I'm a retired musician and the group i played with was called Cuttrout Trout. We were a jazz trio that played several years at the Trout Festival in cotter. The last time we played was in 2018. We stayed at this very place at that time. Wow! It has been transformed into such a sweet place to stay. Great memories! Great time!

Only real downside was there weren’t any side tables in our room. We had a luggage rack and a small shelf which was an inconvenience. The property was beautiful and really interesting piece of historic Cotter, Arkansas. Would stay again in a different room.

The hotel is very quiet and clean. The room was spacious and well appointed. The prices are very reasonable! It has a special charm that makes it unique.
