I am so glad that I stayed at this hotel! I stayed with 3 cats, and it was such a smooth process. I called prior to arriving to get approval since I had 3 cats and there was no issues with that. They made a note about my cats, so check in was smooth. The room was clean and my cats couldn't hide under the bed because of the type of frame they used. It was perfect and everyone was so nice.

It was clean with friendly staff. The breakfast was nice. There were a couple minor things broken in the room but it didn’t really impede our stay. It’s a convenient location to the highway with a couple restaurants but the driveway to get in is in an awkward place in the middle of an intersection. The area didn’t feel the safest to walk around but I didn’t feel unsafe at the hotel.

Our family always stay in this hotel for the service and comfort it provides. Only this time, the cleaning and service department missed one of the bed sheet and it had dried blood stain on it. After notifying the front desk , it was quickly changed for a cleaned one. Other than that we are very satisfied with our stays.

Hotel stay was quiet and the room was decent. However they had a tv in the room that had a pixelated line down the entire side of it, and it was made apparent that this was a known issue before I even stayed there which at the time I couldn’t even be switched to another room due to them being overbooked. I appreciate the money off on the room but next time, maybe don’t offer a room with a known messed up tv.

Right before we left there was a big bug crawling on the bathroom floor by the shower. The TV remote wasn't working on arrival because it needed batteries and the breakfast left is wondering, where's the food. It wasn't much, so I stopped at a party store and bought hard boiled eggs. The doorbell, because we were in a handicapped room was missing batteries and looked like a piece of junk laying on the desk. The check in was good and the girl that worked there was efficient and friendly. I would say it was just good; not bad or excellent. It was a bed to lay out heads on, which was what we needed.

Right before we left there was a big bug crawling on the bathroom floor by the shower. The TV remote wasn't working on arrival because it needed batteries and the breakfast left is wondering, where's the food. It wasn't much, so I stopped at a party store and bought hard boiled eggs. The doorbell, because we were in a handicapped room was missing batteries and looked like a piece of junk laying on the desk. The check in was good and the girl that worked there was efficient and friendly. I would say it was just good; not bad or excellent. It was a bed to lay out heads on, which was what we needed.

Rooms are modern, nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable. Great breakfast with hot and cold options. Dining options nearby. Did not appreciate a clump of long dark hair in a tub. My daughter and I are blonds. ☹️

We booked a King suite with a sofa bed. We stopped by around 1:45 and asked if we were able to checkin early and they said they didn't have any matching rooms. I told them we would be back after 7 due to softball games and they said that would be fine. When we got back they told us that we booked a king bed only, but they had a room with 2 beds that we could have. The only issue was that the carpet was wet because they cleaned it. We were tired and dirty from softball fields so we agreed. The room had double beds and the entire carpet was wet. The bathroom had puddles of water due to the plumbing leaking. We aren't entirely sure that wasn't the reason for the wet carpet and we got stuck with that because they gave our room away.

It wasn't a bad stay i just wish the fire alarm wouldn't of gone off at 9pm then again at 12am. Making my family have to go outside for nothing because there wasn't anything wrong

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. It was 90° outside and the a/c worked great in our room. The pool and outdoor patio was very nice. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs and sausage. There was also plenty of grab-and-go items. They also had a waffle maker which was a big hit with our grandson. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking too. I would stay there again if we travel that way again.
