Christmas 2026 is available, because of cancellation! The modern furnished villa with 2.000 ft² has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV. In the spacious living and dining area you can find a place to relax on the couch. The large LED TV in the living room is connected to the Internet and also has a German program. Meals can be enjoyed at the glass table in the light-flooded bay window overlooking the lake, as well as with guests at the large dinner table. On the covered terrace there is also a table for 6 persons. In the evening, grilling on the terrace is a pleasure for the whole family. A classic large American gas grill is available. The spacious pool deck is oriented to the southwest and invites you to sunbathe until late in the afternoon. The pool contains mild salt water and has a very modern solar system, so it can be heated for free all year round. An electric heater can be booked additionally if required. A screen keeps the insects off. The view from the pool deck over the wide lake is pure relaxation. The fully equipped modern kitchen contains all modern appliances as well as plenty of cutlery and crockery. There are also plenty of towels for the bathroom, pool and beach in the closets. Of course you can also use the washing machine and dryer. Change linen and cot are also available. In addition to 2 bicycles and 1 childrens wheel, there are also beach chairs, beach toys and a parasol in the garage. With the game collection, you can have fun with the whole family in the evening.
