This property is a dive. The rooms are dirty with broken furniture. They advertise the swimming poo being open - however the pool has not been open for the past 10 years. Old broken down ice makers that don’t work. Rude owners that knocks on the door at 9am requesting that you leave when check out at 11:00am. NEVER AGAIN at this property!

Room was not fully cleaned such as mirrors and the bathroom. No elevators. Pool area is out of order and dirty, in which was not informing customers online when making reservations. The pool looks as if it was closedown for a very long time. Requested a first level room when reserving due to my elderly mother. Was not notified prior to arriving that there were no first level rooms available. Customer service was pleasant but not accommodating as expected. Overall the property would greatly benefit from a renovation overhaul and hiring of more staff personnel. My first and final stay with Baymont. I do not recommend staying there. Thank you.

Room was disgusting! Bugs dirty toilet dirty tub! People who look homeless was hanging outside I was very uncomfortable and scared! She did agree to switch my rooms but them rooms was dirty also! I will never go back I’ll never recommend I’ll sleep in my car before I go there again!

This room was very disgusting. It smelled like drunk man was in there for days without washing, the bedding was dirty and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. I ended up leaving and got a room at a much better hotel down the street.

There was a punched hole in the bathroom door, mold on the shower curtain, the main light switch did not work (I had to go into the dark room to get to a lamp), breakfast choices were poor (and the orange juice tasted like orange flavored water), and overall the property was not clean.

All hotels were sold out this was the last resort and now I’m here fighting for my life with a respiratory infection. Truly a disgrace on top of the fact that the hotel didn’t have anymore clean bed spreads.

The bad: The room was badly outdated with very worn furniture and accessories. The mattress was comparable to sleeping on a board due to firmness and squeaked loudly with the slightest movement. I reserved a king bed with hide-a-bed to sleep 3. On arrival found no bedding for the hide-a,-bed. Asked desk clerk for sheets and a blanket. Received sheets, but was informed that they didn't have any blankets. Also, mattress on hide-a-bed was a poor excuse for a mattress!

I used to stay here 4-8x a year traveling from FL to PA. No more. WiFi password not provided at check-in. No one answers front-desk phone. Maid service was going around the building at 6 pm. WiFi useless and there was maybe a 50 percent occupancy so not many people using it. Property run down. Reported a bedside desk lamp flickering and hanging by a single wire. Desk clerk shrugged. Toilet broken. Bathroom door punched in. Men loitering and drinking. All too munch for this old lady.

Our room was large and comfortable but needed cosmetic upgrades. We could not use the shower because there was no way to turn the shower head on. There was a pipe for the water but no faucet on the pipe and no way to turn on the shower head. The mini fridge didn't work and the cover on the back of the toilet was not the right fit for the toilet. We spoke to the clerk at the desk who took our information and said the manager would contact us about getting a refund. The manager never contacted us. Glad we had only needed the room for one night as we were just passing through.

When I entered the lobby to check in, there as another gentleman waiting who had walked in just before me. As I waited, the desk clerk was very adamant that there would be a hold placed on his card in the amount of $100 as a security deposit. This itself is not out of the ordinary. I did note that, at no point in MY check in process was a hold or deposit mentioned. I completed the transaction and went about my weekend. The following Monday my bank shows no holds or additional transactions. I was not charged a security deposit. The gentleman in front of me was. The only difference between us was the color of our skin. This is not acceptable, and I will not be returning to this property. I would encourage others to think twice as well, considering your treatment by staff will differ by appearance.

The room looked like I sreps into the 1980s. The chair in the room was broken, the screws were coming out of the security lock on the room. The desk clerk was helpful, pleasant and welcoming. She was the sinung star of this booking. There appeared to be homeless people living in back of the property.

Extremely dirty! Also, I mistakenly thought check-out was at 12pm opposed to 11am. The manager was combative and extremely rude. I apologized about the confusion. However instead of him being understanding, he yelled at me and told me I had 5 minutes to get out! Unbelievable!

There seemed to be be some sketchy people in the parking lot near the back where we were to stay. We left for dinner and came back to a man asking for money outside our room. Our bags never made it into the room. We left and drove 100 miles to our final destination and booked a Marriot.

The room looked like I sreps into the 1980s. The chair in the room was broken, the screws were coming out of the security lock on the room. The desk clerk was helpful, pleasant and welcoming. She was the sinung star of this booking. There appeared to be homeless people living in back of the property.

It was fine. We were in the back of the hotel, and it is very near train tracks, so there was some noise to deal with. No elevators, but only 2 floors. Free breakfast was very good, including hot choices. Older property, but kept up reasonably well. We happened to have a discount that was a little more than half-off the walk-in rate, so a decent value for that amount.

The pillows were awful. The bathtub needs attention, it had chips & other cracks that had been repaired poorly. Breakfast was served from 6 - 9 and we went at 8:30 and there was nothing left but cereal for the most part. The gentleman that checked us in was amazing.

The was an average hotel. The pool was out of order so we could not swim. The breakfast was average by hotels of this price range. I think I would consider another property if I was in this town again.

There was a punched hole in the bathroom door, mold on the shower curtain, the main light switch did not work (I had to go into the dark room to get to a lamp), breakfast choices were poor (and the orange juice tasted like orange flavored water), and overall the property was not clean.

Our experience was not so good. Our room looked like a run down hotel room. Mold in the bathroom and top of the wall. A broken outlet between the beds that i can see in a picture from 4 months before. It could use work in the rooms. Went to breakfast about 45 minutes before breakfast was over and our choice was waffles or grits, unless you wanted to wait for sausage and eggs. Not impressed with this place.

Decent room for overnight. Breakfast very limited. Waffles or frozen pancakes, no meat or eggs. one type of coffee . Girl at the front desk very pleasant but concerning that a young girl is on alone at night 1/2 mile from an interstate.

Would not recommend. Booked at last minute after 10 hour road trip. Room reeked of beer. Phone didn't work to call front desk. 2 of the lights didn't work and there was no remote for the tv. Breakfast was extremely limited( called a buffet breakfast) Hilarious!!

The room was clean (looks old and like no renovation has been done in a long time), carpet was good, AC worked as it should, no bugs, linen was nice and clean. The toilet seat was really loose, how could they not have known that? The outside of this hotel is filthy and looks really old and kind of disgusting looking. They offered breakfast, but I passed, didn't trust it. Plenty of parking, but I won't stay here again.

The front door was locked when I tried to check in. The lobby was filled with buckets collecting water. The ceiling tiles were soaked with rain and removed. The lobby itself had no A/C. There had been a heavy storm and the aging, delapidated building couldn't handle it. My room was HOT (the A/C hadn't been turned on). It took over an hour to cool, but it eventually did. The floor, tiles grout, etc. was dirty and the room was dark. Pillows were very hard. The so-called "breakfast" consisted of small muffins and pieces of bread. No fruit. Not hot water (to brew tea in). Again, the lobby had no A/D and the buckets of wetness were still in place. Quite a dive!
