Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte/Mooresville

The room and hotel was clean, and staff polite. Bed comfy, towels soft. The breakfast was OK for what we needed -but- I was unable to eat the breakfast in the dinning area after the first 2 days because of the overwhelming and pervasive smell of Lysol and room deodorizers that they were using in the area surrounding the open dinning room as they began their morning cleaning. I appreciate the effort to be clean, but even after I asked if they could wait until breakfast was over before cleaning that area, noting was done. I paid for breakfast I could not eat. Other wise the place was nice. I have stayed her twice before, but not sure about next time with the cleaning product odor during breakfast. Gotta eat.

Room was ready early. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was great. 👍

Staff at counter was very attentive. I wanted a quiet room and she delivered! Had a nice drink and bite at the bar.
