Hotel B&B - Playa del carmen

The facility in general is very worn down with some of the stairs going to the room is broken and dangerous. The room and bathroom cabinet are very old and fragile. The tv does not work. Water came out from only one side of the sink (not sure hot or cold, but it was ok since it is summer time). The shower does not have door or cover, so it flooded the bathroom area. The sink faucet is rusty and unappealing. The ceiling fan is shaking when turned on, it was a bit scary since the bed is right beneath and I was sleeping on it. I only stayed one night but I think that was enough to go through this. It’s budget friendly but not sure about the rest.

Fatal!! La habitacion 28 fue la que nos dieron al inicio , sucia, las sabanas amarillas , el baños sucio y con jabon usado , la entrada totalmente accidentada, sucia. El baño con cabellos en el piso y sucio con, olores a humedad la habitacion . Nos quejamos en recepción y nos cambiaron de habitacion pero la nueva esta fatal tambien llena de humedad , olorosa a humedad ,puerta de bañera no cuerra esta quebrada ,(* muchos moscos * )habiamos agregado una noche extra pero decidimos declibar por que el hotel definitivamente esta totalmente fuera de las expectativas, fotos falsamente editadas donde dan otra opinion y esta totalmente fuera de contexto,. La alberca definitivamente ni se puede usar el aguabesta muy turbia , basura en el fondo. La escalera llena de humedad. Fatal . La peor decisión el haber confiado en las fotografías falsas que tienen en su anuncio .

It’s a simple hotel very close to the ADO alterna bus station. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. They have free coffee 24 hours a day. The lobby is open 24 hours a day. It’s older and not fancy but cozy and convenient for the bus station. Excellent service by employees.

Me gustó la cercanía con la 5ta avenida, no me gustó la alberca, tenía la apariencia de estar sucia.

Well the pool is a joke, personal are nice and friendly, location looks is under construction, is very noisy

You get what you pay for . It’s not a terrible hotel , And it needs some TLC. Pool had a sheen on the surface , reasonably clean rooms. Breakfast is not as pictured . Location is great and convenient to everything, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, beach .

De 7 noches que nos hospedamos pasamos por 3 habitaciones, las instalaciones no están en buenas condiciones y se rompió un escalón de la escalera cuando bajaba, casi me caigo y lastimo, por lo tanto quedo inhabilitado ese piso y nos cambiaron de habitación. La segunda habitación tenía una invasión de cucarachas y terrible humedad. El desayuno comienza a las 8:30 y es muy tarde para hacer las excursiones además es muy básico.

Nice location, rooms are cleaned well and staff is friendly. However property is old and pool is dirty. Basically, you get what you paid for.

Tiene una excelente ubicación, puedes llegar caminando a muchos lados solo que la limpieza fue un asco, solo tienden la cama sin cambiar sábanas, está muy deteriorado y huele demasiado a humedad

El personal muy amable pero el lugar está muy descuidado y solo fueron 1 vez a hacer limpieza.

The room smelled of mold and had visible black mold in every corner. Also, 1bath matt and on face towel. No towels in the room.

They had no soap in the room, it was filthy. Shower looked like red mould sound it and no hot water. Toilet so stained and would barely flush. Sink faucet was rusted like it was from a 1950's sailboat. Construction going next door and... They tried charging me an extra night as I wanted to leave and it was past check out time.

Lugar acojedor, solo falta limpiar bien el baño, se veía sucia la parte de la ducha.

Excelente servicio del personal, e instalaciones acogedoras, pero el baño estaba sucio, fuera de eso buen hotel para pasar la noche

Moviliario viejo y sucio

Justo rente para ir a nadar y la alberca no estaba habilitada... La habitación apestaba a humedad, no la habian limpiado bien, no había papel de baño y la regadera del baño tenía una fuga constante. La televisión no servía. El hotel en general estaba muy descuidado.

They don’t provide you with shampoo or body soap. Also they don’t clean the room for you

Salle de bain très désuètes et à rénover rapidement, mais propreté convenable. Après 1 nuit sur 21 réservées, étions près à partir avec nos valises, à la réception et les employés très gentilles et serviables, ont tout fait pour nous motiver à rester(visite de 4 autres chambres) ***Énormément de bruit des disco autour, animal sur le toit ou entre toit et fournies dans la chambre. Oreillés et lit king (2 -39 pouces collés) inconfortables, mauvais odeur….chambre #10 Pas de couverture que des draps, 1 seul choix de déjeuner le matin revenant au 4 jours, manque de café, tasse, ustensiles. ***On nous a offert une meilleur chambre, au même prix! avec meilleur oreiller, une couverture et avons resté vu le personnel extrêmement serviable et de bonne humeur. ***Seul le bruit de musique et de valises dans l’escalier, jusqu’au petites heure du matin a été difficilement tolérable. Mais pour un bon service et si vous rechercher un endroit pour Qql nuits, près de tout, épicerie (Waltmart), dépaneur, banque, plage vous y serez très bien reçu. *Piscine et jardin bien entretenus, pour ambiance confortable et fraîche au retour d’une journée à la plage. *** de chaises longue serait bien. ***Salle de bain très très désuète ***Pas de fournies dans 2e chambre

