They didn't have the room we booked for our family. They put us in two separate rooms that they claimed we're adjoining, but they were not. This was less than ideal for a family with children. The carpet smelled bad, the tub faucet dripped and the outlet on the lamp by the bed was loose and didn't keep the plug in. The other outlet on the table must not have worked because my tablet didn't charge overnight. I asked for maid service so I could have clean towels each morning, but didn't get them. I had to go to the front desk to ask for more. Then I had to stand in front of the clerk at the front desk for 10 minutes waiting for her to finish a phone call. I was taught in customer service that the customer in front of you takes precedence over the one on the phone. The service industry is in dire need of change. This hotel will definitely NOT be my first choice in the future.
