My view was and the staff was amazing. However, the most important part for me was the bathroom, it was terribly outdated!

Clean room. Staff was very helpful. Right across the street from the Beach. Would stay again.

I arrived for my 3pm check in and was told that my room was not ready, but would be ready in just a few minutes. 45 mins later the front desk finally found a room for us. The lobby was packed with customers waiting for rooms to check in. After checking in and getting into our room we had no towels. We were told by the front desk that they had given out their last towels and some more would be put to washing, but there would be a wait. We had dinner reservations and no way for my family shower.

Debbie and Lanae were FANTASTIC!!! I manage hotels and I was extremely impressed with their level of kindness, helpfulness, professionalism and overall guest service! We will be back for sure!!!
