Boardwalk Beach Hotel

The restaurant in the hotel has great wings. I do not recommend the crab cakes. The

I needed on site parking because I was traveling alone with a disabled mother. The parking lot was full so I was sent to an overflow lot 1/4 mile away with someone who couldn’t walk. At 11:30 pm. No security or valley parking available. No luggage carts available and when I asked for help no one really cared or seemed interested.

The rooms were clean, but where the people were coming in from the beach was sandy as were the elevators and eventually that sand was tracked into the room. The staff was really friendly, curteous and helpful. The room was quiet and the outside noise was non existent. We got a really good nights sleep. From the room you could tell that it was an aging facility and needed an update. We had our phones, my hearing aid cases and there was not enough outlets to plug them in.

Your staff makes this place amazing. Everyone was friendly and super helpful!

The beach and access to the beach is the best. What I went for. Poor is in dire need of a good scrubbing. Moldy. The room has hardly any outlets. Could not take a bath. No way to hold water. When you shower the water fills for lack of clear pipes. Small refrigerator and small microwave. They tell you you will get your deposit and early check out refund but does not seem so. I was told the next day or two. Don’t believe everything they tell you
