Landlord was very accommodating with requests made which made it such a pleasure to stay at this property. You really do get value for money with this property with the location, security, comfort and the view that it provides. Thank you so much so my lovely stay as such as lovely property. Nothing and nobody is perfect. Overall, I was happy with the entire check-in/out process. I did see two roaches in the room (19th floor) one night, but roaches are a common occurrence in the Philippines, and it probably came up through the plumbing. Roaches don’t mean the room is dirty, just don’t be surprised if you see them. It was quiet, comfortable, and I would definitely stay again. One thing to note. During the rainy season, getting a grab is difficult depending on where you go.

Xyla and Summer were fantastic during check in and check out. I’m sure they would have handled any issues, but there were none. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the river and Makati.
