This property is under construction. Pool was closed, had to get the manager to fix the TV. We only had use of front or back entrance, which was ice covered. The manager did remove the ice. The parking lot had not been snow plowed, very limited spots to park

The remote for the TV did not work very well and the channel guide hard to find. Would have liked to use the pool, but has been closed by the county. The location was very convenient, yet a bit out of the way.

No one at front desk , no ice machine , no breakfast in AM.. Never would have stayed there if I knew construction was going on . If front desk can't be manned then should just shut the place down . Terrible experience .

Although the was ok but the bathroom had no vent on the fan. I could see the roof and it don’t work. You guys say there was free Wi-Fi but couldn’t find the password. The room had a coffee maker but no coffee packets in the room. There were other switches on the wall that had no nob on it. The pool was down. And also a not that said we as guest could not eat our continental breakfast in our room. But I did anyway. There was no fan above the jetted tub. The curtains didn’t close all the way had to use a coat hanger just to keep the light from shining in at night. The elevator’s were broke down and no vending machines, no ice machine. Definitely looks good on the website but not in person. Things need to be fixed.

There was no one at the desk when I went to check in, and despite there being a message saying to dial “0” on the phone, when I did that, I got a busy signal. I had to wait quite a while before someone finally came to the desk. She was polite at least and apologized for my wait. I had “checked in” online through a link I’d received via text, through which I had provided all my information (name, address, auto information, credit card, etc.) However, I had to provide it all again. They also charged me at the hotel, even though I’d already paid on Expedia (they did remove my charges the next day.) The pool was closed with a notice from the health department. This property is FILTHY and SHADY! First of all there is no attendant to check you in. You have to call a phone number and wait to be checked in. When after I received my room key and made it to my room, the door was already ajar and I walked right in. This all happened at 9:30pm (by the way). After being in my room for a couple of minutes I noticed that the door had closed all the way, so I went to shut it only to realize that the door does not close. I went to change room only to be given a room different room 209 and it is the shadiest pair of rooms directly across from each other. This room that I am currently in has a loose door latch and the sheets have huge stains on them. There is also a used Q-tip laying next to my bed and I will be reporting this hotel to the health department.

When we arrived to check in the pool and hot tub were shut down. The floors were filthy. When we got up the next morning there were bedbugs crawling on the wall. Very disapointed. Guy behind the desk just said they would look into it.

AWFUL! The room was FILTHY! Stains all over the bed, and numerous other surfaces, hair all over the bed and in the sink, the slide lock inside of my room was broken, cobwebs in the corns and up the walls, and so many other surfaces were filthy as well. They’re also under construction and the hallways were very unfinished and messy. Cherry on top was the piece of paper with my room number taped to the door. After speaking to management, they were polite and sympathetic, but never attempted to give me another room (I would have respectfully declined at that point) which makes me wonder about the status of their other rooms on the property. They did work with refund process through Hotels.com immediately to provide a full refund with no issues.

Washer/dryer were both out-of-order, and that area smelled horrible (by the ice machine). Pool/hot tub were closed due to health violations, which were posted for all to see. Front desk attendant stated the pool "was under repair" and said we should have seen this on the website (we used Expedia). He said that's why the rates were so low (not true). This property is right next to a Walmart and was not easy to access. Pool area was not set up to use. Boxes of furniture lay around to unpack. Got in to room and screaming from the Walmart parking lot was going on; bed was so completely uncomfortable, had it not been for distance, we would have driven home. Neighbors were extremely loud. We got out of there as soon as day break.

The hotel was under construction. I didn't know that when I booked. My feet stuck to the floor in the room. My shirt stuck to the counter when I leaned against it. There were clothes in the drawers from previous guests. The hot tub was closed. The carpet, sheets and chair in the room all had stains. The Wal-Mart next door provided a lot of noise from cars doing donuts in the parking lot at night. There are broken down cats in the hotel lot, leaking fluid. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. I almost cut my trip short a night to avoid being there.

