The room had a bad odor, it was dirty with dust on the furniture and the carpet looked disgusting. The bathroom had mold in the bathtub. I even found a live big roach that slep in the room with our family, which I found in the morning. Breakfast was the worst ever, only pancakes, bananas and American coffee. I asked for brea and it was then that it was brought out with some butter. I don’t recommend it at all!

The water from the shower wouldn't drain, dryer broken, cigarette holes in spread and blanket. Lightning poor. 1/2 of toliet paper on roll, had to get more, ice machine broken so therefore no ice bucket. Breakfast was ridiculous. Only coffee, waffles, old bananas, sliced bread. When i went to put bread in toaster, has 2 small roaches crawling around. We stay here about 2 years ago and wasn't this bad. Never again.

I loved how food options were in walking distance, but the area felt and looked a little sketchy. But the hot tub in the room was awesome. They need more drink and food options in the breakfast area. They only had waffles and coffee. My son didn't get to have a drink with his waffles. Not even water was an option.

1. I had a reservation for jacuzzi suite. 173 bucks. I arrived, desk clerk tried to give me simple one bedroom no jacuzzi room. 2. I went back to office he gave me a different key. Key did not work in the new room. I went back to the office. Clerk opened new room with a key and said battery was dead. Room was filthy. Room looked nothing like the online picture. Room faced the hiway and would have been so noisy as to be impossible to sleep. Jacuzzi tub was filthy. Drain was rusted. Two dead bugs in it. 3. Went back to office. I was too tired to and it was too late to get another hotel so I took the single bed non jacuzzi room. It was filthy. I used a whole can of disinfectant on it to try and make it livable. Rug was filthy and left th bottom of my feet black! Ceiling had numerous brown spots that probably was water damage or mode residue. I took a brief nap as I was exhausted but then just left. I couldn't breath the air got so bad. Hotel should be condemned and I am sure would fail any reasonable health inspection. I expect a full refund

Rooms are a little outdated, bed spreads looked dirty. Lights and a/c were turned on before we arrived, this was very much appreciated. Breakfast consisted of toast, banana or waffles. Nothing for kids, only coffee to drink, no juices. The staff were so friendly.

There was black mold confirmed by housekeeping AFTER i discovered it i have videos and pics. The place was disgusting! Even live bugs! I want a damn refund! Also caught receptionists on my camera SLEEPING! Shut this place down and refund me!

This was such a horrible experience and such a waste of mone. The room was dirty, the sheets were dirty, the towels smelled like mildew, the shower was clogged. The sheets even had burn holes from people smoking even tho smoking wasnt allowed. Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!

The room is old and run down. I have stayed years years ago and I had a better experience. The rooms are not cleaned. The toilet had urine stains on it. The carpet had wet spots near the bathroon area. The microwave was not cleaned and it didn't have a iron and the hair dryer had been wiped down, it was very dirty. The room didn't have a fire alarm which was very concerning to me because that's breaking fire codes. I think the owners of these places should take into account that people are paying for comfort and cleanliness. No ones wants to stay in nastiness and discomfort. A clean bathroom is a necessity. I will never stay here again or any other Super 8 anywhere for that matter.

Odeur d'humidité épouvantable dans la chambre. Avions l'impression que la moquette collait aux pieds. Baignoire ayant vécu. Mobilier très vétuste et usé. Petit déjeuner très limite. Il vaut mieux payer un peu plus cher pour éviter ce genre d'hôtel. Ce fut une grosse erreur de réserver une chambre dans cet établissement.

TV did not work, the door closes and locks but it's still doesn't look like his clothes all the way you could still see between the door and a panel so still didn't feel too safe in the room, whom didn't smell all that good, Tower rack was broken, the bathroom is not all that appealing paint peeling off the walls so it needs to be redone, room is not all that lit up with lights, the sign says super 8 but apparently it's not super 8, just appearance of it is not all that inside and out

Broken tub, sink, sink faucet, door, unsafe tampered door lock, and disgusting room. Asked housekeeper about our rooms condition and she said it was one of the 2 best rooms available. Room was not what was advertised. Would not stay here again, even if it were free. Will never be back.

We were given a dirty room the worker (Patel) was apologetic and changed rooms. The next room was clean but missing a blanket but none was available. The toilet was missing the tank lid and there were cigarette ashes on the tub.

There were only 2 towels no hand towels no wash clothes no cups the sheets and covers were stained the staff wasn’t very kind and they woke us up by banging on the door an hour and a half before check out! Then they came back 15 mins before check out to bang on the door again!! Worst experience of my life and it’s my damn birthday I should have been able to relax! The room is absolutely nothing like the pictures on the website at all and parking was Ridiculous!!
There were only 2 towels no hand towels no wash clothes no cups the sheets and covers were stained the staff wasn’t very kind and they woke us up by banging on the door an hour and a half before check out! Then they came back 15 mins before check out to bang on the door again!! Worst experience of my life and it’s my damn birthday I should have been able to relax! The room is absolutely nothing like the pictures on the website at all and parking was Ridiculous!!

