So many broken or non-functional items in this hotel. Bathroom fans, not working toilets loose on the floor sink faucet just attached from the sink, broken furniture in the bedroom desk leg glued together, barely able to hold weight numerous outlets not working in the bedroom. The overall condition of the hotel in general was in disarray. Air conditioning, not turned on in the hotel hallways. The staff was great and pleasant but the owners really need to invest in simple maintenance and upkeep

This property has so much potential but needs a proper maintenance plan. The pool was out for my entire stay. Breakfast was very basic. The room was really spacious and nice but needed some attention. Check in was wonderful and most of the staff except one male were very friendly. But all in all, it was a pleasant stay

Dirt on baswboards and floor in bathroom. There was a dried dirty washrag hanging on the shower nozzle. Cabinet holding tv was leaning. Remote would'nt work half the time. Wifi password wouldnt work. Used pool first night, No towels stocked in pool area. Couldnt leave wet child to go get a towel from desk. 2nd day pool closed for cleaning and maintenence so couldnt use. Did not restock food for breakfast. Went to eat at 7 am but eggs were gone and weren't restocked.Elevator was being worked on 2nd morning. Took stairs, area was in disrepair and dirty. One doorway had spray paint randomly sprayed on if.

There were bugs, spiders, and cockroachs in the room. Bugs smashed in the curtains. There was only two bath towels and one hand towel. Manager not avaliable to help. Paid extra to stay at this hotel because it had an indoor pool and the pool was out of order, I think it should mention that on the website. Overall horrible experience.

My only complaint was that the refrigerator didn't work. It was plugged up but wouldn't get cold. Must've been low on freon. Other than that, everything was great. Big, spacious room with clean sheets and plenty of towels and outlets to charge our phones. Breakfast was quite delicious as well.

Check in was great! The guy who checked us in was nice and the process was quick and easy. When we got into the room it smelled like smoke, mildew, and BO. We were in a hurry to get to where we needed to go so we couldn’t take the time to address it then. When we got back, we noticed that we didn’t have any towels to shower and the hand towels and wash cloth that were in there were dirty. We went down to get new ones which they gave us. But even those had stains all over them. Terribly kept place (I’m not even sure they cleaned our room, probably just made the bed).

Room was nasty, there were bugs and ended up leaving at 130 am to get out of there. The room smelled like it was in. Very disappointed. All I needed was a place to crash and couldn't even do that. Take pride in your product!

I stayed at the Country Inn and Suites by Radisson in Norman OK. from 2/22/24 to 02/25/24 with my daughter in room 304 which was a disaster.. dirty, smelled awful ((I had to go to the front desk and ask for air freshener) and full piles of dust on the headboards furniture, ice bucket… everywhere! We were given a different room the next day (room 103) and it was basically the same scenario but without the bad smell.. dust everywhere and the towels were very bad (one of them) was practically transparent, it actually tore when I usd it. With all this my sinuses/allergies are awful thanks to all of the dust in these rooms! I would expect some kind of reimbursement for everything we had to endure at this property.

Room was disgusting. Roaches in multiple places of the room that we killed. Bathroom was dirty and stuff was broken. The ac unit box was broken. Drove 13 hours through the day and picked this place close to the college, arriving in middle of night. Will not be staying there again. Guy at front desk wasn’t even gonna tell me what the incidentals hold was. I had to ask multiple times. He just kept demanding my id and card. Was $100 for half a night staying there. When most all hotels are $50 and we didn’t arrive until close to midnight and checked out at 10 am. Just disappointing place.

Worst room we have ever stayed in in all the years we have traveled. No cold water, fifty carpet, no towels or toilet paper, no coffee could not take a bath or shower only hot water even the stool had hot water. Dust all over everything, food left in refrigerator was told to contact hotels.com for a rebate.

