The contact with easy villas mallorca was good. the pool was very nice The cleaning company did not fulfill the agreements. they did not clean even though this was clearly agreed. the company was supposed to clean on Monday but did not come, on Tuesday they wrote an email that they had been but nothing had been done, no towel change, no clean bed cover and nothing cleaned at all, after I wrote a complaint they said that the villa was clean and that cleaning was not necessary. the cleaning company indicated that it was only an observational cleaning. We would like to book again next year at Easy Villas Mallorca, but due to the unreliable cleaning company we still doubt whether we would still do this..

tout était parfait.petit bémol, il faut réparer la chasse d'eau des toilettes.Il manque un peu de couverts.bel endroit calme tout près des beaux sites du Nord de l'ile.Piscine privé géniale sans vis-à-vis.

Das Haus liegt etwas abgeschieden vom großen Tourismus, dafür aber ruhig und in perfekter Lage für Rennrad Touren. Der Pool und die Ausstattung des Haus eignet sich ideal für zwei Personen. Genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden bzw. ein Mietauto ist notwendig. Das Haus liegt in einem Mückenparadies. Insbesondere der Obstbaum an der Toreinfahrt ist ein Lockmittel für Mücken. Wir konnten kaum eine Minute draußen liegen ohne eine Mücke um uns zu haben. Demzufolge ist ein Mückenabwehr Spray unbedingt notwendig. Im Haus gab es einen Safe aber der Schlüssel war nicht auffindbar. Auch nach der Kontaktaufnahme mit der Agentur ist ein Ersatzschlüssel verfügbar gewesen

Saubere Unterkunft - von der Küche bis zum Bett - alles top, sauber und geruchsfrei. Es gab Diskussionen um den Reinigungsservice, der nach viel Kommunikation kam, Pool sollte häufiger spülen, sonst schwimmt man in zappelnden Wespen, der Poolservice könnte häufiger den Boden von Insekten befreien.