Let me start by saying the ladies at the front desk are super friendly and very helpful. The only negative things I’d say is on night one my tv went out 2 maint guys looked at it it wasn’t fixed and they didn’t move me! This happened at another hotel also it’s an issue with COX, but if not all rooms were affected they could have moved me. Again ladies were so helpful and at that price point hard to complain room was clean it’s old but clean.

Pictures of property are really misleading. Property in dire need of renovations. Felecia at front desk was really accommodating and the brightest spark of the entire experience. She went above and beyond too make our stay more delightful

I loved how food options were in walking distance, but the area felt and looked a little sketchy. But the hot tub in the room was awesome. They need more drink and food options in the breakfast area. They only had waffles and coffee. My son didn't get to have a drink with his waffles. Not even water was an option.

1. I had a reservation for jacuzzi suite. 173 bucks. I arrived, desk clerk tried to give me simple one bedroom no jacuzzi room. 2. I went back to office he gave me a different key. Key did not work in the new room. I went back to the office. Clerk opened new room with a key and said battery was dead. Room was filthy. Room looked nothing like the online picture. Room faced the hiway and would have been so noisy as to be impossible to sleep. Jacuzzi tub was filthy. Drain was rusted. Two dead bugs in it. 3. Went back to office. I was too tired to and it was too late to get another hotel so I took the single bed non jacuzzi room. It was filthy. I used a whole can of disinfectant on it to try and make it livable. Rug was filthy and left th bottom of my feet black! Ceiling had numerous brown spots that probably was water damage or mode residue. I took a brief nap as I was exhausted but then just left. I couldn't breath the air got so bad. Hotel should be condemned and I am sure would fail any reasonable health inspection. I expect a full refund

We would've spent two nights here except we had prepaid. Won't be back either. Avoid this place where there was no security and gangs openly roaned. Our room smelled of pot and cigarette smoke. The rooms are provided two small pillows, and don't bother to ask the office for more, there are any. No service of any kind, sparch breakfast, i didn't even bother. (24 food stops are nearby.)

Staff and owner Are very rude and biased. Hotel is in horrible condition. To say it is a roach motel is a complete over statement! Owner/ management Make up their policies and procedures as they go. There is no Wyndham compliances involved with this hotel at all in my honest opinion it is a waste of space and should be demolished. There are drugs and Prostitution noticeably in effect constantly. I would not rent A room at this hotel for an enemy… If you are thinking about booking with them, do not take a second thought make it a strong No And save yourself The time and energy of merely entertaining the thought of being there!

Il vaut mieux payer un peu plus cher pour éviter ce genre d'hôtel. Ce fut une grosse erreur de réserver une chambre dans cet établissement.

The room had a bad odor, it was dirty with dust on the furniture and the carpet looked disgusting. The bathroom had mold in the bathtub. I even found a live big roach that slep in the room with our family, which I found in the morning. Breakfast was the worst ever, only pancakes, bananas and American coffee. I asked for brea and it was then that it was brought out with some butter. I don’t recommend it at all!

The water from the shower wouldn't drain, dryer broken, cigarette holes in spread and blanket. Lightning poor. 1/2 of toliet paper on roll, had to get more, ice machine broken so therefore no ice bucket. Breakfast was ridiculous. Only coffee, waffles, old bananas, sliced bread. When i went to put bread in toaster, has 2 small roaches crawling around. We stay here about 2 years ago and wasn't this bad. Never again.

Rooms are a little outdated, bed spreads looked dirty. Lights and a/c were turned on before we arrived, this was very much appreciated. Breakfast consisted of toast, banana or waffles. Nothing for kids, only coffee to drink, no juices. The staff were so friendly.

The staff is super friendly. The rooms have a smell, the mirrors are filthy and not to forget…. Roaches. Also no wash clothes you must use hand towels. The breakfast was laughable. We got to breakfast early and found one banana and one heel slice of bread. They did have waffles and coffee. They have granite counter tops so I guess at one time it was a nice place. WE WILL NOT BE BACK.

The lady at the front desk years of hospitality have done run up it’s time for her to retire. I mean it forces her to even give a smile and the Housekeeper will not clean your room. If you’re staying there already she will not do turn down service just avoid this place.

The room could use some touching up her and there. Could've had a better TV reception. The coffee are in the lobby in the mornings need a update. When you first enter the rooms the rooms just have a funny smell it don't smell like a fresh hotel room. And then the room look like it was you staring at me the toilet paper was in a full roll it was almost gone the towers I mean the few times you had in there they just looked it like old the bidding just two little pillows like just didn't feel like a genuine hotel and they can use them better locks on the doors. I mean you don't do for a one-night stay if you're not planning on using the room for hours and hours if you just want to go somewhere and catch a nap and go to sleep but for an extended stay I wouldn't recommend it