We were shocked to find that the pool was not usable, as that is one reason we choose the Baymont and have stayed at Wyndhams on other occasions. Other hotel sites state that the pool is closed..for whatever reason. Checking out was just dropping the key in a basket, no receipt or ability to pay with a different card or cash from the original booking information. The hotel was very clean and neat. Front desk staff was not the friendliest in the world, think he was having a tough day. Having breakfast available was a plus, very comfy beds, quiet rooms except the vacuuming that started at 7!

The worst...The room was dumpy...curtain was not connected to the pole and looked terrible...Bedding stuffing was coming out...The knob was missing in the bathroom. Dresser drawers would not stay shut. The pool was closed. Not good optics, Wyndham!

Not so good. I'm leaving this review to remind myself of the Poor Internet, Junk cars and "reconstruction". Elevator was not available. Bed & bath were OK. I'd like to know whom to blame for not being informed of the reconstruction - the motel or Expedia.

Absolutely awful hotel. Pool and hot tub were the only reason we booked and they both were shut down even though I called to ask prior to booking- our tv didn’t work/had no remote (when asked to get a new remote, they found the tv didn’t work), our toilet was broken and full of pee, beds were extremely hard, nothing was clean. Absolutely not worth the stay.The hot water was a lukewarm shower with no pressure one night and high pressure the next. Also, hope you like the sound of car engines revving/car show/ Walmart parking lot views because that’s what you get.

The staff was nice, attentive, helpful and friendly. Room was good-nice place to sleep for the night. The pool area was great with the directions and all for the kids-it could be cleaned. The pool area was great but more attention could be made there because it’s a great selling point. Thank you for a nice stay!

Toilet overflowed. Repeated calls for cleanup were ignored. When someone finally came to sop up the water we were told it would be mopped and cleaned "tomorrow". The chair in the room had a broken leg. When I sat in it it tipped over and I fell. Despite reporting this several times it was ignored until we dragged the chair into the hall and abandoned it. Housekeeping skipped our room and when we complained the manager said he vacuumed it himself, but didn't make the beds or leave fresh towels after ours had been used to mop the floor. Never going to stay there again.

There was no one at the desk when I went to check in, and despite there being a message saying to dial “0” on the phone, when I did that, I got a busy signal. I had to wait quite a while before someone finally came to the desk. She was polite at least and apologized for my wait. I had “checked in” online through a link I’d received via text, through which I had provided all my information (name, address, auto information, credit card, etc.) However, I had to provide it all again. They also charged me at the hotel, even though I’d already paid on Expedia (they did remove my charges the next day.) The pool was closed with a notice from the health department. However, having said that, the room was clean and comfortable.

Called about questions for our stay and they sounded half asleep or as if they were too busy to talk. When we checked it, waited a good 5 min for someone to come to the desk. When he came, he was dripping with sweat. Barely explained anything to us regarding where to find our room, an elevator, the breakfast.... Then we find out the pools are all down after booking an extra night just so my kids could swim. Asked for a refund and couldn't get it for the whole stay. We were only refunded 2 out of 3 nights. This property is right next to a Walmart and was not easy to access. Pool area was not set up to use. Boxes of furniture lay around to unpack. Got in to room and screaming from the Walmart parking lot was going on; bed was so completely uncomfortable, had it not been for distance, we would have driven home. Neighbors were extremely loud. We got out of there as soon as day break.

The remote for the TV did not work very well and the channel guide hard to find. Would have liked to use the pool, but has been closed by the county. The location was very convenient, yet a bit out of the way.

It was handy to be near a shopping plaza, for food etc. Also nice to have green space around the plaza. Check in was a bit busy, it seemed the worker had to do many tasks including check ins

Room was clean, mattress comfortable. Breakfast disgusting. Breakfast had opened 10 minutes prior and eggs/sausage cold. Mentioned to attendent and he just shrugged. Pan was lukewarm at best. Orange juice tasted like water and cranberry juice was barely pink. Sink next to coffee/juice area was filthy. Do not recommend wasting your time going to breakfast. This hotel is difficult to find. More signage needed.

