Stayed 3 nights. Very clean property and rooms. Easy to access and park. Nice indoor heated pool although we did not use. Very friendly staff.

I was surprised there was no elevator and tgey put us on the 2nd floor. We had to carry our stuff up 2 flights of stairs. There were individuals sleeping in the common areas and not in rooms.

The place is older and run down looking. It’s seems unclean from the outside and inside is a little rough. We didn’t expect much from it since it was on the cheaper side for a hotel. Our room was dirty. All the sheets, blankets, and pillow cases had stains on them. Very noticeable. We left and didn’t stay. Wouldn’t recommend.

*Dated, Dirty, and Neglected* The hotel was overall dated and dirty, a truly unpleasant experience. The carpets were so stained and filthy we had to buy towels to cover the carpeting just to walk on them. We even purchased our own pillows, sheets, and towels because the provided ones were unacceptable. And purchased cleaning products to sanitize the room and bathroom as best as we could. The furniture was covered in dust, and it seemed like no maintenance had been done in years. The bathroom was grimy, with stains everywhere. Unfortunately, there were no other accommodations available in the area for the weekend, so we had to stay. I would never recommend this hotel—it’s in desperate need of cleaning and updates.

The carpet in the room looked like it had been swept but it was just really dirty and stained. Some areas were frayed at the doors. Otherwise it was a nice overnight stay. The staff was exceptionally nice!

Room nicely renovated. Bathroom not so much. Shower was dirty, hairy, and had used washcloths hanging from the curtain rod. Electric outlet didn't work behind nightstand. No tissues.

Chair broke at desk, no kleenex in room, room smelled musty. Front desk attendant wasnt happy that we arrived 30 min before check in. Said they usually charge 25$ for early check in. Nobody at all at this hotel at the time i was checking in other than front desk attendant. Room was paid in full prior to checking in. 30 min early arrival and you'd of thunk i was a teen being scalded. Lesson learned. Even if its a high rated hotel, make sure you read the reviews. They help in deciding.

The carpeting in the lobby and stairs is ridiculously dirty. Rooms were better. Staff was nice. Breakfast was lacking any protein choices. Parking lot was well lit, but so bright that it was the nightlight around the curtains in our room. It was quiet.

Definitely could use some updates. Our room was not the cleanest, dirt and grime in places. The bed sheets barely fit the bed, and had stains on them. The bed itself felt like you were sleeping on a board, very uncomfortable. Nobody staff wise greeted us, just werent very friendly.

Overall a good stay for a night. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Hotel overall could be updated. Not many options for breakfast. Things in the breakfast area could be labeled more clearly (utensils, etc.)

While the room overall was clean the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work so you had to leave the door cracked to keep it from steaming up as well as the toilet would not fill up and you had to jiggle on the handle to get it to stop running when it would work. There was also a $150 fee charged at the beginning of the state for incidentals that was not advertised on the website but we did get that back after we checked out and they checked the room.

We have stayed here before and it has always been good. Nice and quiet. This stay the room next to us had their tv on loud all night and a beeping nose very early in the morning for about 45 minutes. Worst stay we have had.

The mid october low that night was 44. The heater when we arrived after midnight was not on. 20 seconds after turning it on there was a burni g smell and the smoke alarm went off. Clearly this was the first use of the season. We kept it off and slept in a cold room. The next morning I explained the issue to the front desk women. She smugly told me exactly what I already knew and offered no apology much less compensation for a poor nights sleep. The hotel was crowded due to a nearby college football game. Why not service or air out the heaters when you already know there is an issue? Bargain basement facility and bargain basement management.

Very nice people on staff and they seemed to be making a strong effort in all ways. That said, the property is dated and the room had a musty smell (a/c unit perhaps?) that made the experience feel less than ideal. Traditional small town hotel. The location was our reason to stay there.

