Was told breakfast was e served from 6-9. At 7:15 there was nothing out to eat, no coffee, nothing. Non- smoking room had burn marks on tub , carpets were torn, called front well about tv not working, was told I know nothing about those. Pool was closed. Hotel should be closed. I rented two rooms. The accessable room I rented through you was upstairs. My 81 year old mother can't get up stairs. No elevator in Days in Osceola. Had to rent 2nd room. The sofa was dirty and disgusting in both rooms. Cob webs in the corners. Blood on the sheets of the 2nd floor bed. My 81 year mother also tripped on step going up to get Continental breakfast. The flooring was all the same tile. There was no yellow paint on the step or sign near the step. Negligently on their part especially since clerk said other people have tripped there. My mother still has a black eye because when she tripped her face hit the floor. I paid over 180.00 for two filthy rooms.

The swimming pool was closed. Room ok, but outside left to be desired. Cold cereal for breakfast. TV went in and out! They did have some thunderstorms. The staff seemed like they were really trying but a lot of work will need to be done!

Well the pool is closed and has been for years. The breakfast was apples oranges cereal coffee. The room looked like someone had been in it just before we got there. Beds were good, TV worked and was relatively quiet

The room was dirty, dilapidated, dingy and in disrepair. It was so bad I tried to sleep on top of the covers but couldn’t. Went to wash my hands and there were insects of some type in the sink. I would not recommend!

Overall I didn't expect much. I didn't expect the floors to be so filthy. My socks turned black. I used a towel to try to clean it up a little. The towel was filthy. I called and asked it to be mopped. I got the response that yeah well get right on that aka don't count it.

Had a king suite. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotels.com app said that breakfast was included and laundry facilities were available. There were no laundry facilities. Breakfast was very disappointing— only cold cereal. Breakfast option very minimal compared to other Days Inns we’ve stayed at.

Thin walls, heard all conversations around me, had a fly, nets, and big crickets in the room, bathroom door handle was broken, they only served cereal for breakfast, stains on the doors, ceiling, and walls, hair in the bed, location has limited resources, ambiance isn’t good at all. Never again

It wasn't what I use to, no room for me had to find one, when I called the day b4 to nake sure. We didn't have remote for our TV u til 11am. We got there at 6am.

This is the only hotel in this small industrial community. I have been staying here 3 days a week for a month. Each time i have received a room that was in equally bad condition. Either the tub does not work, there are soft spots in the floor, or the desk chair is completely broken. The first week, the turndown service was great. It was cleaned and replenished, just like pre covid. The last three weeks has been different. No coffee, no new towels. I have also had to call to get things straight with my credit card charges. The assistant manager was the rudest person I have talked to in my life. She seemed annoyed that anyone was calling to ask her to do work. And when i said she was rude, she made excuses like it was my fault, the customer, for calling. It is literally the only Hotel in Oceola Ar. It is actually a chore to stay at this place when i come for business.

My experience was good the staff were friendly and helpful when my flight was delayed to the next. Additionally the staff was helpful when I had key card issues. Overall the staff was professional even through the current tornado watch and warning that were present.

First impressions were good not nearly as bad as i thought it would be. However when we got back from visiting family & i pulled covers back to get in bed it was wet! Im not talking a little...alot! It was unrine soaked thru & thru! I called the front desk for more sheets & they refused. Finially i walked up there & got the sheets myself after them still not wanting to give them to me. I changed the sheets myself...i. disabled mind you. Anyway thinking now it would be ok ..nope it soaked thru them as well so i had to go get a blanket from my car to cover up in & had to lay ontop of all the sheets just so i could get a little sleep. The next day when checking out i yold the clerk the bed needs to be cleaned...told her what happened & she said whatever. I was shocked! She was so rude!

Either the tub does not work, there are soft spots in the floor, or the desk chair is completely broken. The first week, the turndown service was great. It was cleaned and replenished, just like pre covid. The last three weeks has been different. No coffee, no new towels. I have also had to call to get things straight with my credit card charges. The assistant manager was the rudest person I have talked to in my life. She seemed annoyed that anyone was calling to ask her to do work. And when i said she was rude, she made excuses like it was my fault, the customer, for calling. It is literally the only Hotel in Oceola Ar. It is actually a chore to stay at this place when i come for business.

Thin walls, heard all conversations around me, had a fly, nets, and big crickets in the room, bathroom door handle was broken, they only served cereal for breakfast, stains on the doors, ceiling, and walls, hair in the bed, location has limited resources, ambiance isn’t good at all. Never again

The swimming pool was closed. Room ok, but outside left to be desired. Cold cereal for breakfast. TV went in and out! They did have some thunderstorms. The staff seemed like they were really trying but a lot of work will need to be done!

The room smells like pot which is not good at all for someone who is highly allergic to it and the smell. There are not any lights on the outside of the property for you to be able to see where you are walking or if someone is following you. The bath tub faucet leaked and you could not stop it

There were about 7-8 people outside our room with GRILLS cooking and drinking beer for hours, cursing like sailors, extremely loud. It went on till after 10:30 when I finally called the front desk. Ridiculous. Also our door lock was broken so we literally stuck a table in front of the door. The paint o the walls by the bathroom was all chipping off. We definitely will never stay here again

Had a king suite. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotels.com app said that breakfast was included and laundry facilities were available. There were no laundry facilities. Breakfast was very disappointing— only cold cereal. Breakfast option very minimal compared to other Days Inns we’ve stayed at.

Was told breakfast was e served from 6-9. At 7:15 there was nothing out to eat, no coffee, nothing. The check in went very well, even though it was 9:00pm when we arrived! The hotel looks like they have updated some parts of the rooms and lobby. The couch in our room was very worn out. The rest of the room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was cereal and a apple, would be better not to advertise you have breakfast. Very friendly staff!

The rooms have been updated and were clean, but some of the furniture needs to be replaced. The couch and bench were dirty and outdated, and the top blanket on the bed was very thin and also needs updated. The shower water pressure could also be better. One thing I didn’t like was that housekeeping knocked on the door early every morning, even though we were staying for several days. In my opinion, they should only knock on the doors of guests who are checking out. Other than those issues, the hotel was very quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. One tip: book online instead of at the front desk. During our stay, the walk-in rate was $100, while the hotel’s website showed rates around $74–$84, and we found rates as low as about $64 through a third-party booking site.

The parking lot and parking spaces are very small, making it difficult for guests driving pickup trucks to park without risking hitting other vehicles with doors or bumpers. The fridge in the room needs new seal around its door and its freezer needs defrosted. Also there were numerous electrical outlet safety hazards in the room that need fixed. The lamp with power plug outlets also needs fixed.
