This hotel was booked while I was in town for a convention. Upon check in there was no one at the front desk but I am presuming there is a limited amount of staff working at times. After a brief wait I was able to make contact with the front desk personnel and check in was very fast and easy. The pool is still closed as of 10/2026 by order of the county and has been closed since 2024. I will say that there is evidence that they are working on the pool area with how it looks now compared to the pictures on line. It was a slim chance that I would have been able to use it so this was not a deal breaker. The breakfast buffet was sufficient. They had a decent range of options for a continental breakfast and comparable to other hotels I have stayed at. The inside of the property looked and smelled clean to me. The bed was very comfortable with clean sheets and no evidence of any issues with the beds. There are some maintenance issues that could be addressed. The additional lock in my room was broken and not functioning. The bathroom mirror had been removed as well as the hairdryer with holes noted in the walls. A few areas of paint touch up may be in order. I had a problem with the tv in the room and getting the remote to work. I had my tablet with tv service so I didn’t see this as a major problem so I did not address it with the staff. Overall the hotel was okay based on price and experience. I travel to the area at least once a year and would not hesitate to book here again.

It's frustrating to select a hotel primarily based on the pool as a gift for my daughter and then arrive to see the pool shut down for health codes. We should be notified or refunded money without a highlighted amenity.

The hotel is a budget hotel. It is clean with basic amenities. The hotel was quiet during our stay. We needed a decent room for one night and this fit the bill in a simple, positive way. The shower amenities were very nice. We will stay again.

Would be nice for the pool to work it's been down an awful long time. Bathroom fans would be great if they worked as well. My TV wouldn't work unless I logged into the wifi which I had no idea what the password was or even which one to use.. Staff live on site and are always in hallway it seems. Would be nice not to be booked across from a staff room. Or near a very loud elevator. Spiderwebs in the corners of windows Would like to see more options in the vending machines. And do not disturb signs mean just that. Do NOT disturb.
