The pool was closed for our entire stay without notice. The room was dirty and no one was available to clean it. We had to get cleaning supplies and do it ourselves.

The key card system is broken and we had to be escorted into our room. The carpet and seat cushions in the dining area were filthy. The eggs were some kind of liquid and I have never had bacon soooo thin in my life. I mean literally paper thin. The staff were kind and changed our room after I complained of the smell. We were above the pool and it smelled horrible of chlorine.

The place is clean, but I was disappointed that we could not use the pool. We had 3 different rooms because lock was broken on door, toilet didn’t flush well, fire department showed up after the fire alarm went off, they said an A/C unit on 3rd floor caught fire. Vending machines not stocked, musty smell in halls and room. Good thing I brought my inscence sticks. Saving grace was that it is clean!!!

We arrived to be told the hotel was under renovation, no breakfast would be included, beds would not be made, the pool was closed. The hotel overall was filthy and our room was in disrepair.

We were bringing the kids down before school started to visit the beach, but we did know there would be rain in the forecast so we wanted to find a hotel with an indoor pool. So we found this property because they had an indoor pool. The first day we arrived it started to rain so we headed to the pool only to find out it’s closed “They Said” for the season. Wish that would have been known upfront on the website.

The floors were disgustingly dirty. The pool is under construction and this was not noted on the website. The elevator was filthy and slow. This this being a Radisson hotel we were totally shocked.

Key system was down, I got stuck in the elevator for 27 min no apology or asks of a discount just nothing didn’t even put an out of order sign. Bed was absolutely horrible and heater made horribly loud sound when on. Would not recommend staying here

The staff were super helpful. Their key card system wasn't working, so a staff member had to let us in our room several times. There was always someone available to do so. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious. Our only complaint is that the chairs in the dining area and the carpeting in the common areas and our room were stained and in desperate need of steam cleaning or replacement. They had been vacuumed, but there's only so much that can do.

The property was very dirty in the hallways and room had a very bad smell in it could not get smell out even with air freshener. Front desk staff had no spray or anything to get smell out. The furnitures in the room old and worn out missing drawers. Great location but needs a lot of upgrades. Don’t plan to ever stay there again. Over priced for what we got. Very disappointed

The facility is just filthy. Rooms are dirty, need paint and just good housekeeping. Eating area is dirty as well. Chairs are stained with food stains. Not a place you want to eat. Good location is all it’s got going on for it.

This place was horrible. There was grease and dirt on the elevator control panel, lobby stank. From there it only got worse - on the 5 th floor where are room was the carpet was filthy, and appeared to have dried vomit in hall. Room had broken towel rack hanging from the wall by only one screw, fixtures in bathtub leaked. Black grease on the walls, yellow stained paint everywhere, holes in multiple places where pictures taken down and not patched. The sheets appears clean at least. Checked out the following morning after one night of a 2 night stay, lady in the lobby did not ask why we were leaving a day early but made sure that we ended up paying for both days in spite of only staying one. There is just no reason for a name brand hotel to let quality go like this and I hope someone at Radisson cares enough about their brand to intervene and shut this rat trap down.

This place was very dirty. We arrived late in the middle of the night and I wish I could have asked for my money back and went somewhere else. Moldy window seal. Floor was not vacuumed. Room smelled like urine. Dirty hallway carpet. Dirty elevator. Walked by the front desk a few times with people waiting for someone to show behind the counter. Only one key worked. Then had to have them reprogrammed for the 2nd night after we couldn’t get back into the room after the one key stopped working as well. Told my kids to keep shoes on at all times walking on the carpet. I’m highly allergic to mold. I was having itchy eyes as I gave my kids the regular pillows and I sacrificed using the feather pillows. The feather pillows only made my allergies worse. We stayed out late the next night to not have to spend any extra time at the hotel. Something was on the wall next to the bed. My kids wouldn’t even go swim because the pool looked gross to them. The reviews on hotel app said good things and why I selected this one. I would not recommend staying here. It’s the dirtiest hotel I have ever stepped foot in and paid more than a super 8 hotel.