We booked a 1 night stay as we were in the area for a funeral. This place is gross. Our 1st room (326) had several dead wasps as you entered in the “living area space”. Then in the bathroom there were several more dead wasps around the toilet and bathtub. When we went into the area with the bed there were 3 live wasps and a cracked opeb window. The air vent was caked in dust and hadn’t been cleaned in a significant amount of time. We called down to the front desk and at first we were told “Well we actually gave you an upgrade”. We requested a room change regardless. They then called us back a few minutes later to give us a new room. The 2nd room (210) had a hard time regulating temperature. The bedding had hair all over it. The shower had hair in it and it did not look as though it was cleaned well either. The pool was broken. We went to have breakfast the next day and it was a joke. There were 2 yogurts, partly broken juice machine, waffle maker was broken / they didn’t have any batter, there was no cereal and the “bread” was old. Very poor experience and we are sad to have wasted our money and we would NOT recommend staying here.

The basics in the hotel aren’t horrible although all of the finishes doors, walls and fixtures are in serious need of attention. Every single wall and every single door needs painted. The furniture is really banged up, the remote in the room didn’t work. The air conditioning unit is somewhat falling off the wall, even though it works and there were several bugs in my room when I got here I’m from Texas so I’m used to some of that but I think it’s insane that this was $150 a night for this place

I liked that the property was five minutes away from my sons' school, but I didn't like how outdated my room was. The television was super old and the remote control was broken. The air conditioner did not get cold. There were stains on the top cover of the blanket.

Overall, our stay was good. We were a little nervous after reading some reviews, but also mindful that we wouldn't be spending a ton of time in our room. Room #1 (209): The handles on several of the drawers were broken and the flip lock on the door was hanging on by a thread so we couldn't use that, just the deadbolt which was fine. The AC did not work in that room and there were some pellets of some sort under some of the pillows...but the AC was the big thing for us so we asked to be moved to a different room. I did see reviews that stated front desk staff were unfriendly and difficult when it came to moving rooms so I was prepared for the worst and we were prepared to move hotels and just swallow the lost money but front desk staff were very kind and helpful and got us into a new room with a working AC. Room #2 (209): The water in the sink and shower were scalding hot even though we had it set to cold. We ended up having to wet our towel and sponge bath ourselves. The TV turned off every 15 mins or so and the volume didn't work so every time I turned the TV back on, the volume was back at the default setting which was kind of loud especially when my boyfriend was already sleeping. Overall, it wasn't terrible. Once we were in a room with AC, it made our stay better. If they could fix the water issue, it would've been fine.

Overall, it wasn't terrible. Once we were in a room with AC, it made our stay better. If they could fix the water issue, it would've been fine.

Hotel is dilapidated. It is badly in need of maintenance / repair. Room air vents were black and musty. A/C did not cool room. Several light fixtures were missing light bulbs. Bed mattress was very hard. Hotel foyer ceiling had water stains. Electrical wires were exposed on wall at top of lobby stairs.

So many broken or non-functional items in this hotel. Bathroom fans, not working toilets loose on the floor sink faucet just attached from the sink, broken furniture in the bedroom desk leg glued together, barely able to hold weight numerous outlets not working in the bedroom. The overall condition of the hotel in general was in disarray. Air conditioning, not turned on in the hotel hallways. The staff was great and pleasant but the owners really need to invest in simple maintenance and upkeep

This property has so much potential but needs a proper maintenance plan. The pool was out for my entire stay. Breakfast was very basic. The room was really spacious and nice but needed some attention. Check in was wonderful and most of the staff except one male were very friendly. But all in all, it was a pleasant stay

The staff wouldn’t look nor acknowledge us (all men) was old and run down, smelled awful, the pool was murky and dirty. Had to change our first room because of the odor and toilet not working. Lacked towels often and at one point they didn’t have any to provide. Maid service was dumping trash and putting towels on the counter. Avoid if possible you will be disappointed!

The staff memwnwe apparently made our keys to be expired for our room and he had to a use their big bad key to let us in he said it was the battery. But when the morning person came in she is the one that told us he had our key showing the room expired. That why it would let us in.

