Clean entire private semi detached house, 7 mins walk to station (zone 5 oyester). The house is a hub to visit central London and the north. The house consists of A large bedroom with a double bed A second bedroom with a double bed A large fully equipped living room with sofa bed A full kitchen with complimentary tea & coffee A bathroom with bath and shower. Secure private parking right behind the house. Nearby : shops, supermarkets, leisure center, gym, cafes, restaurants, lake… Garden: Enjoy a secure front garden filled with lush greenery and surrounded by a tall, dense hedge for added privacy. Amenities: Towels, bed linens, soap, shampoo, body wash, hairdryer and kitchen towels etc are provided for your convenience. Please note that this is a shoe-free home; if you're not accustomed to walking barefoot on wooden floors, we recommend bringing your own slippers. Supermarket: Just a 3-minute walk away, you'll find a large Sainsbury's where you can purchase most household groceries. Transport: The property is a 7-minute walk from New Barnet station. From there, you can reach Finsbury Park in 15minutes, connecting to the Victoria and Piccadilly lines within station. Trains also run directly to Moorgate, making it an excellent transport hub. London Zone 5 fares apply (including Day Travelcard and Oyster options). With around 90 trains departing daily from New Barnet to London, you are always well-connected. Additionally, New Barnet offers great connections to northern destinations like Cambridge and Oxford. Parking: There is onsite private parking immediately behind the property, with enough space for 2 or 3 cars. This is a private parking for our block of 7-8 houses, generally empty. Staying Local: For those who prefer to stay local, there are plenty of amenities nearby. A large Sainsbury's is a 5-minute walk away, and the Barnet Leisure Centre, with swimming pools, a gym, and tennis courts, and library is within minutes. Victoria Park, perfect for outdoor activities, is just a 6-minute walk away. For nature lovers, Beech Hill Lake, a scenic and peaceful spot surrounded by trees and frequented by birds and ducks, is within walking distance. You can enjoy a relaxing stroll around the lake or take a longer walk to Trent Park, a great weekend destination with multiple entrances (some gates close early, so check opening times). Trent Park also features open areas without gates and occasionally hosts summer music festivals. SELF LOCK You will be provided a passcode to self lock the door. What'sapp or phone GUEST NUMBER We have a strict policy regarding the number of guests booked to stay versus the actual number present. There is an extra charge of GBP15/night per person for more than 4 guests, plus a GBP10 linen fee. Please note that the entrance to the garden area are cameras monitored for security purposes. Visitors are allowed, but the total number of people in the house should not exceed 8 at any time, including children. Visitor overnight stay after midnight is GBP25 per night. Free Parking: You're welcome to park right behind house at the car park, it is very safe and normally you can park 2-3 cars with no problem, no registration needed. Pet Not allowed, if found will result night charge. Shoe Free this is a shoe-free house. If you're not comfortable walking barefoot, feel free to bring your own slippers. Smoke (fine + termination of stay): Smoking is detected by smart devices. If smoking is found indoors, your stay will end immediately with No Refund and a fine. Tampering with or removing devices will result in the same penalties. Cigarette smoke damage will incur a fine for restoration. Smart Device (call out charge + termination of stay): Do not tamper with or remove any smart devices (cameras, routers, alarms, etc.). Any removal may disrupt systems like heating or hot water and will result in an immediate shortened stay, call out charge for manager, a fine with No Refund. Smart Heating Living room and bedroom heating are remote controlled to a comfortable temperature. You can change temperature to turn down if it is too hot for you. The heating and hot water reheat is turned off during the night (from 11:00 Pm to 6:00 Am). If you would like to keep the heating on while you sleep, please contact me, and I can customize the settings for you. This is especially important if you are traveling with an infant or child. As we closely monitor electricity usage, the use of any additional heating devices brought into the property is not allowed. Rubbish Disposal During your stay, feel free to leave your rubbish in the indoor bin. If you happen to accumulate a large amount of waste, please dispose of it in the communal bin area located behind the property, next to the car park (just a 2-minute walk away). Please avoid leaving any rubbish in the garden, as we have frequent wildlife visitors at night, especially foxes, who will tear open bags and spread the waste. Pets No dog/pet is allowed, if found will cause a fine Energy Monitor Our property is equipped with a smart meter and a Smart home system to monitor electricity and water usage. A very generous allowance of £4/day is included in your booking. Any excessive or wasteful usage will be billed at cost after your stay. Lost Key Keys are to remain in the possession of the primary guest at all times during the stay. The keys should never be replicated or left out of the care of the primary guest. Lost keys will result in a fee. Off-Limites Areas Guests are prohibited from entering and using the outdoor shed and upstairs attic. Under no circumstances will guests be allowed to enter these areas. Miss Item Payment everything missing from the property during the stay has to be paid for with original purchase price. Check Out Checkout is at 10 a.m. Late checkout can be accommodated for an additional fee of £23/hour, to be agreed upon with the host at the time of reservation. Simply wash your dishes and put the key back to the key safe with the original passcode for cleaner. If you have a moment, please strip the bed linens to help make the cleaning process easier for our team. Noise (Fine + termination of stay) The property is equipped with a noise detection device. Alerts will be sent if noise levels are too high, and failure to reduce noise promptly will result in the termination of your stay. Guests and visitors must keep noise levels to a minimum to avoid disturbing neighbours, especially during night time.
