For a busy ski lodge the size of the property helps spread people out so it doesnt feel crowded. Lots to do and really enjoyed drinks at the bar and dinner at Helen's. The room was large with a great view from the private balcony and large flatscreen TV, but the bathroom wasn't very clean the first night we arrived. Other than that it was a nice hotel in the mountains, alot like Mohonk Mountain House, but easy to get lost in the endless hallways!

Enjoyed the hot tub & indoor pool. Loved having cocktails on the 9th floor balcony overlooking the mountains. My only complaint is the food. Choices are limited. Breakfast buffet was horrible. We ate at The Bavarian Inn (I think, it’s right in lodge lobby) & it was good. They have a limited menu as well. Customer Service was really good throughout the resort. Will be back.

Traveled for a PA Cup ski race and the hotel was perfect for that. The resort and hotel are extensive and have tons to offer. Breakfast at Slopeside excellent-service amazing and ours was included in the room. We had a Suite which was a large bedroom, living room/dining room/kitchenette area so 2 main rooms with 2 full bathrooms. Microwave and some dishes--no dishwasher or dish scrubbers, kitchen towels etc. The Murphy bed was made up and had its own area which was great but there were no blankets in the hotel room. And oddly, no duvets or bedpreads on the beds, just a light blanket which would normally serve as a middle layer--summer weight. Our room was never serviced in the 2 days we stayed but we had enough towels. Receptions, bell staff, all venues, bowling, mini golf, ski shops were well staffed and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to returning and will make sure to request appropriate bed linens...it did get nippy in the night. Our room looked out over the slopes which was great until 5am when they were either servicing the parking area or the mountain with heavy equipment with the back up beeping that becomes your morning alarm. All said, it is definitely one of the better PA ski resorts and we will be back!

Surprised to find indoor pool drained, hot tub out of order, at least half of arcade games out of order. Only one restaurant open, air conditioner in room was old and did not cool room or humidity. Shower curtain did not fit the entire tub leaving both ends open quite a bit. Resort is in desperate need of renovations.

Staff was very friendly and interacted with us. I took my son and grandson. They bought all day activity passes which are worth every penny. They went down the Alpine slide multiple times. Went bowling, played video games in the arcade and went up top to Lake Tahoe section and did paddle boat and kayaking. Our room was clean. We had breakfast at the Slopeside both mornings and the food was good. I do wish more of the restaurants had been open but we were there on Monday and Tuesday.

Beautiful place, needs some tender loving care. Patio/porch had boards that are rotting. Room was very damp. Stairs closed off due to wood rotting. Dont try making money in the summer time, lower your prices, no way should you have to pay per person to ride the ski lift, or play axes, putt putt, everything is over priced. I would love to return, due to the cost for four nights I do not see it in our future

Bathroom was unusually dirty with caulking turning partially black. The drain in the tub was mostly clogged so you stand in stagnant water and the tub floor is grossly discolored. The toiletry bottles were old pumps that didn’t work. The beds were comfortable and the staff was pleasant.

The hotel was in a beautiful setting in the PA mountains. Checkin was excellent, with courteous and informative staff. The building is old, but despite obvious renovations, it retains a tired look and an unclean feeling. Our room had a musty odor.

I was able to check in early, greeted with a welcoming smile and had a great fall day to wander around a little. The room was clean and comfortable. WiFi was just ok with no option to choose between regular and high speed, which would have been helpful for the work I had to do, but still nothing to complain about.

I enjoyed the multiple dining options. I was very disappointed in the room, especially the bathroom due to rusted baseboard and dirty shower that I refused to use. My husband did use the shower and complained about the water temperature.

Nice to be near slopes. You can hear a lot the noise (people walking from hallway...). A microwave in the room would have been nice, instead of the wine/drink cooler. There is no room service in the morning. So do not expect a 5 stars service. My room was facing the housekeeping office and that didn't help for someone to check if i needed something. Overall it was nice. The price doesn’t match the service. You pay more for the monopoly location they have.

I would not recommend staying on the first floor or the second floor stay in the tower. The first room we had it was extremely noisy. We had to move our room and we went to the tower, which is 10 times nicer and better.

A ski resort in summer where nothing much to do. A quieter place. While the property was nearly empty with many rooms on the slope side, the room was assigned at a low level with a parking view and near a noisy passageway. The Room is old, but was clean, the bathtub needs replacement.

Do not stay on the first or second floor make sure you stay in the tower. It was much quieter cleaner and more updated nicer TV too.

WiFi was just ok with no option to choose between regular and high speed, which would have been helpful for the work I had to do, but still nothing to complain about.

Front desk attendant was very rude. Did not appreciate how she spoke to us and treated us like we were idiots. Hotels beds have NO comforters or fitted sheets. It was literally a flat sheet tucked in and then your blankets was two flat sheets and a prison blanket. Hotel room was also very cold.. we mentioned this and was just given one extra prison blanket. The lodge gave off vibes from the shining… very outdated and the place was like a maze getting through. Restaurant menus was extremely limited.. I have a beef allergy so it’s difficult going to red with little variety. Left early. I won’t be back.

We were informed that we would not need to make a reservation at the slope side restaurant soon after checking in. Then when we went to eat well before closing, we were turned away. We were told they were no longer seating. And how we were informed, the hostess could not have been more rude while telling us. But hey, we were able to go to the bar and grab bar food for dinner. And yet again, more rudeness by our waitress. Very disappointed with the entire experience during our stay. We couldn’t even get a towel without getting attitude from staff when we were at the pool. Instead of wanting a normal sized towel instead of a very small towel, the staff member thought we must have been too much of a bother while we asked for a towel. We think he was doing school work. Sorry to inconvenience the staff member.

