Staff were not helpful or kind. Motel was overbooked gave our specific room away without our permission not a courtesy call. We had to seek accommodation in the middle of the night.

Staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean. Although the elevators and hallways were a bit messy, alongside the odd individuals who were walking outside sometimes (all of whom were actually quite nice), I would say the stay was still well worth the price. One downside is that the key cards often stopped working, but the staff were nice enough to replace them even at late hours. Would recommend this place for a cheap stay in San Diego.

It was worth the money I paid for. I needed a bed to sleep over that can also keep my things safe, that's not hostel or pricey hotel. I actually enjoy how it has cable unlike the hotels I've stayed in recently

This is an older hotel. It shows. But it's pretty busy and altho it could use a good scrubbing and some paint, it is okay. My only complaint is that the room I was in had a door that had obviously been kicked in. The door had a huge dent. Plus, the door didn't close all the way. It had a piece of paper shoved in the door plate to help the door click closed. The security bolt did not close, and the metal thing that swings closed to lock the door didn't engage because the door was always at least a quarter of an inch open. I was scared so slept with the lights on. There were a lot of people at the hotel so just prayed no one kicked in my door. But it was clean inside, no shampoo but it had bar soap. So that is all I really needed. But the door issue is super scary. Don't accept a key to room 222.

The property especially at the states to my room reeked of human waste. The ac was not working and lighting was dim not only in the property but in my room. I did not shower as it appeared that the shower was not recently cleaned. I’ve never felt unsafe before in a hotel. I almost left to sleep in my car.. This was a horrible situation
