La Villa des Cedres

Wow! What a beautiful, magical experience. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the rest of the villa is like candy for the soul. Quiet with magnificent views, we feasted on a beautiful breakfast each day and to our great appreciation, enjoyed a magnificent dinner hosted by Chef Jean-Michel one evening, to our great delight. This spot is well positioned for easy day trips in all directions giving you a great opportunity to enjoy exploring the various towns for hiking, shopping, and just taking in authentic Provence. This is a very special place and one we will remember!

We cannot recommend this place enough. Perfection from start to finish. It was a very warm welcome - Clara is so kind and charming. The house and garden is beautifully presented and comfortable with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the stunning views. There is a warm atmosphere with the pool open all day and a bar available to help yourself to beers, wine and soft drinks at a fee. We had the privilege of eating dinner here twice; it was an exquisite three course meal - definitely take advantage of it (served Mon/Weds/Fri/Sun). The buffet breakfast is a delicious continental spread with optional cooked eggs. Great location with lovely surroundings - we visited Bonnieux, Lourmarin, Roussillon, Gordes, Abbey de Senanque, L’Isle sur la Sorgue, and some vineyards - all within easy reach by car, and there are many more! 10/10! We would love to come back and show our friends and family this special place.

We had a great stay at Villa des Cèdres. It’s right in the middle of nature, very quiet and genuinely relaxing. You feel comfortable there straight away. At the same time, the location is ideal for exploring the Luberon, with easy access to the different villages and main spots in the area. A really great find overall. We would definitely go back.