Hotel didn’t have Breakfast like it was supposed too, carpeting in hotel was disgusting, dirty. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived, check is at 3pm, we got to the hotel at 6:30pm. Had to get towels, TP and box of Kleenex from front desk, none in the room. Coffee maker in room didn’t work. The smell in the hotel was awful, moldy smell. Ice machine on first floor was un-plugged and told to go to 3rd floor for ice. Telephone in room didn’t work at all. Never told that they were remodeling hotel until after we checked in. Upon exiting the elevator to our room, the carpet was disgusting, very dirty, stains all over, What looked like a little piece of feces was in the hallway for 2 days, (we stayed 3 nights- never again) Didn't know if it was just our floor (4th) or all floors were as dirty, when the elevator stopped on other floors carpeting was the same. I asked the girl at the front desk how often they cleaned the carpets, she replied "we vacuum every day", I said I have never stayed in a hotel where the carpets were this dirty, She them said we are going to renovate. Why would a County Inn & Suites let a property get so disgusting? The carpet in our room was damp, our socks were black from walking on it. There was a chunk of wood missing from the bottom of the dresser, bathroom door same. The lamp on end table missing a bulb, bulb burnt out in bathroom, the telephone was extremely dirty, had not been cleaned in years. Our toilet would not flush, called Maintenace they came & plunged it, (we did not plug it). The safe was a hollow box, no lock . I took pictures, I wish there was an option here to post them. Day 2 the fire alarm went off early i the morning. No one knew what was going on, my husband had to go down to the front desk to find out it was a false alarm. We had to listen to it until the fire department came & turned it off. I will never stay in this hotel ever again. It is clear the owners have no pride or care about this property.

The whole place especially our room was dirty and unkept. Lighting in the room was bad and bulb was out in the bathroom. The halls smelled. The ice machine did not work on our floor. Our keys did not work when we got to our room. The elevator got stuck a couple of times.The employees were not friendly.

When checking in, the guy behind the counter stated we had one of the bigger rooms and a Jacuzzi tub but it didn't work. The carpet was torn all the way across the room. The bed had waves in the mattress, the lighting in the bathroom was terrible, shower head was so low I had to squat down to get under the water. Had to unplug the clock to plug in my CPAP machine. The room was very old and outdated and yet we were charged over 200 dollars for each night. This facility needs a complete overhaul. Would not recommend to stay at this facility.

The room smelled of old smoke immediately upon arrival. When the front desk was notified they did offer to change rooms. Our towels were exchanged and trash emptied, which was nice.

The hotel was in a perfect location for TPC Myrtle Beach golf course and the Marsh Walk. The room felt dampish and we did have to kill a cockroach.

I really loved this location, it is near so many restaurants, activities, gas stations. Estimated time in surrounding area 30 minutes, to Myrtle beach, Conway Georgetown SC, We were in Muriel Inlet, and definitely would recommend the Country inn suites . Next door to Cracker barrel, Breakfast is free,and it actually is Breakfast not just continental, The room was. A nice size with refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker, The only thing i was disappointed in,was no wifi i used quiet a bit of data and i didn't understand why they had no connection, Also the sauna, in rooms do not work,and our door was loose so we had to fold paper to make it stop wobbling Maintenance came immediately cuz water did not go down in tub,all and all i highly recommend. The aquino Japanese dinner was awesome and a must see brookgeen gardens such a fantastic garden you will not be disappointed. We did bring our service pet .bring your paper work or tag, But they do accept all pets which i love.only one night person was noy nice but every one else was great.

The aquino Japanese dinner was awesome and a must see brookgeen gardens such a fantastic garden you will not be disappointed. We did bring our service pet .bring your paper work or tag, But they do accept all pets which i love.only one night person was noy nice but every one else was great.

The carpeted hallway near my room was gross. Not only very stained but looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. Overall the hotel was not well maintained and felt dirty. There was also terrible road noise and hard to sleep because of it.

