La Quinta by Wyndham Norwich-Plainfield-Casino

Breakfast was great, none of the equipment in the gym worked and there were smell of smoke in the hallways. Room was clean bathroom was outdated. Overall, it was a fine stay

The breakfast was disappointing as the food was cold and overall quality was poor as well. I visited with my young children and the provided tvs only had a couple channels and there was no channels for younger kids. My kids enjoyed the pool however I’m glad we brought our own towels as they did not have any clean ones to provide in the pool room. Overall the rooms were clean but the beds are only great if you enjoy your mattresses firm. I’ve stayed many times before but this time was definitely the worse.

Dirty face cloth on the bathroom floor. Bathroom sink would not shut off and only had hot water.

My husband , myself and our two small girls are currently going into our third week here and I am very happy to say I have zero complaints. The staff is extremely personable and accommodating. All you have to do is be a decent human to others. There are many negative reviews online that I do not agree with. We will gladly be staying here for our winter extended stays in the near future and possibly again next winter. We appreciate all of you here at La Quinta!!

The staff was super friendly and welcoming, the room was so clean and lovely. Such a great night away for a busy working mom!
