The pool was cold & dirty

Pool was closed, no bath towels, tv small and difficult to operate. Front desk said they had other properties and they would contact the manager to see if we could use a pool somewhere else. Never happened. She said no refunds. We booked another room at the Ramada close by and stayed there instead. Still paid for the room we didn’t use. Also, we looked in the room just before we checked out and housekeeping hadn't even been there. Stay away!

Never opened the room door. Did not feel safe including my loaded (for moving) pick up truck. Outside trash can was overflowing. Greenish pool. Very loud road right up against parking lot. Rooms faced a loud driveup lane at a fast food place 30 feet from parking slots in front of motel doors. Property refused a refund said it was a 3rd party booking. Desl also refused the booking company, who called them. Upon closer inspection they have a sign stating no refunds for any reason. Did not read the reviews beforehand. Booking company also refused to refund me although they are advertising this motel on their site. Coffee served in lobby only- nothing in rooms. No breakfast offered, although sister property did.

I stay at 9 to 10 hotels monthly as I travel from office to office. This place was one of the worst. The TV didn't work. She blamed it on the storm then it was the HDMI cable. I travel with one and checked it and it wasn't the cable. Then she couldn't help mme any more because it was the storm she said.There was no ice machine. They took it out in purpose. Really, no ice machine? Just a lousy place to stay and a family that doesn't care about their place. They said it was family owned. Stay here if you are homeless. They have a weekly rate.

Not-so-good, will let PICS DO THE TALKING! NO covers on electrical plates thus lamp, hairdryer, TV would NOT work; towels like pumus bars, tub dirty, NO lock door, lock on pool for 9.75 of 10 days, outside trash constantly, THEN they blew parking lot to recover and HAD to put towels in front of door & windows as was blowing in. Truck had 3/4-1" of dust on. They could have notified people ahead of time, no room service daily, twice in 7 days BUT only two towels period to start, thus daily had go front desk, very very small bars soap one in 7 days!! Never again!!

Where should I start. Check-in clerk wasn't very knowledgeable about room amenities. NO light bulb in the only bedside table, therefore no light on the little dining table where i wanted to use my laptop. Bugs in the tub and not very clean at the drain. The carpets are very dirty with stains. Tile is not much better. No ice machine (one for the entire property) which was broken and of course NO ice bucket either. No cups for drinking water, etc. etc. You get the picture... NO matter what the price is, I WILL NOT be staying here again and if you are smart, you won't either!!!!!!

Placed in the back building that should have been condemned by now. Asked to be moved, it seemed to be a big problem but they made it happen. Lied to by staff of why the pool was closed in the middle of summer. Was told the pump but clearly the pump was in fact working. Rooms were filthy and noise outside next to highway was very loud bc of semi’s. Would not recommend.

There are no microwaves and plugs that are one step away from a fire. No tv to watch either.

Very disappointed there’s no ice ice fishing down can’t operate TVs in the room. Know if I can help you they give you one cow for two people no rush/no nasty inside your office there they have no soda no ice. Also they charge me for a night, but I didn’t even get it because for some reason you guys didn’t do it, but you still charge me and check my money and we sent me back my money For all the noisy loud people in the back of the building so people like myself and my friend be getting sweet because it’s so loud

We got to the hotel and before we even waked through the door there was garbage everywhere. Once inside there was some yellow slime on the bed. Opened the shower and there was hair everywhere. Went to the front desk to let them know we would not be staying there and wanted a refund. Tried getting in tough with the manger and the lady at the desk was being . Long story short we did not get a refund and what ever you do do not stay there.

There were mice in the room. Roaches in the bathroom. Bedbugs. Save yourself the time, money and costs to rid yourself of bedbugs and spend a little more to stay elsewhere. I wish we had. Sleeping in my car would have been better. We left around midnight.

The first room we stayed in had roaches everywhere. There were patched holes everywhere. The tub had mold and the walls were filthy. We asked for a different room which we were given. The second room was cleaner and didn't have the smell in the air that affected my asthma. However we did still see a few roaches. I was very disappointed The photos of the rooms are very misleading and no where near what you actually stay in. I would never recommend staying here. While I get you get what you pay for I have never experienced such poor conditions before in this price range.

Rhe room was not clean 1 towel and 1 hand towel the carpet was disgusting there were cockroaches and other bugs as well... if i could give 0 stars that would be my rating it was terrible the surrounding area was clean even after days of rain thus property was not.

