So - Obviously this hotel is used by a lot of local workers for temp housing. While that made me a little nervous at first, it was a pretty good stay. We had four dogs in tow as we were moving to the area. There was plenty of room to walk them around the hotel and the hotel was quiet and comfortable. I was also impressed by the amenities, fitness, snack shop, in room kitchen and full size fridge, even a lending area with appliances, books, DVDs, games, books, etc. If we had needed to stay more than one night I think we would have been very comfortable. Nice stay!

Full hotel plenty of Parking. I booked a 2 bed suit non smoking Rm. 4 days before arrival for 2 adults and a Teenager. Arrived after 10:00 pm. Went to my room. Was a single queen bed for 3 adult size people. Rm smells like a smoking room. No air on rm is hot. Went to front desk says it is the last Room. And said when booking through Expedia you only get what is available. When I book 4 days prior was plenty of rooms. Brought us a roll out bed my daughters her feet hung off the bed. Two sets of linens for 3. Spent 12 hours at the Ball park. Returned to a Room that was not cleaned. The roll out bed was place in front of the A/C. Bedding was cover in Black power fuzz that was ashy when you rubbed it between your fingers. Bath room floors were dirty. After 3 showering flipped the bath mat over in front of the tub was covered in black dirt. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THROUGH A BOOKING APP.

When we got there we had to carry our own towels to the room. When we got to the room it was a double and not a queen. Went to take a shower and no wash rags were provided. Took 10 minutes to find customer service to get wash rags. There was a huge rip in the outside screen and there were roaches in the bathroom and the kitchen area. The previous stays key card was still in the room as well. Not happy with the stay.

This was the dirtiest, worn down hotel I've stayed at in a while. I was there an entire week, housekeeping never came. Even after I stopped by the front desk to request service. Sheets had stains, furniture was tattered, and there was a weird dark reddish stain on the headboard that looked a lot like a blood stain. Hallway was loud each night with questionable activities. I seriously saw someone with a crack pipe in the hall my last night.

I was very clean and the staff was excellent. Other than a couple of glitches it was perfect. They first gave me a room than had not been cleaned then the 2nd room the TV was not functioning properly. Of course this was minor as I spent my days in various towns, that being said the tv was fixed. Thanks

My stay was great. Except the bathtubs are really small and hard to get in and out of. Also soap, shampoo and conditioner are hard to reach if you are in tub. But other than that room was great!

The clerk was wonderful both at check in and out. The room was great! Very spacious throughout the whole room, very big bathroom and good size closet. Had a refrigerator, stove, microwave and small kitchen necessities salt pepper etc. Would have been great if they had four pillows on each bed. The pillows sucked went flat as soon as you laid in them! No matter how much you wadded it up it didn’t help. Bed also didn’t seem to be a true queen

I reserved a pet friendly room/suite with a queen bed. I was put on the 3rd floor, with a room that had one full size bed with two small flat pillows. When i asked for an extra pillow, the Front desk staff said there weren't any. It was very inconvenient taking the dog up & down three flights of stairs to potty.

Our stay was fine except for the check in. We had to wait at the front desk a long time before the woman came in the front door. Don’t know if she was out smoking or what. There was no way to notify anyone that we were waiting. We’ve stayed here several times before and the service in the past has been great so we were very disappointed by this.

The overall stay was good, clean, friendly staff. They offered crockpots, air fryers, etc. pretty cool. Only issue was TV was not working from the start of the stay. Gentleman up front gave my husband a number to call for WiFi help? It shouldn’t be his problem to try and fix the TV? Another employee the next day Offered him a room to watch tv in or even move rooms but after 13 hour shift he was not wanting to move. Then maintenance was supposed to come during the day, never showed up for it. How hard is it to fix a TV? Something my husband wasn’t able to do because of the remote, but also shouldn’t be his responsibility. Finally I called and spoke to the front desk (I’m 5 hours away), and she offered him a new room. So he went ahead and moved after a 13 hour work shift.. Other than that, the stay was great!

They didn't have the room we booked for our family. They put us in two separate rooms that they claimed we're adjoining, but they were not. This was less than ideal for a family with children. The carpet smelled bad, the tub faucet dripped and the outlet on the lamp by the bed was loose and didn't keep the plug in. The other outlet on the table must not have worked because my tablet didn't charge overnight. I asked for maid service so I could have clean towels each morning, but didn't get them. I had to go to the front desk to ask for more. Then I had to stand in front of the clerk at the front desk for 10 minutes waiting for her to finish a phone call. I was taught in customer service that the customer in front of you takes precedence over the one on the phone. The service industry is in dire need of change. This hotel will definitely NOT be my first choice in the future.

They didn't have the room we booked for our family. They put us in two separate rooms that they claimed we're adjoining, but they were not. This was less than ideal for a family with children. The carpet smelled bad, the tub faucet dripped and the outlet on the lamp by the bed was loose and didn't keep the plug in. The other outlet on the table must not have worked because my tablet didn't charge overnight. I asked for maid service so I could have clean towels each morning, but didn't get them. I had to go to the front desk to ask for more. Then I had to stand in front of the clerk at the front desk for 10 minutes waiting for her to finish a phone call. I was taught in customer service that the customer in front of you takes precedence over the one on the phone. The service industry is in dire need of change. This hotel will definitely NOT be my first choice in the future.

This property had false amenities and refused to refund us. The hotel smelled like mildew and the downgraded our reservation from a king to a queen without prior authorization. The walls are thin and people wers running up and down the halls. The pullout couch had stains and no bedding. We had to request more bedding. Seriously disappointed.
