Would never stay here again. Killed two roaches in the room. Room was not clean. When I arrived, sheets and pillow cases looked slept in and not changed. Mirror was spotted. They moved me to a cleaner room which was better. Property is poorly maintained with walls badly scuffed for instance. Exterior is mostly brick but where there is wood, exterior paint is peeling. Breakfast was pretty good.

Was on 1st floor and people above us were loud and walked very heavily. Housekeeping entered room daily to remove dirty towels but did not replenish towels 2 of the days. Had to go to front desk for towels and toilet paper. Prior To check out on last morning room key was already deactivated and had to go to front desk to reactivate.

Traveler, be wary! The exterior is dated, but the front lobby is attractively decorated. I should have cued into the fact that things might be different from my normal travel experiences, by the presence of heavy construction equipment in the parking lot without any active construction in the immediate area. The pool looked lovely, the hot tub was under repair and not available. The hallways are carpeted in somewhat threadbare, chocolate brown carpet. There is no elevator. Our room was also a mixed experience. The AC unit was filthy and loud, the window screen was damaged and falling out. The floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked and loose, with the grout popping out everywhere. The toilet lid was broken off, but had been put back on, as though nothing was wrong. There were no grab bars or handicap access as shown in online pics. Oddly, the exact same picture was hung kitty-corner from itself in the room. The good things: The room and bathroom were basically (minus the AC unit), clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was HOT and the water pressure excellent. We did not ask to change rooms that night because I honestly was too tired to deal, and again, basically clean with a comfortable bed. The next morning when I spoke to the front desk staff, she immediately filled out a maintenance request. So, would I stay there again? Probably not. But the place has potential, and I hope it gets better.