The hotel was under construction. I didn't know that when I booked. My feet stuck to the floor in the room. My shirt stuck to the counter when I leaned against it. There were clothes in the drawers from previous guests. The hot tub was closed. The carpet, sheets and chair in the room all had stains. The Wal-Mart next door provided a lot of noise from cars doing donuts in the parking lot at night. There are broken down cats in the hotel lot, leaking fluid. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. I almost cut my trip short a night to avoid being there.

Door wouldn’t stay shut, had to make sure to use door hook. It was only myself and two teenage daughters. Our room was down at the very end of hallway and outside the exit was a little scary when we took our dog outside. Just the swamp and the darkened garbage area in the corner. There was no public view of anything if someone were to try something inappropriate. Just felt very uneasy. The shmp/cond & lotion half used and watered down, no hand soap, tv didn’t work at first, only one wash cloth, surfaces were “sticky”. Curtains were broken and wouldn’t close all the way. Even the juice offered was watered down. The breakfast was served until 10:00. We got there about 9:15. Milk was gone, only one slice of bread, two eggs and three sausages. No waffle batter left…But, yes, we did get there towards the end. The pillows were very comfortable and the employees were very nice. They were under construction, so I’m hoping we were seeing the beginning of the changes and not the ending. Even the door numbers were post it notes.

Everything was in poor condition. Pool was closed, no hot tub. No coffee pot in room, no ice bucket in room. No coffee in lobby, like they advertise. Breakfast was cold and limited, not ready on time, at least 45 minutes from when they say there open for breakfast before it was somewhat ready.

Came to swim and the hot tub was broke and the pool wasn't inhabitable as it was freezing. No promised continental breakfast. Shower didn't function the 2nd morning. No housekeeping. Only ice machine was broke.

This did not seem like a standard clean hotel. It had a bit of a grungy feel. Tub looked like it needed a deep cleaning. Shower curtain needed to be cleaned. Carpet, not great. The breakfast was impressive. Waffle maker, sausage patties, eggs already cooked flat to make breakfast sandwiches. Bagels, bread, English muffins, juices, yogurt. We felt a touch unsafe here and probably will choose a different hotel if we stay in town again. Rundown feel, overall.

I booked this room to relax in the indoor pool all evening and have a breakfast before going to a family funeral. Well I went to check out the pool, Hot tub water black, pool looked nice though. As I exited the pool room to go get our suits on...Man said it was closed. Then in the morning they were 5 minutes late opening the door to the breakfast. Cold eggs and sausage, He then thru in the microwave and they became hockey pucks, The waffle maker wasn't hot so someone put stuff in that and it wasn't ready. Juices we water. The guy argued with me that I had to wait until later for juice. But I could have orange juice and tried to force me to take that. I said I didn't like orange and wanted cranberry or apple. He brought me 2 glassed of orange. Someone asked for bowls for the cereal. Spent 3 minutes explaining that there were No bowls for cereal. He looked in every cabinet and then went to the office and get some bowls. also our King bed had the skirt tucked in under the bed on my side. IF my disabled hubby wasn't already asleep I would have got a different room. Very disappointed in this hotel.

Beds were very comfortable, room was clean. The stairways and other areas needed attention. Went to use the hot tub and that was blocked off by chairs and empty, pool looked good but the lights were off and no way of turning then on to use the pool. The continental breakfast was nothing to be desired.

The hotel is a budget hotel. It is clean with basic amenities. The hotel was quiet during our stay. We needed a decent room for one night and this fit the bill in a simple, positive way. The shower amenities were very nice. We will stay again.

Would be nice for the pool to work it's been down an awful long time. Bathroom fans would be great if they worked as well. My TV wouldn't work unless I logged into the wifi which I had no idea what the password was or even which one to use.. Staff live on site and are always in hallway it seems. Would be nice not to be booked across from a staff room. Or near a very loud elevator. Spiderwebs in the corners of windows Would like to see more options in the vending machines. And do not disturb signs mean just that. Do NOT disturb.
