Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre Residences

Pullman Dubai Residences ist eine ganz tolle Unterkunft am Creek. Direkt vom Hotel aus, kann man in der Mall alles mögliche einkaufen. Unser Appartement war sehr gut. Es fehlt an nichts. Täglich wird das Zimmer gereinigt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet und vielfältig. Das Personal ist fleißig und sehr aufmerksam. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

I am glad i choose to stay in pullman. Very clean and good staff, smooth checkin and check. I ll definetely going there again.

I booked apartment mistakingly, it was specious but old and outdated. 3rd bed that add for us in dining room was small and not stable.

Best Breakfast and hospitality is too good and 100% better than Marriot hotels

My experience at this hotel was significantly below expectations. The studio I stayed in was approximately 28 years old, noticeably outdated, and equipped with old and worn-out furnishings. The hair dryer was broken and unsafe to use, and the room lacked basic modern amenities such as USB charging outlets. A major safety concern occurred on the balcony, where there was a large colony of bees. I was stung multiple times while using the clothes rack. As a result, I had to seek medical attention and take prescribed medications. Although I contacted hotel management immediately, the response was delayed. The only solution initially offered was a room change. Eventually, the hotel refunded the unused nights, and we had to leave with eight days remaining on our trip. The only positive aspect was the pool. Overall, the stay was not worth the cost. I do not recommend this property, and I suggest choosing another place when visiting Dubai/UAE.