Dirtiest hotel I've ever been in, I complained that there was a rat in my room and nobody came to try to get it out. A couple days later I saw 2 rats. Disgusting rooms...

Dont believe the reviews that say this a clean place! I did and clearly they were fake!! We checked in around 9:30pm ish.after traveling many hours hoping for a good night sleep and to rise early and be on road again. Got our non-smoking room, Room had clearly been smoked in by smell plus smoke alarm was removed and put in drawer battery removed.Bed had hair and sock lent in it toilet yellow orange poop and cig residue on seat, dirty shower, only 1 light bulb for whole room. Major Dusty lamp shades! Complained got a different room. 2nd room had dog poop still in corner of room rubbed into baseboard like attempted to clean and kibble in floor.floor gross crumbs everywhere. Shower old and disgusting. Shower curtain stained gross.only 1 light bulb in room.We Complained lady came examind room brought several keys to rooms . Looked at 4 more rooms all dirty . Settled on the last one but wished we would have left and lost money and gone somewhere else but it was late by then. This room had dingy towels one looked used and rolled up for clean, but wasn't.Shower that had grime and hair in it, still used bar of soap . Hubby had to go get his tools and fix door stiker so door would stay shut and lock! Between all of that and a bite to eat at Dennys we got to bed at midnight discovered in AM how dirty shower and towels were. We will have a Good shower in Texas.DO NOT STAY HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!! I'm not.Sure, how Expedia controls all reviews. BUT NOT CLEAN!

Rooms not at all as pictured. Disgusting and dirty. Our room smelled awful and had roaches. Dirty walls doors, broken, duct taped bathroom, and no toilet paper. The hotel is privately owned and has a no refund under any circumstances policy. Never again

There were bugs in the bed and roaches everywhere

If you are looking for a clean room, do not stay here. The doors, stairs and walkways are dirty and grubby and could use a power washer. The room was dirty. There was a wad of hair in the corner of the shower. There were also other random hairs in the shower. There was dried on, what looked like boogers, in the shower. The shelf above the hangers had dead bugs and bug carcasses. The tables and furniture had fingerprints and were dirty. The office chair was missing half of the rollers. The other upholstered chair in the room was missing the back cushion. The mattress was thin and cheap. The two queen beds had only a top sheet and a sheet thin cover. The floors were dirty. Other patrons complained of only having one towel. We had two bath towels, one wash cloth, and one hand towel. We stayed our one night and will never stay here again.

This is place is only in dire need. When I reserved for two rooms with 4 people and only get one towel per room that's bad. One room a guy was hooked up to an I.V. and looked very sketchy. We stayed only I've night of the two. The sheets had nasty stains. Found a bug in one of the beds. Please don't waste your time with staying here.

Additionally, we were told there would be continental breakfast but there was none, it was just coffee. The windows didnt block out any noise from the road outside; we might as well have been outside. The room was not clean at all, smelt of smoking despite being a non smoking room, bathroom was filthy and my partner's feet are black from walking across the floor bare foot. Would have been better sleeping in the car.

TV not working No water in the Shower

Checked in. Had to be moved from room 119 to room 117. Room 119 was flooded. Got to room 117. The people in 118 were try to get in our room when we were still in 119. Then was up all night because people above us sounded like they were running a marathon all night. Left tv on to drown out noise but didn’t work. Refrigerator door wouldn’t stay closed so we could use it and the microwave didn’t work.

I liked the Knights Inn, but not this reincarnation. The transition needs more work. The room I had needed work. The room entry door was hard to open. The freezer needs defrosting, and this is damaging the door. The breakfast bar of the previous incarnation is gone. The lobby bathroom is not open to the guests. The lobby was being used for room cleaning equipment storage. My room was worn down and needed renovation. The lamp was missing its shade. My room next to the freeway was a bit noisy. The heating system masked the freeway noise though. With this location, the hotel should do well, but it has seen better days. I hope renovations are planned. It was a very good low-cost stop, and it could be again.

Chaos at the reception, 2 rooms ordered and they could not find the 2nd name, had to fix it myself with expedia.. 1 room was not clean yet, doorlock of room was almost broken Wifi was a joke Lots of unhappy customers at the reception. This hotel needs a makeover and better management

If you want dirty feet after a shower, just walk on the floor! Also don't get electrocuted using the broken plug in receptacle. Noisey highway beside it didn't work for me.

