Very basic hotel for a quick stay. Was not aware lobby was under major renovation. Dust, construction paper, etc everywhere. I think the staff said the rooms were renovated. I hope they are still planning to finish them. Not a picture anywhere, very dated fixtures, taps, bathroom etc. Bed was comfortable and it was a quiet stay which was nice. There was a mini fridge, but the tv didn't work at all. If it's a quick stay it's probably fine, but any longer or with a family I would look elsewhere.

Pool was available but don’t think the heater was working so temporarily closed. Kids still would have swam, but we just didn’t have the time anyways. Breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, waffle maker, cereal, muffins, toast, yogurt). Right beside a mall and many options for dining really close. Check in and check were seamless.

We had a good 2 night stay. It was clean, beds were comfy. It’s an older hotel, they are currently renovating some rooms. Pool is small, no hot tub. Glad it wasn’t busy so we had it all to ourselves. Breakfast was typical, a couple hot items offered.

The hotel is being remodeled and is not mentioned anywhere. We were there 4 nights and the room was never up kept by house keeping. We had to get our own fresh towel from the front desk and also had to get extra garbage bags. The breakfast was the same every day. On the good side, the room was clean and renovated.

The elevator was out of order. My bathtub had a lot of hair in the bottom. Had to rinse it before I could use it. Waited at the front desk to check out for a least 8 minutes. Finally left my keys and left. No receipt.

Nice friendly staff, quiet room. Could have used a bit of dusting in our room. It was maybe not stayed in for a while.otherwise was nice and clean. The shower curtain doesn’t stay closed very well the bar was a bit too slanted maybe. There was a great choice of bath products provided. I will definitely come stay again. Thank you

The fire alarm was hanging by its wiring from the ceiling, the corners in the bathroom were filthy, towels had black stains on them, no hair conditioner in the refillable bottle in the shower.

Check in was slow, the two people that checked in before us came back to say there was someone already in that room. Then our room was damp and musty smelling. WiFi didn’t reach our room either. Wouldn’t recommend

The room overall was awesome. The only thing was the toilet seat was VERY loose. My husband tightened it a little so it worked. We did let the front desk know it should be fixed before you let any other guests stay in the room.

The room was very warm. The airconditioning system was set to the lowest temperature but would not get cool enough. There was no continuous fan so the system kept making a clunking sound and waking us up. Did not get a good night sleep.

This property was terrible. We stayed for 3 nights. The room was decent enough a little old and not the cleanest. Very very loud could hear everything. Second day we came back from shopping and found strangers in our room. The hotel gave our room away! When I went down to find out what happened. All I got was a shoulder shrug and a oh sorry. That is unacceptable to have strangers enter my room. No one would do anything. They eventually found the other people a room. Also never got housekeeping our entire stay had to keep calling for clean towels. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

There were things about this property that were perfectly fine, but we were very frustrated by our room keys - constant problems. Also, not emptying our garbage cans, broken toilet, etc. When we asked about getting a discount, they said NO!!! Very poor customer service.

The staff is the best in North Dakota. I have stayed in many hotels in the state and its the very first time I was treated this way. I will come back for sure. I wont even hesitate in looking for another hotel in Minot this will be my choice and recomendation from now on. The receptionist Teja was beyond everything, he was the best of the best

The young man at the desk was excellent. We had 4 rooms reserved. He was able to place us in close proximity. We used the breakfast room to share a meal in the evening. Enjoyed our stay.

I booked the room for three days. We got in at 9 pm. The room had a stale smell. I let the front desk know the next morning we were not staying Wednesday and they assured me I would be credited for the third night. I checked out on Wednesday and they were unsure how to credit but assured me they would after getting assistance from the GM. After two weeks I was notified by Expedia the property would not issue a credit. The front desk and breakfast staff were trying to handle the matter, but apparently the GM is the one at fault. They rented the room because of the event in Minot. I would steer clear of this property.

We stayed here for State Basketball so of course everyone wants to gather after the games to socialize. David, the night auditor was amazing at accommodating us!

We were there the weekend of the class B BB tourney and state archery tourney. There was only one staff on duty in the morning to take care of front desk duties and breakfast duties. That poor woman ran herself ragged and should be commended for her efforts. Where was the manager to help her? They knew they were booked out for the tournaments and should've had more help. Also, we had no hot water after 8 am. Had to take cold showers which was the most unpleasant experience ever. Not even luke-warm...it was cold. Very disappointed.

For the price, this hotel was a bargain deal! We were very pleased with our stay. The friendliness of the staff and their effort to accommodate some particular unexpected needs for trip were exceptional. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean, and there was no problem with hearing other guests. It was above our expectations. We highly recommend it!

The price was decent. The location worked well. The hotel was clean. The beds were ok. Not great. Good air. The staff were OK. Breakfast was OK.Only complaint was that it was a small area and guest would stand in the way waiting for waffle or toast. No coffee when I went back before heading out for the day.

Sausage gravy and orange juice tasted bad. The AC didn’t work in my nieces room. The toilet didn’t flush correctly in my room. No hot water. And no hot tub.

Property is close to shopping. Parking is small had to park on the street. Stayed for 3 nights only because we had pre-booked the hotel because of the location & pay when you arrived. From the website the hotel looked clean & thought the continental breakfast wood be worth it but was not. Cold coffee, waffle machine didn’t work properly, same muffins 2 days in a row. Didn’t get our room cleaned other then dumping the garbage & switched out towels. 3rd day was no service at all. Ran out of toilet paper, no towels & garbage was full. Should have paid the extra money for a better hotel. Elevator looked like it was never wiped down/sanitized. Floors had plastic all over the place, pool was out of order, no pamphlets on Minot at the hotel & asking for info was no good because the employee had no idea of Minot without google.

This is one if the best motels we've ever stayed at in minot!!! We've been coming to minot every few months for a 2-3 day getaway, and this is a favorite.. we've stayed here consistantly last 4-5 times. They've got a really nice breakfast. Everything is really clean, from the moment you enter the building right to the room.

Continental breakfast was less than desirable. Rest of our stay was fantastic. Eggs are fake and all hot items were cold. Waffles didn't cook peoperly in the allotted time. They were soggy and rubbery when eating.

First I did not like that the price said one thing with notations that the price you see is the price you get including tax and fees and when we made the reservations and paid for them taxes and fees were added on. Also the breakfast was minimal and the same thing was served both mornings.

Check in staff was far from welcoming, told us nothing about the facility, amenities, or any other details. Plenty of parking. Not sure why the Waffles were dough on the inside no matter how long we cooked them over the usual time. Tried a few times- seemed like they were too watery!? Shower wouldn’t drain either.

The room itself was nasty. Stained sheets floors where not vacuumed. Bathroom was disgusting. Pool area wasn't to bad. The pool water was actually warm. But there were no pool towels. The AC in the room was broke and didn't work. When bringing up to the front desk staff. Was told they would note it down. They wouldn't move us rooms or offer any help just that they would note it in the system. Will never be back. We also had a friend staying in another room. Found out the next day. They had the same issues.

No major red flags. I might stay here again. Room was functional. Everything worked. Bed was average. I didn’t mind but the property is next to a highway that can be noisy. Still, the property feels a bit secluded - situated between an old shopping mall and a quiet neighborhood. The check-in could’ve been more welcoming but oh, well.
