Parcheggio privato custodito proprio dietro la casa. Nelle vicinanze: negozi, supermercati, centro ricreativo, palestra, bar, ristoranti, lago... Giardino: Goditi un giardino anteriore custodito pieno di verde lussureggiante e circondato da una siepe alta e fitta per una maggiore privacy. Servizi: Asciugamani, lenzuola, sapone, shampoo, bagnoschiuma, asciugacapelli e strofinacci da cucina ecc. sono forniti per la tua comodità. Si prega di notare che questa è una casa senza scarpe; se non sei abituato a camminare a piedi nudi su pavimenti in legno, ti consigliamo di portare le tue pantofole. Supermercato: A soli 3 minuti a piedi, troverete un grande Sainsbury's dove potrete acquistare la maggior parte dei generi alimentari per la casa. Trasporti: La proprietà è a 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di New Barnet. Da lì, potete raggiungere Finsbury Park in 15 minuti, collegandovi alle linee Victoria e Piccadilly all'interno della stazione. I treni vanno anche direttamente a Moorgate, rendendolo un eccellente snodo dei trasporti. Si applicano le tariffe della zona 5 di Londra (incluse le opzioni Day Travelcard e Oyster). Con circa 90 treni in partenza ogni giorno da New Barnet per Londra, siete sempre ben collegati. Inoltre, New Barnet offre ottimi collegamenti con destinazioni del nord come Cambridge e Oxford. Parcheggio: C'è un parcheggio privato in loco subito dietro la proprietà, con abbastanza spazio per 2 o 3 auto. Questo è un parcheggio privato per il nostro isolato di 7-8 case, generalmente vuoto. Soggiorno in zona: Per coloro che preferiscono soggiornare in zona, ci sono molti servizi nelle vicinanze. Un grande Sainsbury's è a 5 minuti a piedi, e il Barnet Leisure Centre, con piscine, palestra, campi da tennis e biblioteca, è a pochi minuti. Per gli amanti della natura, Beech Hill Lake, un luogo panoramico e tranquillo circondato da alberi e frequentato da uccelli e anatre, è raggiungibile a piedi. Puoi goderti una rilassante passeggiata intorno al lago o fare una passeggiata più lunga fino a Trent Park, una fantastica destinazione per il fine settimana con più ingressi (alcuni cancelli chiudono presto, quindi controlla gli orari di apertura). Free Parking: You're welcome to park right behind house at the car park, it is very safe and normally you can park 2-3 cars with no problem, no registration needed. Pet Not allowed, if found will result night charge. Shoe Free this is a shoe-free house. If you're not comfortable walking barefoot, feel free to bring your own slippers. Smoke (fine + termination of stay): Smoking is detected by smart devices. If smoking is found indoors, your stay will end immediately with No Refund and a fine. Tampering with or removing devices will result in the same penalties. Cigarette smoke damage will incur a fine for restoration. Smart Device (call out charge + termination of stay): Do not tamper with or remove any smart devices (cameras, routers, alarms, etc.). Any removal may disrupt systems like heating or hot water and will result in an immediate shortened stay, call out charge for manager, a fine with No Refund. Guest Number We have a strict policy regarding the number of guests booked to stay versus the actual number present. There is an extra charge of £15/night per unregistered person. Visitors are allowed, but the total number of people in the house should not exceed 8 at any time, including children. Parties or using the property for photoshoots are strictly prohibited. Smart Heating Living room and bedroom heating are remote controlled to a comfortable temperature. You can change temperature to turn down if it is too hot for you. The heating and hot water reheat is turned off during the night (from 11:00 Pm to 6:00 Am). If you would like to keep the heating on while you sleep, please contact me, and I can customize the settings for you. This is especially important if you are traveling with an infant or child. As we closely monitor electricity usage, the use of any additional heating devices brought into the property is not allowed. Rubbish Disposal During your stay, feel free to leave your rubbish in the indoor bin. If you happen to accumulate a large amount of waste, please dispose of it in the communal bin area located behind the property, next to the car park (just a 2-minute walk away). Please avoid leaving any rubbish in the garden, as we have frequent wildlife visitors at night, especially foxes, who will tear open bags and spread the waste. Pets No dog/pet is allowed, if found will cause a fine Energy Monitor Our property is equipped with a smart meter and a Smart home system to monitor electricity and water usage. A very generous allowance of £4/day is included in your booking. Any excessive or wasteful usage will be billed at cost after your stay. Lost Key Keys are to remain in the possession of the primary guest at all times during the stay. The keys should never be replicated or left out of the care of the primary guest. Lost keys will result in a fee. Off-Limites Areas Guests are prohibited from entering and using the outdoor shed and upstairs attic. Under no circumstances will guests be allowed to enter these areas. Miss Item Payment everything missing from the property during the stay has to be paid for with original purchase price. Check Out Checkout is at 10 a.m. Late checkout can be accommodated for an additional fee of £23/hour, to be agreed upon with the host at the time of reservation. Simply wash your dishes and put the key back to the key safe with the original passcode for cleaner. If you have a moment, please strip the bed linens to help make the cleaning process easier for our team. Noise (Fine + termination of stay) The property is equipped with a noise detection device. Alerts will be sent if noise levels are too high, and failure to reduce noise promptly will result in the termination of your stay. Guests and visitors must keep noise levels to a minimum to avoid disturbing neighbours, especially during night time.