Es muy buen lugar y a muy buen precio, los chicos que trabajan en recepción son muy amables y el ambiente en el lugar se siente muy cómodo y tranquilo. Lo único que podría decir es que alguna veces ni funcionaba el internet, y no pudimos nunca apagar el aire acondicionado, pero la verdad lo recomendaría y volvería

Tiene buena ubicación, precio accesible, solo le haría falta cambiar algunos colchones, pues están algo duros pero en general por el precio y ubicación está bien son muy amables en la recepción😊

Todo excelente sin embargo el segundo dia de mi estancia aqui no hay ni servicio de wifi ni de tv

La tv no funcionó. El Aire acondicionado no enfriaba lo suficiente. No me avisaron que no habia limpieza diaria. Por otro lado el cuarto es muuuy amplio, la limpieza y estado del cuarto es aceptable. El personal amable, pero no se atendió mi solicitud de revisar la tv. En general bien y con un poco mas de atencion a los detalles podría ser muy buena recomendación

Small hotel , rooms are good size and the bed was comfortable. Its in a quiet area and I fely safe walking at night

Mi experiencia fue muy desagradable, la persona del lobby no tenia idea de cual habitación estaba desocupada y casi nos abría una habitación que estaba ocupada por otra persona, a simple vista podia apreciar que la persona de recepción estaba algo alcoholizado ya que olía y actuaba de tal manera, la habitación olía a humedad y era insoportable estar ahi dentro, en general lo unico bueno que tiene es la ubicación, de ahi en fuera, es terrible.

Excelente lugar, es seguro, tranquilo nadie molesta no existe bulla para descansar es excelente el personal es increíble los chicos y las chicas que trabajan ahí todos son súper amables te ayudan con todo lo que uno necesita. Volvería muchas veces más. Gracias por todo pura vida!!!

No hay interés del personal para resolver problemas, los huéspedes no cuidan sus perros, me quisieron morder, estuve tres días y no realizaron limpieza del cuarto, éramos dos personas y solo de dieron una toalla y pequeña, etc, no los recomiendo

Llegamos y la habitación ya la habían dado y nos enteramos al ver a otros huéspedes dentro, me cambiaron dos veces una de ellas solo tenía una cama, me dijeron que no había otra habitación con 3 camas y a lo último me dijeron que si había, el baño no tenía artículos de higiene más que el papel higiénico, no tenian más sábanas y la regadera no sirve

Close to the bus station that brings over from the airport. 1 to 2 minutes walking. Just a couple of blocks from the famous 5ta Avenida..Great Value for the money.

El hotel no se encuentra en la 5th Avenida, sino en la 15 Avenida. La posición en el mapa Expedia no corresponde con la realidad.

Es war sehr alt, den Standort stimmt nicht wie’s in Google eingegeben ist. Das Gebäude sieht wie eine Ruine aus. Personal war lieb, also ich habe nur eine Person gesehen. Ich habe danach ein anderer Hotel gebucht. Ich würde dieses „Hotel“ auf jeden Fall vermeiden.

Al reservar, se muestra una ubicación diferente a la real, las fotos publicadas en el anuncio son totalmente diferentes, el lugar muuuuy sucio, el costo es elevado a lo ofrecido. Al final optamos por retirarnos de la habitación y buscar otra opción. NO RECOMENDABLE.

Solíamos ser cliente regulares del hotel por muchos años y esta vez fue una decepción, el hotel en general está en pésimas condiciones, las habitaciones llenas de humedad, no servía el clima, la luz del baño, los muebles están viejos y la madera gastada, la puerta del baño no servía, las toallas rotas, nos cambiaron de habitación 2 veces y se medio compuso la estadía, aunque no había tele en el cuarto. Personal todo nuevo Lucy muy muy atenta, excelente trato. Quitaron el desayuno y el masaje de cortesía y ese era un plus. El hotel está muy bonito, tiene una excelente ubicación y podría ser una muy buena opción si lo volvieran a cuidar y reparar. Tienen un gatito que es excelente compañia
