The amenities displayed in the booking summary are nonexistent, this place is currently remodeling which should be displayed upon booking. We booked for a 10 night stay checked out at night 9. We received no room service the entire stay! The most they did was pick up trash and dirty linen from the door no actual cleaning done. Maintenance man was prejudice, made inappropriate commentary to me in the elevator which staff was made aware of. A $1,200 stay and we weren’t even able to do laundry on property! I would absolutely not recommend this place until they are up and running with the proper management and have finished remodeling.

There was no breakfast available even though Hotels.com said there was breakfast free. There was a sign on the door saying they wouldn’t have breakfast because of remodeling and the sign was put up October 25, 2025. They claim they contacted Ollie appropriate people to let them know breakfast would not be available so somebody dropped the ball.

Very dissapointed. Very run down, no breakfast as advertised and workout room was out of order. Hallways smelt like microwaved fish and weed. Just gross.

We didn’t stay. Called multiple times to confirm room and reservation yet no one mentioned any of the construction happening all over the hotel. Wasn’t told until arrival that breakfast wasn’t available and the pool was closed. Offered no discount, just a refund of the deposit. Which I only received half of.. only good star was for the sweet woman at reception who was obviously embarrassed for the company.
