La salle de sport est équipée des dernières machines (incroyable). La piscine chauffée s'ouvre sur l'extérieur en passant par une porte à capteur de mouvement. Il existe plusieurs types de sauna, hammam, etc. Tout est gratuit. La chambre, en plus d'être confortable (lit + oreiller très quali), est aussi spacieuse que propre. Le personnel est professionnel et très aimable.

Çalışanlar çok iyi. Otelde karşılamadan sorumlu Ahmet bey çok yardımcı oldu. Otel imkanlarıda çok iyi fakat çocuklar için daha fazla imkan olması lazım. Bebek- Çocuk şampuanı, havluları, bebek yataklarını korumalı olması gibi kolay giderebilecek eksikliklikler var. Genel olarak puanım 9/10. Atmosferi çok güzel. Otel çok yeni. Fitness spa bölümü gayet ideal. Kayak tatili için tekrar gideceğiz

The view was wonderful, location is great. Breakfast is poor and very simple for five star hotel. The place full of wine and whiskey in each room so it is not family friendly hotel despite the kids room activities such as ps5 and cinema. I wouldn’t suggest the place for a muslim family. Due to the bar in reception and drinks in every restaurant. Room is good size and clean, no toothpaste or brush in bathroom and towels are very limited in number. Water in room was in jars and not sure how long it was or its source. They don’t allow shisha outside but staff can smoke in the outdoor area. Some staff were amazing such like Ahmet one of the managers in reception and some staff were rude such as the night shift manager on Friday night. Swimming pool is deep for children and it mixed, sauna is a bit far and it seems that you need a permit to use salt and steam room.
