Hunter's Hideaway at Christopher's Dockside

Our stay was wonderful.

This was literally the only property available in GOTL when we made our reservation (for the eclipse). Dan, property manager, was helpful. Room was clean and well equipped. Room, however, was very small. The bunk bed arrangement was awkward. Would look for a bigger unit next time.

Great for 1-2 nights as it is very small but was fine for my husband & I. The bed is a bunk bed with basically a futon mattress on it so it wasn’t super comfortable which is why I’d suggest only 1-2 nights. I do wish there was an actual mattress instead but that’s really our only complaint. It was super close to the lake, wineries & restaurants. It was warm & cozy inside (we stayed during the winter) parking wasn’t an issue & we had access to Netflix when we were relaxing before bed. We would stay again & recommend to others for a weekend.
