암스테르담에서 너무 멀었고 잔담역에서도 도보 15분 정도 걸었던 것 같아요. 잔담을 여행하기엔 좋은 숙소이지만 암스테르담을 집중 여행하기 위한 여행자에게는 그다지 좋은 선택지는 아닌 것 같아서 별 하나 뺐어요. 셀프 체크인 체크아웃은 놀라웠어요 한 명의 직원도 만나지 못했는데 가끔 옆방 분이 번호키 누를때 두근 두근 하긴 했어요. 복도 소리가 너무 잘 들렸거든요. 방음은 잘 되는 것 같지만 복도에서는 아니에요. 후라이팬이 없어서 아쉬웠어요. 시설은 정말 좋았고 특히 침대는 정말 편했어요. 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 고맙습니다

Fantastisk ophold, bestemt ikke sidste gang vi kommer her. Dejlig smart robot chat over whats app. Og vigtigst af alt, super rent og fantastisk beliggenhed. Meget centralt. Jeg giver opholdet i det hele taget 4 stjerner og ikke 5. Kun fordi de ikke rengjorde på 3. dag, som de normalt gøre, men fordi vi checker ud dagen efter, synes de åbenbart ikke det var nødvendigt. Med 3 småbørn var det meget nødvendigt. Og det er det eneste negativt jeg har at sige om hotellet.

The entire experience of staying here was wonderful. Perfectly clean, great amenities, amazing location - so close to the main square of restaurants and bars for Zaandam, without any noise disturbance from that area of a night. During my booking, and in the lead up to our stay, all contact with the hotel staff was exceptionally helpful with fast responses. They even went above and beyond in their customer service when I added an additional night on to our stay, always being friendly and accommodating. Definitely will stay here again when I come back to stay in Zaandam again!

We had a very good stay at Zenstay in Amsterdam! Even though it is a self check-in property, the property manager personally waited for us and helped us with the check-in process, which was extremely kind and appreciated. The apartment was comfortable and everything went smoothly during our stay. The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s about 25–30 minutes from the city center, but overall we had a great experience and enjoyed our time there!
