The front desk workers, Marvin especially were wonderful! Him and his manager were very kind and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The pool was closed when we arrived due to being cleaned, we let them know we booked this hotel due to the pool for our son (we were in town for a medical procedure for him) and they ensured it would be open in about an hour. This morning we left for said procedure, there was a scheduling error so we returned to the hotel hoping to have access to our room again (it was 7a) and we had 2 hours to kill - the front desk worker was so sweet and said we could use the room until we had to leave again in 2 hours.

It was an average stay. It was close to the places we wanted to visit. Free breakfast was decent. We decided on this location for the pool access. Love the pool. The water was warm and comfortable. We were the only ones that used it. When we checked in the room was cool and perfect A/C temp. The couch and bed however was not comfortable. The staff were nice and friendly.

We always prefer Hampton but this stay fell short. No one at the front desk at any time. Pool and workout rooms never had towels. Ran out of soap in the shower. Battery in clock dead in workout room. Attention to details lacking for a place under the Hilton brand and compared with other Hamptons we stay in. We’ve stayed in this Hampton for the last three years but will explore other options on our next visit as the quality seems to be diminished. I’m okay with any business attempting to save pennies but places that keep my loyalty will save money that doesn’t affect service.

We were there for my dad's funeral. Five family members had rooms. Overall, it was fine. One of the two elevators was out of order and the hotel had been hit by lighting a week before so there was no internet. It's not a five star hotel but was fine, clean, the staff was attentive, our children enjoyed the pool, and it's a convenient location.

Beds and pillows were increidbly uncomfortable, breakfast was good, staff was friendly, weight room was okay, 2 machines didnt work.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Pool left a little to be desired as water was cold and salty. Otherwise good stay.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff! Pool was out of order but maintenance happens!! All other amenities were available and satisfactory.

Phone did not work. No one said they’d repair it. No airport transportation available. No restaurant. Breakfast Eggs were rubbery.

Pool was not open and the rooms were in need of an update. Seemed below typical Hampton Inn quality.

The smell of the room from smoking. Carpet was dirty and water was lukewarm for shower. Coffee pot in room was dirty.

Location served my purpose. Hotel is old and musty, in desperate need of renovation. Carpet needs to be ripped out

The room was disgusting!! Smelled bad, stains on everything, sticky floors, water damage and probably mold on the walls. Just a disgusting establishment all together. It really should be shut down.

Do Not spend the $$ to stay here! In fact this is the last time I stay at a Hampton Inn. Apparently the Hilton name doesn’t mean much to them, because if it did they would be out inspecting these hotels to make sure they are up to standards and representing their name well! We visited family over Thanksgiving Holiday. Having just moved away not long ago we were aware that most of the hotels in this particular area were build for those working out of state building a large plant and the hotels get used and abused. However, no reason not to be clean or updated. Bathroom tiles were mismatched, loose and dirty. Towels are literally pieces of thin cotton. Shower had luke-warm water at best and shower head needed replaced. Moldy tiles. Bed was old and not comfortable at all. Carpet needs replaced or at least a good scrubbing. This hotel allows dogs which is why we chose it. I didn’t even want my dog walking on the carpet or the floors in the hotel. Always out of coffee in the lobby. Didn’t even try the breakfast by the looks of the dirty area didn’t want to test fate. Main doors didn’t work, had to use a side door propped open for ANYONE to enter even at 2:00 a.m. when taking dog out! Thank goodness all the longer we had to be there was only to sleep and 4 nights was enough. I travel for work often and this is about the 3rd Hampton Inn that I’ve stayed at recently that has been neglected, gross and dirty. Upon check out this morning I had to wake the girl up at the desk.

Nice, clean, and quiet hotel. My go to whenever I’m in town and the free breakfast is a nice touch.

I would give 5 stars but the biggest turn-off for me is (regardless of where I stay) the dust and black mold built up and visible on the heating/ac unit...And the tub/shower, the visible mold. I understand this is related to housekeeping and rushing through, but should definitely be taken care of. I would still stay again but those 2 things should be looked at and cleaned/wiped down daily.