Worst hotel experience ever. Apparently, there are nights the showers don't work, and the toilets won't flush. This would've been great to know as I was there specifically for work. There were outlets in the room that didn't work. Staff as rude and unprofessional. They spend their shift sleeping or socializing and act like you are inconveniencing them when you go ask them for something or communicate something. There needs to be a better method of communication because when I let them know during check in and the morning of check out I was going to be doing a late check out they still were super nasty to me when I was checking out and the grouchy housekeeper dude barged into my room as I was packing my stuff up and put something in the door so I couldn't close it. Mind you it was only 1245 and I had already been informed and accepted the 25-dollar charge and was told by staff beforehand it was ok. The muffins at breakfast were stale and gross tasting and the coffee was burnt. I cannot think of a good thing to say about this place and should have just slept in my car and saved myself a few hundred dollars.

Front desk (daytime) manager made a significant error. She booked another guest into the room I was occupying and then charged me a “no show fee”. The errr was rectified but it just left a negative impression. The evening desk person was wonderful and extremely helpful. She was the one who correct the mistakes made by her colleague.

Our stay has been far better than expected. Large clean room, working refrigerator and great buffet breakfast. We were concerned about the highway noise but barely heard it. Check in person friendly and helpful. Perfect place for a night or 2.

Very nice people on staff and they seemed to be making a strong effort in all ways. That said, the property is dated and the room had a musty smell (a/c unit perhaps?) that made the experience feel less than ideal. Traditional small town hotel. The location was our reason to stay there.

Only fresh items were the apples and bananas and bread. There was a strong odor in the whole hotel itself. It appeared clean but not new in any way.

Worst hotel experience ever. Apparently, there are nights the showers don't work, and the toilets won't flush. This would've been great to know as I was there specifically for work. There were outlets in the room that didn't work. Staff as rude and unprofessional. They spend their shift sleeping or socializing and act like you are inconveniencing them when you go ask them for something or communicate something. There needs to be a better method of communication because when I let them know during check in and the morning of check out I was going to be doing a late check out they still were super nasty to me when I was checking out and the grouchy housekeeper dude barged into my room as I was packing my stuff up and put something in the door so I couldn't close it. Mind you it was only 1245 and I had already been informed and accepted the 25-dollar charge and was told by staff beforehand it was ok. The muffins at breakfast were stale and gross tasting and the coffee was burnt. I cannot think of a good thing to say about this place and should have just slept in my car and saved myself a few hundred dollars.

Had a very nice stay and was very happy with the room. Had a good night's sleep and a nice hot shower . Morning Breakfast was adequate, but no scrambled eggs or biscuits and gravy. Beds are either King size or full size, no queen size available. Hotel was quiet and easy parking. Has a indoor pool as well. Would stay again.

What you’d expect. Weird layout as the room door opened against the sink. The hot waster system for the hotel failed on the first day so we had to attend a wedding without showering. I used the coffee maker to warm water for sponge baths. The staff was extremely apologetic. The carpet was damp enough to leave water on the bottom of anything placed on the floor.

Was there almost two weeks for an event 30 minutes away. Worked out great. Plenty of parking, many food options near by as well as gas stations. Plus a Walmart.

My room looked like it had blood stains all over the carpet and when I confronted the front desk about it, they confirmed that it was. On top of that we didnt have any hot water for awhile. They at least changed our room BUT that room wasnt much better. Stains all over that carpet as well. There wasnt that many guests there but they still gave me a room with blood stains when there was obviously other rooms available. They also took $150 deposit "in case of damages" but said I would get it back when I check out. That was not the case. Its up to my bank and could take 5-10 business days to refund me. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and will never go back. If I could give negative stars I would. Dont recommend anybody stay there

The room stunk even with air freshener provided by staff. The coffee maker in the room was so fuzzy from dust, it clearly hadn’t been cleaned and the bathroom had hair on the floor. They had recently shampooed the carpet as it was still wet. The staff was friendly.

Our visit was very good! The staff was helpful and very nice. The room was exactly what we needed. The pool was perfect. All in all we would definitely stay there again
