Two-room apartment located on Lake Iseo in a complex with swimming pool. The apartment, of about 50 square meters, is located on the ground floor of a residence with a direct view of the lake. The house consists of a large living room with kitchenette equipped with appliances, a 4-seater table, an area with a queen size sofa bed, TV and WiFi connection. A comfortable bedroom furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and two nightstands. The bathroom has a cabinet with mirror, shower, washing machine and hairdryer. Guests have access to a private outdoor area equipped with table and chairs at the front of the apartment. The apartment is equipped with two deckchairs that can be placed in the garden. 50 meters from the residence there is a small beach accessible to everyone. The railway with local trains with limited frequency passes 50 meters away. The opening of the residence's swimming pool is subject to specific rules to be respected.
