The only issue we had was the bed. The bed was really hard, which wasn't comfy after hours and hours of driving. The patio area was lovely and the unit was a great size and comfy couch. Parking is limited and people don't pay attention to which direction you should drive, but the area around is free to park. We didn't interact much with the staff, but they were nice and helpful when we did. Having a kitchen area was really nice for the extra items we bought while in Solvang.
