We were very pleased with our sta The hotel is very clean. The room was perfect, not big but everything was there that you needed. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were nice and soft. The breakfast was fine - lots of choices. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very inviting. The staff were all very, nice and accommodating, especially Hannah (I don’t think I have the right spelling for her name). She was the young woman at the desk in the mornings. The location isn’t ideal if you want to walk anywhere, especially because of the roadwork. But it’s a very short drive to everything - the lake, great restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay there again if we came back to the area.

Free parking; clean room; friendly staff; and breakfast are always available! Lake Norman is a beautiful spot to split our trip to Hilton Head. We’ve done it for many years and have not been disappointed.

An amazing hotel! The staff was very welcoming and nice even though I accidentally set off the smoke alarm in my room by spraying alcohol. Their smoke alarms are very sensitive. I did not see the signs until after the fact. The rooms were roomy and I loved the quite sliding bathroom door. There are plenty of USB and electric plugs in the room. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room is always nice. Beds were great. Nice area. There is some construction happening on the street in front of the hotel, but not a problem. The food was good, especially the smoked sausage. I would like to see some shredded cheese on the food bar to sprinkle on eggs and a microwave. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