Room was disgusting. Roaches in multiple places of the room that we killed. Bathroom was dirty and stuff was broken. The ac unit box was broken. Drove 13 hours through the day and picked this place close to the college, arriving in middle of night. Will not be staying there again. Guy at front desk wasn’t even gonna tell me what the incidentals hold was. I had to ask multiple times. He just kept demanding my id and card. Was $100 for half a night staying there. When most all hotels are $50 and we didn’t arrive until close to midnight and checked out at 10 am. Just disappointing place.

The man at the front desk had to get off his phone to check us in. I felt like a big distraction for him. He only said the lines that he was taught and did not respond to anything that we suggested or said. Breakfast was standard breakfast food, but served with broken items. These stay in the hotel itself was good. Nice hot water for showers in the morning with good water pressure. Comfortable and clean room.

Check in was easy buy there was an unexpected charge that was not listed and I'm thankful I had it otherwise I would have been out of luck. At check in there was a 100.00 charge that I was told would be returned 48 hours after I check out. I understand it's for damage and just in case but was a surprise. When we got to the room, everything seemed good and clean but at 2 am I found a baby Scorpion on the bathroom floor. The breakfast was basic but available and not the worse part of the stay. On the day of check out, we were awaken by someone cleaning the window units and we were on the ground floor so it was not nice to be woken up that way. I will more than likely stay at the place next door!

Not clean. Stairs and main floors not vacuumed. Food all over carpet. Ran out of food for breakfast. We made it down by 8am and nothing replenished so we did not get breakfast. It was quiet and convenient to the university for us. Due to cleanliness, we will not book again. Sorry, I’m picky with presentation and customer service. The check in receptionist won my heart.

The room was nice,clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a bad experience. Went down at 9 am. 2 sausages left. Nothing else except watered down waffle mix. Someone was in the back room watching TV but never came out while we were there for about 30 minutes. Pool was in disrepair.

Very disappointed in this location. No working phone in room. It was missing cord and not plugged in. TV didn't work Front desk said maintenance would be in tomorrow. Breakfast was a horrible excuse to be called such. No orange juice or fresh fruit. Small selection looked like it had been left out and reheated - wouldn't feed it to the dog. AM Front desk manager offered no apology.

Dirt on baswboards and floor in bathroom. There was a dried dirty washrag hanging on the shower nozzle. Cabinet holding tv was leaning. Remote would'nt work half the time. Wifi password wouldnt work. Used pool first night, No towels stocked in pool area. Couldnt leave wet child to go get a towel from desk. 2nd day pool closed for cleaning and maintenence so couldnt use. Did not restock food for breakfast. Went to eat at 7 am but eggs were gone and weren't restocked.Elevator was being worked on 2nd morning. Took stairs, area was in disrepair and dirty. One doorway had spray paint randomly sprayed on if.

It was good overall. The breakfast was somewhat lacking in both choices and quality. The pool was closed for repair. They charged a $50 deposit, which I didn’t know about in advance, and when we checked out, I was told that instead of getting the deposit back right away like every other hotel I have stayed in, I was told the deposit return would take one to two days. With the lack of a pool, very limited breakfast choices and this deceptive practice of not returning the deposit immediately, it is highly doubtful I will stay here again. Way too expensive to have all these issues.

There was only 1 towel in the bathroom when I arrived, the bathroom outlet did not work, the other room I booked had a tv that did not work, had zero towels and the thermostat would not adjust. Also the swimming pool was out of service…not the best experience!

As far as style, comparable to other nice hotels we have stayed. Our room however, smelled like stale mildew ( looked like there was a leak in cieling) .We had some bugs, and gum stuck under nightstands( found as we were looking for personal items we may have forgotten). Breakfast, was ok, however not many options for the 2 nights we stayed and had to use styrofoam plates, bowls and plastic silverware. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were almost out and there were only two towels. No additional ( i.e. hand towel, washcloths or floor mat). So I think they need a lot of work on their guest services.

Very few amenities The grounds keeper blew debris all over my car that was just washed, usually they will at least blow the dirt off after the blow it on TV was too small and outdated No service elevator the housekeeper held the guest elevator up for several minutes