The room had an Oder, was outdated and the AC unit when on had a smell which caused me to leave the property shortly after arrival

The hotel wifi was out during our entire stay and (3) of us were there on business. This created some major issues during out stay.

At check in we were given an upgrade “a better room than we booked” and the room was terrible. It had a musty odour and hasn’t had an update in many many years. The bed was very uncomfortable with a giant sag in the middle. The worst part of the experience was the bathroom that smelled like sewage. Please do not accept Room 107.

The room was ok, I didn’t like the handicap shower, the water pressure was not great. The room was sufficient for what I needed it for though.

The only things I found negative was the water barely got hot in the shower and it was very noisy outside was above my room.

Overall the property was nice but the walls are super thin. The neighbors were disturbing our sleep with all their talking. The police were there when we were checking in but they were respectful of the guests and handled the situation professionally.

Someone in the room either next to mine or above mine took a shower late at night, and it sounded like they were in my bathroom. I could hear every footstep in the room above mine, and at times it sounded like they were rearranging the furniture in the middle of the night. Finally, I don't expect a great free breakfast, but this was worst than most similar hotels.

Booked a reservation 6 weeks ago. Got to hotel and were told the room we booked was unavailable. Front desk person could care less until I made him call a manager. After a very long time they got us the room we needed. Went up to room and the key cards did notnwork. Had to go back downstairs and the clerk was like yeah its not working right.

Staff never made our beds, or changed sheets. I had to ask them to give me new sheets at the front desk after I spilled some juice. I've never stayed at a hotel that doesn't make the beds daily.

Everything was fine with our stay with the exception of someone from the staff walking into our room unannounced

Not happy with the hotel in general, asked to change rooms and was to.d since I had booked with Expedia there was nothing that could be done. Have stayed at several Hampton Inns previously and have never been treated differently for the way the reservation was booked. Would not stay at this property again.

Lois and team are great friendly people who greet you with kindness and a Smile, and a hello every time... great choice when staying in the Pittsburgh area...

Poor start from check in. Front desk gave me the incorrect room number which led to an awkward few minutes with another guest

People were all very friendly, but if you take the best people and place them in a broken process, they will always fall short. No trash pulled, despite asking. Hampton’s housekeeping leaves lots to be desired. You cannot get your room touched up during your stay. Getting fresh towels is a challenge. The desk said they had no towels, but they would if they stopped by daily to pick up what was on our bathroom floor. Again, people were very nice, but I don’t believe they are given the resources for success.

The man at check in was seemingly irritated that he had to do his job. Not a people person at all.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel common areas nice! Pool was very enjoyable. Good location, easy access. Staff all very courteous and helpful.

The breakfast food was good. A great housekeeping staff. The Hampton Hotel should erect a sign on how to turn into the hotel. There is no signage and just a gravel road and at night visitors can get lost trying to find the entrance road. The road needs to be paved and widened also.

Pro: the staff are friendly and helpful. Cons: very limited continental breakfast compared to the other Hampton Inns we stay at around the country. All are very consistent with what is offered except this one including free water bottles when checking in. I had to extend our stay due to my 88 yr old mom becoming sick while attending a family event. She stayed back to rest all day. I hung a Do Not Disturb sign on the door, and the front desk were made aware of the extra night. However, an employee - assuming housekeeping - came into the room while I was gone. My mom made it known she was there, and the person left. Very disturbing to me as I did everything to make sure it was know we were staying and to keep out. I’ve stayed at this Hampton over the years, and it must be under new management as in the past service was consistent with all other Hamptons. I will not be staying there again but instead travel 25 miles north to stay at the New Castle PA Hampton. Service on par with brand.

The hotel is a little run down since I started staying there about 6 years ago. The personnel are quite nice and the breakfasts are fine. It's just okay.
