Worst Hotel we've ever stayed in. The room smelled TERRIBLE like old cigarette smoke despite being non-smoking. The mattresses were squishy and sunken in. The carpet was sticky and dirty! The light above the sink didn't work. Breakfast was a joke. 2 cereal options and warm milk. And a package of muffins. A homeless man sleeping in the breakfast room. Ice machine didn't work. Outside the room in the hallway smelled like pot. We were in town for a funeral and we're embarrassed because our clothes smelled like old cigarettes after staying one night! Horrible!

Staff is inattentive and side doors are not secure so anybody can just walk in. Rooms were ok except for one of the bed sheets having burn holes in it. Rooms are not cleaned daily (occupied rooms). Asking the staff for anything is a major inconvenience to their life.

Windows and doors busted out and extremely dark parking lot. Did not feel safe to stay there so booked a different hotel last minute. I would not recommend staying here.

Reserved a king bed smoking....jot available .....Got 'upgraded' to a 2 full bed smoking which is a huge downgrade!....Damaged walls are repainted paint doesnt match....had hole in door for bathroom could see smoke alarms were removed from the hallway and walls were dangling loose several lights in hallway were blinking like a strobe outside door had no lock on in it anyone could walk in

Black chips in ice. VERY limited breakfast options, cold cereal or yogurt. bathroom and room cleaned fairly well, but there was a smell that put us off.Exit doors had no soft return springs on them, they slammed shut. Taped on sign to close door softly didn't cut it.

The place smelled like a basement when you first walk in. Our room also had a weird smell. Our toilet was leaking but the manager said it’ll stop..it didn’t. Woke up to a flooded bathroom. Breakfast was offered but it was old cereal and yogurt. No cream for the coffee!! When you ring the bell for service it’s a hit and miss. The ice machine was broken and the vending machine was empty. The only positive experience was the jacuzzi. I would never come back here!!!

Stay was exactly what i needed. Only issue i had was i seen roaches in the halway and found one in my room. Other than that it was quiet and i got a good night's sleep.

We had asked for a non smoking room. Upoa arrival, we opened the door, it smelled like a dirty ashtray. I killed a spider in the bathroom. It was one of those rooms you didn't want to put any luggage on the floor. At least it didn't have bed bugs. The carpet looked dirty also. It's in need of replacing. I highly doubt we won't be staying there again as this is an annual visit.

It was horrible!!! Only good thing was the bed was comfortable BUT it also had Bed Bugs !! The shower head wasnt even fasten on right so I FIXED IT..Had to get my room key reprogrammed every day i was there. That whole place need a overhaul...I AM NEVER STAYING THERE AGAIN !!!

Please note upfront that I do not have unrealistic expectations of what to expect at a Super 8.. a no frills hotel that is typically older and low-feature. However, this hotel is not suitable for guests, and should be pulled from the franchise. This was by far the most filthy hotel room I have ever stayed in. Yes, the toilet was clean and the bed had new sheets… but there was blood/other body fluids on the walls, dried up something splashed across the door, mold and mildew all over in the bathroom, exposed electrical conductors the hallway ( the hall light was removed, wires hanging there) and the carpets were very dirty. It was mind boggling. Believe all the reviews that discuss how dirty and unmaintained the hotel is. For the hotel owners, you need to inspect and correct this facility. It was bad enough, we just left and went elsewhere before our stay was over.

Comfy bed- great shower temp and pressure. Hooked up to wifi easily. Had fruit and coffee for my breakfast- there were other options. Great stay for the money I paid.

Was hard to find. Was not in town and I thought I missed it as it appeared I was on my way to the next town. So I turned back to town. The room had no chair but did have a table to put a laptop on! Toilet seat did not have any nuts on the bolts and moved about freely. Someone could fall and get injured (and sue) Sorry but I've stayed in better Super 8's. Unfortunate the days of looking at a room first are gone.

My room had no tv remote. No secure door lock and none of the outlets worked in the room. We couldn't even charge our phones. The rooms stink and the hallways do also.

Start with the good, the room and bathroom was clean and the bed comfortable. The bad.. not very welcoming. When checking in, the person at the counter was wearing a simple white t-shirt and shorts, not very professional, and during the entire time with me, he was talking to another co-worker. The Wi-Fi did not reach the end of the hotel to the room we were staying so we did not have any wi-fi, which also affected the TV because that ran off an internet roku. When I mentioned it to them, they acted surprised(?). So very limited TV and no wi-fi. I didn't expect much for breakfast but even the coffee was gone very early and there was no one behind the counter to request more. The second day when we came back in the evening to our room it was not made up with housekeeping and no fresh towels. When tried calling using the room phone but no one picked up at the counter. I walked down and was told we had to request it(?) We weren't told that but perhaps that was because he was busy talking to somebody else when we checked in. Finally when I checked out there was no one at the counter again, just dropped off the room card and left.

Nobody at front desk. Rang bell and waited and waited and waited. Called and finally someone came to answer the phone. Booked through Hotels.com.com, arrived and was told they had cancelled my reservation. No cancelation received by Hotels.com. Guy assures me they have. Have disputed with Hotels.com and with my credit card, but these liars keep telling them the charge is valid even though I was never even allowed in the building.

This was our second visit to this Super 8. We were kindly greeted by a young lady who made us feel welcome. She was very professional in every way.

Hotel receptionist stated that our reservation was canceled by Expedia. Check with Expedia and reservation was not cancelled. Hotel wanted us to pay extra $100 a night. When Expedia sent reservation again we finally got a room at our original rate. Hotel wanted to charge me $20 for upgrade from King to 2 queen beds since King rooms were sold out. Ended up not paying the $20 after more discussion. Took 30 minutes to check in. Not a good experience.