The Hotel was nice, the staff was friendly. Beautiful views The downside is that they seemed very understaffed and the costs of everything was well over the value. $40 just to do one game of bowling for my wife and I, other instances of this all over. Most of the food was again, overpriced and frankly pretty bland. Would take a lot for us to ever return.

This was our first time staying at the Slopeside Hotel at Seven Springs Mountain Resort. We accompanied our son, daughter in law and their two boys ages 9 and 11. Even tho the hotel has been there for years it was very cozy, comfortable, extremely clean and so convenient. The rooms adjoined which was so nice and we had gorgeous views of the ski slopes. The bars and restaurants were easy and accessible with plenty of food options for everyone. It was a short walk to the ski slopes and also to the ski shop where they rented equipment. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub and the kids loved the indoor mini golf and arcade. Overall it was one of our more enjoyable and easy vacations. I would also like to give a shout out to the amazing valet service. They were so upbeat and helpful unloading all of our ski stuff and luggage and helping us to our rooms. When we checked out in the morning they brought our car, completely cleaned of snow, and loaded our luggage cheerfully in 8 degree weather with a gusty wind blowing. The rest of the staff in the hotel and restaurants were also friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and resort.

Found it difficult to get to the correct place to check-in. To be fair, we arrived around 10:00pm in horrible weather after a white knuckle drive on the PA turnpike. Wish there had been more light and more signs to get to the appropriate place to check in. Quite confusing. However, once we found everything, the staff was excellent and helpful.

Traveled for a PA Cup ski race and the hotel was perfect for that. The resort and hotel are extensive and have tons to offer. Breakfast at Slopeside excellent-service amazing and ours was included in the room. We had a Suite which was a large bedroom, living room/dining room/kitchenette area so 2 main rooms with 2 full bathrooms. Microwave and some dishes--no dishwasher or dish scrubbers, kitchen towels etc. The Murphy bed was made up and had its own area which was great but there were no blankets in the hotel room. And oddly, no duvets or bedpreads on the beds, just a light blanket which would normally serve as a middle layer--summer weight. Our room was never serviced in the 2 days we stayed but we had enough towels. Receptions, bell staff, all venues, bowling, mini golf, ski shops were well staffed and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to returning and will make sure to request appropriate bed linens...it did get nippy in the night. Our room looked out over the slopes which was great until 5am when they were either servicing the parking area or the mountain with heavy equipment with the back up beeping that becomes your morning alarm. All said, it is definitely one of the better PA ski resorts and we will be back!

Hotel/property is in an excellent location and has a lot of amenities on site. The inside (rooms, halls, elevators) are somewhat run down and could use some more careful cleaning. Friendly staff and generally a nice place that could be excellent with some updates.

Resort was ok; showing its age. Not happy with the food at all. It was terrible and very expensive. I normally don’t care about the cost but when the food is very bad, it’s annoying. We did have a great time other than the horrible food. (We ate at all places that were open & all was equally bad). Customer service was good and drinks were good. Hot tubs were good(no longer have private tubs & weren’t told until check in even though I inquired specifically about them 2x) Hot tubs could have been cleaned a little better. If food was good, I would have given 5 stars.

A wonderful resort! An opportunity to stay in a lodge like atmosphere for the holidays. The food at the Bavarian Lounge was excellent! We were surprised that all our choices were delicious- from the tempura Brussels sprouts to the burger, from the wings to the open face roast beef sandwich, the fries, chips, and decadent chocolate cake!! We enjoyed various amenities including the hot tub and game room. The view from our balcony was gorgeous! I especially enjoyed walking the resort and taking in the beauty of the sunrise, slopes, fireplaces, Christmas decorations and landscape. I felt like I was in my own Hallmark Christmas movie! As a holiday getaway from North Carolina, the Slopeside Inn at Seven Springs allowed us to experience a white Christmas!! And we had so much fun snow tubing! The breakfast buffet was ok for $25/person. I wish there had been more breakfast options because we didn't really want such a big breakfast. A coffee shop or cafe would've been a good option.

Enjoyed the hot tub & indoor pool. Loved having cocktails on the 9th floor balcony overlooking the mountains. My only complaint is the food. Choices are limited. Breakfast buffet was horrible. We ate at The Bavarian Inn (I think, it’s right in lodge lobby) & it was good. They have a limited menu as well. Customer Service was really good throughout the resort. Will be back.

My only complaint is we wanted to order some food and I called the front desk and they told me two restaurants were open that we would have to pick it up which was fine but neither restaurant would answer the phone after multiple attempts and multiple calls to the front desk. So we gave up and went to bed hungry. Other than that, everything was great.

I’ve been to this property to ski almost every year for over 40 years… and every year it just gets more and more tired looking… I come to ski so not really looking for a glitz and glamor room, it took some fiddling to get hot water but sheets and towels were clean and mattresses were comfy… the restaurant was massively over priced for a buffet of brown lettuce, old pickled eggs and bbq chicken that made the Sahara look moist and tasty

Attended a conference. Food was not outstanding but not bad, since it was offseason there were not many other options except banquet food . I did have an issue with finding the different rooms and wish it was better indicated. Overall enjoyed my stay.

This is a very tired resort that is way overdue for a renovation. The rooms and public areas are outdated, and wear and tear is very visible. The place is clean and functional, but kind of dreary. The pool is nice, but the restaurants area is noisy and unpleasant, and the food is mediocre at best. It is such a beautiful area, and I can imagine skiing could be nice in winter, but they can do so much better.

We could not find the location. Our GPS took is to the middle of the mountain on a rough road. Nothing was there. We asked people and no one knew where it was. Had to find a different place to stay.
