Beautiful 183m2 modern-style villa on one level, located in Torre Solí, with magnificent views of Son Bou beach.The villa stands out, among other things, for its practical layout as it is on one level and also has a fantastic covered terrace from where you can observe unforgettable sunsets.It's located in a quiet street and has private parking that gives access via a ramp to the house.As you walk in, you find the air-conditioned living room, comfortably furnished and equipped (TV with digital channels, free Wi-Fi and DVD) this gives access to a large covered terrace where you will have fantastic views of the sea and a built-in barbecue.To the right of the living room, we find the independent kitchen, perfectly equipped (with an electric oven, a hob, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, capsule coffee maker, fridge/freezer and a practical dining room attached to the kitchen.Also gives access to the four double bedrooms, the first room, a little larger with a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom (adapted for the disabled) and with access to the beautiful terrace with sea views.