Tv didn't work.Booked thru Expedia. Family death changed plans. Told hotel 24 hrs ahead that I was cancelling two rooms nights. 3 days later still waiting for information on why I am being charged for two dates I cancelled well in advance. Never had this happen in 50 years of travel, I am waiting to see if this will be resolved satisfactorly.

I would like to request a full refund. The property workers were rude and switched the original check out time to whatever they wanted it to be resulting In me and my husband to have to leave earlier than what was expected in the contract.

While staying at this hotel I arrived back at the hotel late in the evening. When I entered my room I found that it had not been cleaned and that I had no new towels. I went to the front desk to just ask for new clean towels. They informed me that I could not get clean towels as they were closed until 6:30 in the morning. I explained that I was leaving early the next morning and that I needed the towels before then. They said there was nothing that they could do. I was unable to get clean towels and had to use small hand towels.
While staying at this hotel I arrived back at the hotel late in the evening. When I entered my room I found that it had not been cleaned and that I had no new towels. I went to the front desk to just ask for new clean towels. They informed me that I could not get clean towels as they were closed until 6:30 in the morning. I explained that I was leaving early the next morning and that I needed the towels before then. They said there was nothing that they could do. I was unable to get clean towels and had to use small hand towels.

Start with the good, the room and bathroom was clean and the bed comfortable. The bad.. not very welcoming. When checking in, the person at the counter was wearing a simple white t-shirt and shorts, not very professional, and during the entire time with me, he was talking to another co-worker. The Wi-Fi did not reach the end of the hotel to the room we were staying so we did not have any wi-fi, which also affected the TV because that ran off an internet roku. When I mentioned it to them, they acted surprised(?). So very limited TV and no wi-fi. I didn't expect much for breakfast but even the coffee was gone very early and there was no one behind the counter to request more. The second day when we came back in the evening to our room it was not made up with housekeeping and no fresh towels. When tried calling using the room phone but no one picked up at the counter. I walked down and was told we had to request it(?) We weren't told that but perhaps that was because he was busy talking to somebody else when we checked in. Finally when I checked out there was no one at the counter again, just dropped off the room card and left.

It's a safe and quiet place to stay. The open issue I had is that it was hair on the tub and the bottom of the shower curtain was dirty.

Was hard to find. Was not in town and I thought I missed it as it appeared I was on my way to the next town. So I turned back to town. The room had no chair but did have a table to put a laptop on! Toilet seat did not have any nuts on the bolts and moved about freely. Someone could fall and get injured (and sue) Sorry but I've stayed in better Super 8's. Unfortunate the days of looking at a room first are gone.

Windows and doors busted out and extremely dark parking lot. Did not feel safe to stay there so booked a different hotel last minute. I would not recommend staying here.

No towels in room. No working ice machine. Empty vending machine. Breakfast is listed but when we left just before 9am there was frosted flakes, no milk, and 1 possibly 2 packaged muffins.

You could hear people walking above and closing door flushing toilet all around. Breakfast was a joke. The only option was a cereal. Yogurt exparied, no coffee, appes old- wrinkeled. The bed sheets had a stain and mirror wasn't clean.

Smoke alarms beeped every 40 seconds for 2 days and management could not get fixed. Free breakfast was supposed to be included. They had no coffee, said machine was broken, cereal was so stale the raisins in raisin brand were like a rock. Second day manager had made effort with fresh cereal and coffee. Not a pleasant stay.

Worst Hotel we've ever stayed in. The room smelled TERRIBLE like old cigarette smoke despite being non-smoking. The mattresses were squishy and sunken in. The carpet was sticky and dirty! The light above the sink didn't work. Breakfast was a joke. 2 cereal options and warm milk. And a package of muffins. A homeless man sleeping in the breakfast room. Ice machine didn't work. Outside the room in the hallway smelled like pot. We were in town for a funeral and we're embarrassed because our clothes smelled like old cigarettes after staying one night! Horrible!

Comfy bed- great shower temp and pressure. Hooked up to wifi easily. Had fruit and coffee for my breakfast- there were other options. Great stay for the money I paid.

There was a dead cockroach on the wall and one that I exterminated. They provided not a breakfast, but just a snack.On "the Breakfast" was cereal or dry bread (no cream cheese or jam), or small muffin. To drink was fake orange juice, milk or coffee and one dirty table to sit at

The place smelled like a basement when you first walk in. Our room also had a weird smell. Our toilet was leaking but the manager said it’ll stop..it didn’t. Woke up to a flooded bathroom. Breakfast was offered but it was old cereal and yogurt. No cream for the coffee!! When you ring the bell for service it’s a hit and miss. The ice machine was broken and the vending machine was empty. The only positive experience was the jacuzzi. I would never come back here!!!

I was pleased to find the room clean with a comfortable bed which is all I really need on a business trip. In general I think Super 8 gives me the most bang for my buck.

We booked online. When we saw "by Wyndham" we associated that with good quality. I called the contact number provided online multiple times prior to arrival. No one ever answered and the call was repeatedly dropped. Upon check in, I asked about it and was provided with a completely different number. The main lobby entrance outside door was propped open. The room was clean and ok. The toilet seat was very loose. We asked to borrow a screw driver so we could fix it. The desk clerk came to our room and tried to fix it. The fix was very short lived. There was some type of smoke detector? dangling from our ceiling. The door on the ac controls was broken and fell off when we opened it. Outside our window was a rusted old storage shed and an overgrown flowerbed with no flowers. The sidewalks were partially blocked with overgrown bushes. The outside entrance was not secure even though there was a slide bar for the room key. The nuts and bolts of the lock were missing. Anyone could walk in. Advertised "Breakfast" consisted of a very minimum continental type breakfast. Unfortunately, our stay was poor overall quality and we were disappointed.
