Comfort Inn & Suites Texas Hill Country

We had a great stay. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was standard to most others I have stayed at.

The room and the hotel were in above average condition. The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast is basic, but quite good. All in all, a great stay for a good price. The only hassle was limited parking, which was made worse by poor drainage in the lot during a rainstorm.

The breakfast on Sunday was much better than Saturday and the lady that took car of everything was wonderful making sure all the guests had everything they needed and it was all clean and well taken care of. The bathroom was clean and we always had hot water. The problem with the hotel was the noise factor - the floors and walls are paper thin and you can tell exactly what the people above you are doing and where they are walking at all times. You can hear the people next door just talking to each other. We were on the 2nd floor and thank goodness not in the room much, but trying to sleep and hearing the traffic noises was very difficult as well. It would quiet down when the air conditioner kicked on (very loudly) which was all night long, so needless to say, the two nights we stayed there, we did not sleep very well. It was definitely not like other Comfort Inns we have been in previously.

How to change rooms multiple times took six different times to try to get into my room every single time. The batteries in two different doors were not working, and the staff had no clue how to change it.. then the room next to me had an alarm clock that was stuck on all night long so you heard the beeping sound