When we arrived the tv didn`t work. We had to call the front desk 3 times to get it fixed. It took almost 2 hrs. We left and couln' t get back in our room. The door was messed up.

The bed was comfortable. The room had good temperature control. The floor needed a good sweeping, it felt very gritty like sand was all over it. The rest of the room and bathroom were decently clean. We had to ask for towels, but they had no washcloths available. We had to use hand towels to take our showers. It could use a few renovations, the shower rod fell down, but we were able to wedge into a position that it stayed up. It was good enough for a quick overnight stop.

Close to highway I40. Noisy. Rooms need updating.

The reception staff wwas very helpful. I stayed 1 night. The rooms were remodeled but oddly a or of old fixtures were not changed. So much was broken, very dirty stained or not working. For example the door latch was broken off. Even though they had card keys the door wasn’t automatically locked when the door closed the bath tub was old and decrepit the wall hairdryer didn’t work and was literally covered in dirt etc.

Great Customer service from new to the job. He did his best with what he had to worm with!

The people at check in were very nice. The motel is in a bad area.

Second day we had to ask for towels, toilet paper and a plastic cup for brushing teeth. Met the crew leader who cleans the rooms and she apologized and said that if they don’t get to our room that day (Sat) then it would definitely be on Sunday. Got back to the room Sunday night, not cleaned. Garbage overflowing, no fresh towels. Like they say, you get what you pay for.

The room itself was dirty, had a lamp with no shade, stains on threadbare carpet, torn bed cover, and clogged toilet. There is a sign at the desk advising no refunds, if that is not telling. I left and went down the road to the Best Western.

I had intended on giving a better review up until the last hour of my 2 day stay here. We were packing up and getting ready to check out when my son yelled from the bathroom that there wasn't any toilet paper. I had seen the maids outside so went to look for one to get some tp, but could not find any of them. I did see one of their carts sitting there, though, so I started to grab a roll off the cart when the desk lady came at me all sideways asking what I was doing. I explained to her that my kid was stuck on the toilet and I just needed some tp. I've stayed at more hotels than I can count and I've grabbed whatever I've needed off of the maid carts many times-asking 1st when possible, telling them after-the-fact when necessary. No one has EVER treated me like I was some kind of thief for it! Trust me, I'm not trying to steal your cheap ass toilet paper! If I were, I would've taken the entire bag of it rather than stand there trying to untie it to remove one roll!! Very rude! Also, there were no towels in the room at all so the morning after I checked in, I asked for some. They happened to have 2 in the office but she told me she'd have tje maids bring me some more when they came in. They never came. Asked for them again the morning of checkout and they told me it would be a couple of hours. Umm...I have to check out in an hour??? Dried off with a tshirt. Other than that, the hotel was surprisingly clean and a good value.

The day desk manager Tabitha is helpful and makes you feel welcome. The general manager Ashley is always there to help if needed

It's an affordable place to stay the staff is nice it's convenient because there's restaurants close that's very close to walk like within feet from the motel it's an older motel but it's one of the better ones in Kingman

The room was acceptably clean but a little run down. Sheets were clean but the floors, walls not so much. A fairly seedy area with urchins creeping around at night, causing me to sleep very lightly and keep the window cracked so I could hear if anyone was fiddling with my truck. As a result, the freeway noise kept me up. Very affordable but…

We loved that it is next to Arbys and Dennys. Gas ataion across the street was conveniently located. The hotel is right off Interstate 40.

From the outside it looks nice. Pool area is neat. Rooms. Oh dear. Shabby, dirty, old and scuffed. We had three rooms. One had no towels at all, two had one towel, one had no trash bin. Electricities are dangerous and one of the rooms went out of power while putting adapter to socket. With a little lightning obviously. Mattresses...oh you don't even want to know. Expedia said there will be breakfast but there is not.

Clean, cheap place to stay. Wi-Fi wasn't working and staff was unable to fix it. One thin towel per person in the room. Water was plenty hot enough. Denny's next door.

The only reason we booked this stay was because it had breakfast included, when we arrived they told us that there is no breakfast included, and since it’s a private owned business, they don’t offer refunds.

Great place to stay for the price!!! Low pet fee, Dennys next door, plenty of parking, always a vacancy, rooms are basic but clean, and great staff! Silver Queen has been our choice for our last 3 trips to Kingman and will definitely be recommended.

Decent hotel. It's quiet. No continental breakfast like they advertise and some of the rooms don't have refrigerators or remotes. But decent hotel and friendly staff.
