The room was clean but there's a leak either with the plumbing or refrigerator. Water bubbling up from the linoleum towards the back of the room. You have to unplug the microwave to plug in the coffee maker which is kind of old. The tv isn't very big. The paint on the door is peeling. The bed was comfortable with plenty of soft pillows. The shower had plenty of pressure and good hot water. No funky smell. The property was very well kept and clean. I would honestly stay here again for a short stay, but if i was booking a room for more than 2 nights, I'd look elsewhere. It's very affordable and adequate regardless of my personal preferences.

The staff here at Blue Springs Inn are excellent. The room is clean. The ground are kept up and look great. The pool is good. I feel like I'm part of the family here. Very, very nice people. Recommend you to stay. Very good location in the area, lots to see to do.Hope to see you here soon

This property was very affordable and close to Blue Springs State Park and to DeLand, which was a lovely town to shop in! The pool was also nice, and parking was easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself, sadly, was very dank and smelled of mold, and there was a sewage smell in the bathroom - gave us lots of allergy symptoms.

We stayed for one night. The check in was fast and the guy at reception was very welcoming.! The room was large and clean, everything was restocked. Breakfast is simple but I was not going to pay double for a night stay somewhere else to get to make my own waffles. They have prepackaged cereal and oatmeal, oatmeal cookies, sliced bread, English muffin, pancakes, small yogurt, small apple juices and fruits. The pool was clean and the landscape was impecable. I will be staying here again.

The staff (asst manager, especially) very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, comfortable bed, large room and easy parking …enough so that you each guest should be able to park by their room. The grounds were beautiful. The motel looked to be painted recently. Very nicely ce pool area. Main complaint , which I realize they can’t control, is that the bar nearby starts playing REALLY loud music around 8 p.m. and continues till at least 11. Bring ear plugs.

The staff was very nice. The room condition was ok but everything in the room smelled like smoke. The comforter had cigarette burns on it and all the linens smelled like smoke. This was supposed to be a smoke free room.

Not that great. A non-smoking room, that smelt like a bar, with cigarette holes in the bedding, and cigarette burns on the tub. We left in the middle of the night because we couldn’t take it anymore.

The room is spotless the people at the front desk are awesome. Very friendly outgowing. The cleaning staff is very friendly outgoif. You need something all you have to do with that. The maintenance guy he's a great man works very hard for. Blue Springs Inn.

Staff was very friendly, room was inexpensive, room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and roaches were bad. The rooms look like they were recently renovated and they look very nice. If they were to just put some money into fumigation and eliminated all of the creepy crawlers then this would be the best place to stay in Orange city. As it stands, if you need a place to stay for the night on the cheap then this is it. I would not put my family in this lodging because of the infestation problem. Keeping the lights on at night will keep the bugs away in my experience.

Check-in went well especially considering we were extremely early and they got us checked in even though the rooms were not ready we just could not get into the rooms until we got back after the show. We realized at 1:30 in the morning when we got back we had to chase the palmetto bugs through the bathroom and flush them down the toilet. Beds were extremely comfortable but before I could take a shower in the morning I had to rinse somebody else's pubic hair out of the shower. The room appeared freshly painted but unfortunately the cleaning staff must be using a dirty mop because the baseboards were all squirreled with dirt piled in the corners. They say breakfast is included and if you count some pancakes that you have to microwave in a plastic bag and a few Little Debbie cakes as breakfast I guess there is food available.

The shower had very low pressure, the additional settings did not work at all. There is a sound/speaker shop right next door that plays obnoxious loud music until after 9pm. Great for an overnight stay don’t set high expectations and it will work. It is super convenient to Hwy4

I was skeptical from reviews but I always knew Days Inn was good! I was not disappointed; room was nice, clean and water was HAWT! Fridge was cold and loved the king room setup. Downside, it seems there is loud music playing each night I was there but I think it might be a good idea to crackdown on noise after a certain time at night.

The locatiin was decent with nearby food and entertainment. The man on morning duty at the office was rude. The breakfast was cheap junk and very limited. The room smelled horrible like Skunk Weed. The shower head sprayed everywhere but at the person in the shower. The floors were so dirty i had to put shoes on right out of the shower. Stayed only one night 10/14/24, literally midnight to 8:30am and it cost me $90 for that.

The staff (asst manager, especially) very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, comfortable bed, large room and easy parking …enough so that you each guest should be able to park by their room. The grounds were beautiful. The motel looked to be painted recently. Very nicely ce pool area. Main complaint , which I realize they can’t control, is that the bar nearby starts playing REALLY loud music around 8 p.m. and continues till at least 11. Bring ear plugs.

The locatiin was decent with nearby food and entertainment. The man on morning duty at the office was rude. The breakfast was cheap junk and very limited. The room smelled horrible like Skunk Weed. The shower head sprayed everywhere but at the person in the shower. The floors were so dirty i had to put shoes on right out of the shower. Stayed only one night 10/14/24, literally midnight to 8:30am and it cost me $90 for that.

The shower had very low pressure, the additional settings did not work at all. There is a sound/speaker shop right next door that plays obnoxious loud music until after 9pm. Great for an overnight stay don’t set high expectations and it will work. It is super convenient to Hwy4

The staff here at Blue Springs Inn are excellent. The room is clean. The ground are kept up and look great. The pool is good. I feel like I'm part of the family here. Very, very nice people. Recommend you to stay. Very good location in the area, lots to see to do.Hope to see you here soon

This property was very affordable and close to Blue Springs State Park and to DeLand, which was a lovely town to shop in! The pool was also nice, and parking was easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself, sadly, was very dank and smelled of mold, and there was a sewage smell in the bathroom - gave us lots of allergy symptoms.

I was skeptical from reviews but I always knew Days Inn was good! I was not disappointed; room was nice, clean and water was HAWT! Fridge was cold and loved the king room setup. Downside, it seems there is loud music playing each night I was there but I think it might be a good idea to crackdown on noise after a certain time at night.

Only the following food options were available: instant oatmeal packets, small store bought yogurt cups, oatmeal pie cookies, some cutie oranges, small sealed apple juice cups, and an apple if you're lucky. The breakfast is not what most people would expect to be include in a Days Inn breakfast or any standard included hotel breakfast.

We stayed for one night. The check in was fast and the guy at reception was very welcoming.! The room was large and clean, everything was restocked. Breakfast is simple but I was not going to pay double for a night stay somewhere else to get to make my own waffles. They have prepackaged cereal and oatmeal, oatmeal cookies, sliced bread, English muffin, pancakes, small yogurt, small apple juices and fruits. The pool was clean and the landscape was impecable. I will be staying here again.

The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. While the landscaping looked decent, my experience inside the room was terrible. Upon entering, the room was extremely hot and there were several dead bugs on the floor. In the bathroom, the tub was full of standing water and there were dead roaches. When I reported this to the front desk, the clerk acted like it was completely normal. They moved me to another room, which was in similar poor condition, minus the dead roaches. The breakfast selection was also very disappointing, with only a few items available. I would not recommend staying here unless it is your absolute last resort.
