Hampton Inn & Suites Parker

They sold her room out from under us so we did not have a room when we arrived at 11:30 pm.

Our room was in really terrible shape. Dirty towels from the last guests were on the floor of our closet. Random trash and gummy bears were on the nightstand and floor. Coffee was spilled on the nightstand and not washed off. Shower area was dirty and had hair in drain. In general, I think the beds were clean and we (hope) had clean towels but I think the rest of the room was ignored. The breakfast buffet was not good. Very low quality food.

The rooms are not sound proof so you hear all the traffic, people in other rooms, doors , & ice machine. Our door didn't lock when we left the room each time, so that was concerning.

Nice hotel but had to change keys and switch room twice while trying to catch end of sports game

The property overall was great, the staff was very friendly, accommodating and welcoming and the room was very nice, up to date and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only real disappointment was the hot tub, it was lukewarm at best. The water coming into the hot tub was quite chilly. We were looking forward to a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a long day of being outside in the sun so it was disappointing!
