The property fit what we needed, we loved the location. We stayed in the first building where the corridors are outside, which was fine, until a group of people had brought chairs and ended up sitting right under our room, which was on 2nd floor. They played music too loud and talked loud, I did complain to front desk, they did not think they could do anything, but thankfully they left at about 10:30 pm. I suspect some of them were not even hotel guests. I suggest hotel monitor for this type of disturbance. Disappointed that pool was closed.

The pool wasn't open. The lady working the front desk said the pump was broke and the water was green. When I looked at it the water was moving and it was blue. It needed to be cleaned, but not broke. One of the pictures had a broken glass. Finally, when I asked for a downstairs room. I was informed that they were almost full and there were none available. As we were leaving the next morning. We walked by two rooms on the ground floor that had not been used.

The hotel is fine. No elevator; not a problem for us but others may need to know. Immediate surrounding neighbors are car dealerships. The disappointment for us is Paris, KY. Promoted as quaint historic downtown. We were thinking walking, quaint shops, etc but it isn’t. It is an old town like so many struggling to keep open.

We needed a hotel for a quick stay close to Claiborne farm. The hotel was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. Paris is a cute little city and we enjoyed site seeing. It was quiet and had a good, standard breakfast buffet.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean but had a moldy smell and the hallway rug had a terrible odor. The outside was dilapidated with broken fences, un emptied trash and poor signage. The “ free” breakfast was abysmal: stale bagels hard as a rock, sparse at best ! I will travel two exits up and look for another brand next visit. This was a bitter disappointment. The staff is not responsible for what the company provides them to work with. This is not a reflection on them!

All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We arrived at midnight and had no issue getting checked in. The bedroom area is the room was average and appeared clean. The bathroom had mold all over the walls. We were exhausted from traveling so we didn't get up early enough for the breakfast

The room was a little dirty, but the main issue is that there was mold on the ceiling of the room from a previous water leak. There was a lamp on the table under the leak location and the water had dripped down onto the lampshade and made it look nasty.

The room wasn’t bad. It just had a weird smell. The carpets need cleaned, I believe. The shower took about 20 minutes to heat up. The beds were clean and comfortable. It was quiet and was able to park right in front of the room. All in all, it wasn’t a bad stay.

We ended up leaving in the middle of the night as other guests were partying so loud and doing drugs and making so much noise the lady at front desk offered us a full refund.

There have not been many updates at this location. There is a microwave and there is a refrigerator and there is one of those little tiny coffee makers but there is no USB outlet. I have become accustomed to stay in a hotel room where I don't need to carry a charger with me just my charging wire. Also a knob was missing off the dress one of the dresser drawers and a few spots had been missed and cleaning the bathtub and the towels are not posh and generous there from another era size wise. I was not impressed with the outdoor stairway.

Not a very well maintained property. Smoke alarm was beeping and I was told to take it down myself and bring the battery to the office. Once I did they had no batteries. Sink was stopped up but they did unstop it the next day. This place is older with really small rooms and really needs a major update for the price.

I could see out the top, lock side and bottom of the door. Towel rack in bathroom was ready to fall out of the wall. Shower head was so high I could not reach it.

The rooms had roaches there was no hot water. The TV is only had six channels called front desk told me I had to let the water run for 20 to 30 minutes and it would heat up. Didn’t even offer a different room. The whole entire stay was just ridiculous. Go to the next exit.

We arrived very late in the evening exhausted and ready to sleep. It had been 25 hrs since we started our journey and arrived here. We were welcomed with a warm smile . ERICA was fantastic that evenjng. Everyone was very polite and friendly. The room was nothing special but it was clean and quiet and comfortable. The shower pressure was lovely. The water hot and plentiful!! Breakfast was fine and plentiful the next morning. Cleaning staff were courteous and lovely. I usually do not stay in motel type establishments but I wpuld recommend this Best Western. The hallway did have a little bit of a strange smell but nothing outrageous. Close your door and relax. Upon checking out Jana was lovely kind and polite. If we were to return we would stay again. Very close to amenities and the highways. Thank you for your Southern hospitality. We are grateful

Hard to find, direction we're vague. Blackout curtains only came down half way, let too much light in at night. Made it hard to sleep. Receptionist was very pleasant and informative.

We needed a hotel for a quick stay close to Claiborne farm. The hotel was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. Paris is a cute little city and we enjoyed site seeing. It was quiet and had a good, standard breakfast buffet.

I loved the breakfast and I felt very safe. The security of the building limited access to the rooms with a key card to the hotel facility and for the room. Parking was no problem.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean but had a moldy smell and the hallway rug had a terrible odor. The outside was dilapidated with broken fences, un emptied trash and poor signage. The “ free” breakfast was abysmal: stale bagels hard as a rock, sparse at best ! I will travel two exits up and look for another brand next visit. This was a bitter disappointment. The staff is not responsible for what the company provides them to work with. This is not a reflection on them!

All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We arrived at midnight and had no issue getting checked in. The bedroom area is the room was average and appeared clean. The bathroom had mold all over the walls. We were exhausted from traveling so we didn't get up early enough for the breakfast

My stay was very nice. The hotel was so peaceful and quiet. The office staff was very welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was very good. I would recommend this location to anyone travelling in the Paris, Kentucky region.

Saty was good, room clean, breakfast was very good. Staff was excellent. Had paid for room in advanceand did not like being asked to give my credit card information upon arrival just in case of any damage to the room being done. But I complied, with the assurance no charges would be made upon inspection.

The linens and towels were clean. The floor I'm not sure- I didn't walk on it without shoes cuz it looked dirty. The water was never "hot". Just warm. There is no Libby of any kind to relax in. The chair in the room is like an outdoor iron chair. Very few amenities. Ok for a stopover. But I wouldn't spend time here.

The Room was adequate, there are a few things that were not good. The bed pillows were like couch pillows. Not really sure what that was about. They were all smaller than a standard pillow. The air conditioning was off when we arrived and it was extremely hot in the room. There were multiple spiders in the room. There also was only 2 bath towels for 3 guests. It could use some updates. The front desk lady was extremely nice and helpful.

The place has an older feel, bed comfort was ok, seemed to roll me to the middle of the king size bed. I really nice feature is the Bathroom Heater makes the shower room warm after getting out of the shower. Breakfast was good, Biscuits and Gravy, Eggs, Sausage plus Waffle Machine. Orange Juice was BROKEN BOTH DAYS, Probably needs attention to this detail. overall good but not 5 star

I will most definitely stay here again. My day has been wonderful. It’s quiet and peaceful. The staff don’t bother you. They are nice and friendly and wants to make sure everything is OK. I really enjoyed myself. Thank you
