The mattress was Sunken in with stained linen. I had to go to the office to obtain a broom to sweep out the dead Cockroaches and dirt behind the bed and along the floor. There was an over flow of garbage outside my room with an old broken ice machine that didn't work. The room smeeled like mildew. They want a 50 dollar deposit after you have paid and reserved the room without a receipt to be given also they want you to pay15 dollars daily for your pet that can not stay in the room when you leave. Upon leaving the front desk personal weren't bery welcoming nore going. I was simply desperate didn't have an option.

Do not stay here even if they say newly remodeled!!! There was no notation that they had roofing crews there working late hours. She We walked upstairs into the hallway there were puddles of water in the floor. Large bags of trash sitting right outside our room door. When we walked in the room all the banging from the roofers was deafening. Our shoes were sticking to the tile floor it was so dirty. My husband wipes the floor with some toilet paper and it was black with dirt! Reddish stains on the linens. The shower curtain was disgustingly stained. The bathroom tiles and grout was old and dirty. The newly remodeled room they advertised consisted of old beat up furniture from some other hotel that was remodeled. The microwave was rusted inside and filthy. It should be thrown out. But hey, it has a new toilet! We immediately left and cancelled our stay.

Room was not cleaned properly. Towels were stiff and old . My husband was drying with one of the towels it tore in half.No hot water only barely warm.Door was hard to open. You had to push hard to get it open. No ice machine that worked. My family has stay there several times (at least once a year. This is the worse it has ever been. The motel needs a lot of work to be brought up to be an A-1) motel.

The girl at the front desk was multi tasking and never missed a beat! Her explanation of where our room was and what times breakfast and happy hour were was delivered expertly. She was very pleasant and next time we come here we hope to see her again. As for the room, awesome, no carpet! Much more sanitary flooring that felt clean to the touch on my feet, not sticky like carpet. The happy hour was good for us since they offered non alcoholic beverages and nice snacks.

I’m not a complainer but this time, yes I am. The first thing is we had to put up a $50 cash deposit which was returned at check out. The room was ok for the money. The toilet seat was broken. The hot water didn’t last long enough. The area where the water control handle is was coming off the wall. Lamp shades had stains on them. Yes, this was a basic room, but dang no ice bucket? There was no trash can so we bought one. The pillows were awful. Only one shelf in the fridge. The remote for the tv didn’t work and when my husband took it to the front desk, all the clerk said was, it’s universal it’s supposed to work. Did nothing to check out the problem. The towels were really thin and luckily I always pack some.

She was very pleasant and next time we come here we hope to see her again. As for the room, awesome, no carpet! We checked in for a 2 night stay on 5/5/23. (Rm 204) We checkout of that disgusting, filthy motel (and I have the pictures to prove it and a signed list of disgusting issues of our room by the motel clerk) on 5/6/23. The manager on duty said she would authorize a refund and that we needed to complete it through hotels.com. Hotels.com said no, they motel needed to do the refund, which doing the research, hotels.com is corrects. Now guess what? We cannot get ahold of the owner. Imaging that. 1. Toilet would not flush very well at all. 2. The plugger was broken. 3. The television had about 1/4" of dust on it. 4. No remote control for the television. 5. We opened the refrigerator and it smelled like something died in it. (AWFUL!) 6. The deck door was cracked. 7. We think it was died dog poop (we hope that's all it was) on deck. 8. The two lamps had bent and cracked lamp shades. 9. The continental breakfast consisted of tiny dried up pastries. 10. No drinking glasses in the room. 11. No waste basket. 12. As bad as it was I was willing to forfeit the second night funds, but the motel manage lied and said we would get a refund, (which was listed when we make the reservation.) 13. Guess what? Trying get a refund is looking like an impossibility. I made a similar list and the motel clerk at the desk initialed it and agreed that my list was accurate. We will never go back to this place.

I’m not a complainer but this time, yes I am. The first thing is we had to put up a $50 cash deposit which was returned at check out. The room was ok for the money. The toilet seat was broken. The hot water didn’t last long enough. The area where the water control handle is was coming off the wall. Lamp shades had stains on them. Yes, this was a basic room, but dang no ice bucket? There was no trash can so we bought one. The pillows were awful. Only one shelf in the fridge. The remote for the tv didn’t work and when my husband took it to the front desk, all the clerk said was, it’s universal it’s supposed to work. Did nothing to check out the problem. The towels were really thin and luckily I always pack some.

The room itself wasn't clean properly there was no comforter on bed on sheet and thin comforter cover that had hair all over it the tv only had audio no video microwave sparked fire when tried to use so unable to use it no housekeeping ask if need service or change it towels etc the floor was sticky never mopped no trash can in room or iron/ironing board even after asking staff in office bout replacing microwave,trash can etc was told they didn't have any extra to bring was on 2nd floor the hallway is filthy and stairs to dead roaches and trash the ice machines don't work no vending machines either day we checked in was told pool was going to be clean that day never was and people are still allowed to swim even with green water and leaves etc in it ask if I could get refund for remaining days since I paid for 2 weeks 750 plus 50 deposit was told no refunds so forced to stay or lose money worst motel ever

The girl at the front desk was multi tasking and never missed a beat! Her explanation of where our room was and what times breakfast and happy hour were was delivered expertly. She was very pleasant and next time we come here we hope to see her again. As for the room, awesome, no carpet! When I got there to check in the girl was asleep. The next morning I got up to take a shower. The shower head leaked and the shower doors would not stay closed. By the time I showered the floor was soaked. I brought that to their attention later that day and nothing was done about it. She said she would send housekeeping to check it out!!! How about maintenance??? No clean towels left in the room the next day!!!!

The girl at the desk was fine, but takes a photocopy of your ID. Place has people living there. Whole entrance smelled like Marijuana, The room we stayed in was recently remodeled, but you get no TV stations unless ypu use your own streaming serveces. Did not enjoy being woke up at 6am by a dog barking that was tied to a bush right outside our room. Offers no coffee or breakfastanywhere on property.

Very neat clean room however there was a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. Pool half full of green slime. Hallways carpets worn and stained and often smelled of stall smoke. Staff was apathetic.