Big room with nice amenities, but VERY dated. Carpet in the hallways were new, but the room looked like it was original from the 80s...and stains from the 90s.. Still had CFL light bulbs. Couch looked like it came from a murder scene... If they updated the rooms, it would make the rate worth it...currently Hilton rates at a Motel 6 furnishing. Looks great from the outside, not the easiest to find the entrance. Bathroom had some bugs and towels were clean, but also rough.

Check in the front desk was not very friendly. Did not give any direction to our room or any info for the hours breakfast was served which I know is a “free” breakfast but any hotel that offers this service has always made reference to the times. The room was not in good condition, everything was very worn and quite honestly disgusting and dirty . Would not recommend this hotel. This area has lots of options do not pick this one.

Charged my card 3 different times, none of which were for the price of the stay. The total of the 3 were 140$ over the price of my stay. The front desk lady wasn’t pleasant and cut us off when we were asking about the charges saying it was a deposit that will be returned after checkout and that each night was charged separately. The charges didn’t match my nightly total through the app. It still hasn’t been returned.

Hotel was okay. He need some deep cleaning. Free breakfast was better than expected. Can walk to couple of restaurants. Need to empty trash cans more often so you don’t see a trashcan over filled first thing coming inside. The front desk needs a bell. No one ever standing there. Always in the office. Hotel needs more cleaning and a fresher smell

Staff pleasant and helpful. Facility need major renovation!! Dirty, stained rugs, broken key entry at back door so anyone could open door and enter hotel. Bathroom tub had soft floor underneath, beds comfortable, walls and floors stained and dirty etc,etc,etc. Could not get copy of statement when leaving - told Expedia would send it to us ????? Had to call when got home to get a copy and no problem at that time. Will not stay there again.

The staff were super helpful. Their key card system wasn't working, so a staff member had to let us in our room several times. There was always someone available to do so. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious. Our only complaint is that the chairs in the dining area and the carpeting in the common areas and our room were stained and in desperate need of steam cleaning or replacement. They had been vacuumed, but there's only so much that can do.

The staff was plenty friendly but that place was filthy. They gave away my room right before I got there. The other room they offered did not have enough space for us to sleep (we tried to use it but it didn’t work out). There was a roach in the bathroom. The couches/seats were disgusting. The hallway carpets were filthy as well.

The hotel was in a perfect location for TPC Myrtle Beach golf course and the Marsh Walk. The room felt dampish and we did have to kill a cockroach.

The hotel was convenient to Garden City beach and was pet friendly, overall a good stay. They could do a better job cleaning up the elevators and carpet stains outside the elevator. Turn on the TV with News channel in the breakfast dining room.

Bathrooms were small and the elevator was in serious need of service. Had a fire alarm go off at 2:30am, so maybe up the maintenance on those as well, especiallyfor the rates charged. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were excellent.

Easy to find. Arrived around 11:30 am. I seemed to bother the front desk clerk. She wasn't at the desk but around the corner in an office. Came back at 3:30 and a very pleasant young lady greeted me and gave me my keys. Hall was in need of cleaning, stains on carpet. Breakfast was wonderful and employee was very nice and accomidating. Will attempt to come back.

The room was clean but very dated. Our biggest issue was the fact that there was only sheer curtains and then there were solid curtain panels but they were stationary and could not be closed so we had light in our room the entire night. For a one night stay it was just okay but I would not want to stay here again for a longer period.

Upon arrival we were not advised there were renovations being done. Open boxes of flooring in the halls, the halls smelled like cigarettes, the elevator was dirty. We were placed on the 2nd floor. The carpets were disgusting! Hallways and room had a musty odor. The room itself was so dated. The smoke detector was sitting next to the tv, there open areas on the walls where missing switch plates should have been. The bathroom there was mold on the ceiling, around the tub was molded caulking. The pool area had mold on the ceiling. The ice machines were not working. A family of 7 we had 2 towels in the bathroom of a 2 bedroom room. The AC didn’t cool the room at all and was very noisy, couldn’t switch to a different room. Totally not satisfied at all with this stay.
