent location of the hotel. The staff always had a smile on their face, was very attentive and friendly. Another plus was having some food trucks right outside of the hotel which is super convenient.

There was a roche in our room, sliding door was difficult to open and close, curtins were falling off the hook, and shower rod fell. The room does have a microwave, 2 stove tops (dishes and pans included), sink to wash dishes, and small fridge.

Good economy hotel in the old Waikiki beach district. It is an older hotel that has been refurbished in simple and pragmatic way that functions well and gives good shelter and a great bed and nice modern bathroom fixtures, and the best thing is that is just 1 city block from the ocean beach !

Only stayed for one night for the Honolulu Marathon. I had other accommodations on Island but need a place in Waikiki for the event day. The property knew this and yet went above & beyond to accommodate everything we needed & more! Late checkout, parking options, a room change, EVERYTHING! Spoke with Tracy the date before check in to see what options we had and he was extremely helpful! He checked us in the next day and everything was in place for us as he promised. The room was as expected for an older Waikiki hotel but was what we needed it for.

Checked out of the Sheraton after a full week stay due to high parking costs and high rates for a hotel with an elevator down. Was going to stay with family but wasn’t ready to leave the Waikīkī area just yet, so I decided to book a night here due to the low nightly cost. I guess you get what you pay for and lesson learned. Location is awesome, but the facility itself is old and outdated. Parking is a nightmare and cost more than the Sheraton. Worst of all, the front desk service is beyond horrible. Big boy with no hospitality at the front desk should find another job! One thing I can’t lie about….the king bed was extremely comfortable.
Checked out of the Sheraton after a full week stay due to high parking costs and high rates for a hotel with an elevator down. Was going to stay with family but wasn’t ready to leave the Waikīkī area just yet, so I decided to book a night here due to the low nightly cost. I guess you get what you pay for and lesson learned. Location is awesome, but the facility itself is old and outdated. Parking is a nightmare and cost more than the Sheraton. Worst of all, the front desk service is beyond horrible. Big boy with no hospitality at the front desk should find another job! One thing I can’t lie about….the king bed was extremely comfortable.

All staff was very kind, always happy to help and answer questions. They were very kind to watch my luggage on my last day while I explored. They offered free beach towels with resort fee. My room originally didn’t have a safe and they worked fast to provide one to me. Very clean. There are food trucks on the same street so you don’t have to walk far for food if you don’t want to. I felt safe walking the area day or night. Quiet. As a solo traveler, I recommend this hotel.

The cleaning is very good, they even washed the dishes. The reception staff is unfriendly and I perceived racial discrimination in some of them. The hotel does not have enough parking. I stayed 5 nights and we had to walk 30 minutes to the nearest parking lot every time we needed to use the car we rented.

I gave 4 out of 5 stars. It is a 3 min walk to the beach and very accessible to shoping and food. The room was average, nothing special. The quality of the room made this a 4 out of 5. Its not bad but not really worth the price. I paid for the location more than quality. Not a bad stay though, id stay here again.

Loved the fact that beach towels and chairs are available at the front desk, so I didn’t have to buy or pack beach towels. Very good location. A bit noisy at night with a rowdy crowd walking by and some construction but it was on the weekend only, weekdays were quiet. I would book here again if I return to Hawaii anytime soon.

Did a staycation with my family for the weekend. Needed parking, but hotel was sold out. Their overflow lot was sold out & street parking restrictions all weekend due to the FIJI tribute concert. They left us $h!t out of luck & on our own to find parking. One of the 2 toilets wasn't secure, the base would wobble left & right. Even our child, who doesn't weigh that much, commented on the loose toilet. There is a cart near the hotel driveway that sells CBD stuff, and the workers stood on the side of the cart & smoked weed. Our children wondered what the smell was that lingered up to our balconies. This hotel has no pool/jacuzzi, no free breakfast, limited parking. Not at all worth the money we spent.

The hotel was dated and run down. It looked better in the pictures than it does in real life. Our room had 2 double beds and 1 kid sized bed. The kid bed did not have any linens and looked to be stained so my 8 year old son refused to sleep on it even with linens on. Parking was also a problem. Close walk to the beach, and they had floats and boogie boards you could borrow. Not a lot of parking, but staff was super helpful is giving directions on where to park nearby.

When I checked into the room, it was a complete mess. There was trash everywhere, the beds were not made, and dirty linens were left on the floor. It was obvious that someone had forgotten to clean the room. I was upgraded to a room with a kitchenette, but unfortunately, it was essentially useless because there were no utensils, pots, pans, or even a dish scrubber. The room also smelled strongly like old squid, which made it very unpleasant to stay in. On top of that, there was a random wire hanging out of the wall, which was concerning. Overall, the condition of the room was unacceptable and far below what I expected.
